The parameters of an E-Commerce Website generally have a standard criterion which is having an attractive feature menu, providing related and up-to-date news content, for people who are physically normal they will easily use all the websites of an e-commerce website, they can buy goods online or use the media to sell merchandise, because e-commerce media has an advantage that is easy to promote goods and services and there is no need for meetings between buyers and sellers. The problem faced today is that the e-commerce website does not have a feature intended for persons with disabilities, where using standard features available in e-commerce today will be difficult, disability has the same rights in using an information media, in this journal a website system will be developed that can be used for persons with disabilities, a website will be added with a voice feature that will be used as a material to help guide media when the website is opened. The feature does not use too many menus so that it is easy to use, the voice feature is made in a button action so that the purchase process from an e-commerce website is easier.
