PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN INTERNAl, TERHADAP KINERJA PERUSAHAAN PADA UMKM /KATERING DI KOTA MAKASSAR Hj Ratna Dewi dan Hj Aryati Arfah Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muslim Indonesia . Ringkasan Ratna Dewi & Aryati Arfah,peneltianini adalah pengaruh Lingkungan Internal terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada UMKM.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengkaji lingkungan internal secara simultan terhadap kinerja UMKM/Katering di Kota Makassar, 2). Menganalisis lingkungan internal secara parsial terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada UMKM/catering. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 40 UMKM/ catering yang ada di Kota Makassar. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara . Metode analisis data deskritif dan model analisisis regresi berganda Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Internal secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM/Katering kota Makassar. Kemampuan keuangan memberikan pengaruh yang berarti terhadap kinerja perusahaan .Kemampuan pemasaran memberikan kontribusi secara nyata atau berpengaruh secara sinifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan Nilai signifikan menunjukkan bahwa hubungan variabel Kemampuan Pemasaran terhadap kinerja UMKM keputusan diniali positif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kemampuan operasional secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM/Katering . The purpose of this study is 1) To assess the internal environment simultantly against the performance of UMKM / catering in Makassar City, 2). Partially analyze the internal environment of the companys performance in UMKM / catering.This study uses a sample of 40 UMKM / catering in the city of Makassar. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews. Descriptive data analysis methods and multiple regression analysis models The results showed that the internal variables y together had a significant effect on the performance of UMKM / Catering of the city of Makassar. Financial capabilities have a significant influence on the performance of the company. Marketing capabilities contribute significantly or have a significant effect on company performance Significant values indicate that the relationship Variable Importance variables on the performance of MSMEs are positive decisions. The results of the study state that operational capabilities directly affect the performance of UMKM / Catering.
