The talent grouping process uses a 5 x 5 Human Asset Value matrix based on performance and potential data in the company. Therefore, the talent pool will be developed into the design of information systems to accelerate the process of assessing and grouping employee talents. In addition, there are recommendations for follow up according to the competencies needed in the company. The design method used is the Framework for the Application of Systems Thinking method with the Driven Model Development Strategy model.
