This study aims to test and analyze the influence of employee competence and work motivation on employee performance. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. The object of this research is employees who work at AirNav Indonesia headquarters with respondents of 212 employees. Data analysis technique in this research is by using multiple linear regression with SPSS test instrument. The results showed that Employee Competence has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance AirNav Indonesia headquarters. Work Motivation has a significant positive impact on Employee Performance AirNav Indonesia Headquarters.
