The purpose of this study is to identify the development of E-ticketing in Indonesian railways, and the benefits of e-ticket applications on community needs, as well as to identify the extent of the development of e-ticketing applications in Indonesian railways. Descriptive method is the method that the author-s use. The results of this study are to present an overview of e-ticketing developments in Indonesian railways, as well as the benefits provided by the application along with the increasing need for the use of e-ticketing in Indonesian railways. This research was conducted by discussing the ordering system and payment system that was carried out in the e-ticketing process in the e-ticket application.
