The formulation of problem in this study is the extent to which influence CAR, NPL and EDF to bank lending channel in conventional commercial banks in Indonesia and the extent to which influence CAR, NPL and EDF to bank lending channel with interest rate of Bank Indonesia Certificates as a moderating variable. The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze CAR, NPL and EDF to the bank lending channel and to determine and analyze the effect of bank risk and bank-specific characteristics to the bank lending channel with interest rate of Bank Indonesia Certificates as a moderating variable. The hypothesis of this study is CAR, NPL and EDF is effect to bank lending channel. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative by using multiple linear regression for the first hypothesis testing while simple linear regression (residual test) for the second hypothesis. The data that have been collected is analyzed first with assumption test and then done hypothesis testing with eviews 9. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the partial variable of car has a positive and significant effect on credit distribution. Variable npl have positive and significant effect to credit distribution. The edf variable has no effect. The SBI variable does not moderate the CAR relationship to credit disbursement. The SBI variable moderates the NPL relationship to credit disbursement. The SBI variable moderates the EDF relationship to lending.
