The reservoir is a water resource facility that has a function as a storage and water provider. The abundant water in the rainy season is accommodated, stored and used appropriately throughout the year. The fact that is happening now as time goes by is that many reservoirs in Indonesia have decreased function and performance. One of them occurs in the Bajulmati Reservoir. This study aims to analyze the Operating Pattern of Bajulmati Reservoir so that the reservoir is expected to provide optimal performance in utilization for irrigation, raw water,and Micro Hydro Power Plants. This research was conducted by forming a model with Dynamic Programming and simulation. The first simulation was carried out according to the operation of the current reservoir, which is prioritized for irrigation (factor kT=100%), irrigation water is passed through a turbine (PLTMH).
