The purpose of this study was to determine the mediation effect of job satisfaction in relationship among occupational safety health and work environment on employee performance. The population was 1830 employees and with cluster random sampling was found 329 employees of PT Sandang Asia Maju Abadi in the production section. Methods of collecting data using questionnaire and analyzing it with t-test, F-test, simple and multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis. The result of this study found that occupational safety health and work environment partially or simultaneously have a significant influence on job satisfaction, occupational safety and work environment partially or simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance. It indicated that the job satisfaction mediate the relationship among occupational safety health and work environment on employee performance which mean that indirect influence of occupational safety health on employee performance is greater than direct influence.
