Abstract

The purpose of the research is to find out how far the application implement an information system to facilitate a company that has an official transportation in the scheduling process to improve the efficiency of performance in the company. The method used in this study is the waterfall method. The results of the study, with the application of this information system, the efficiency of the companys performance increases, due to the scheduling process that was once manual without the help of information systems now using information systems. Companies no longer need to validate what vehicles are available, because the system will provide information on which transportation are available. The conclusion of this study is that information systems can help companies improve performance efficiency, because the system will provide information on what transportation are available without the need to do manual searches again without the help of information systems.
