Regional Management Information System (SIMDA) is an application used for local financial management. SIMDA leads to local government more easily arrange financial reports in accordance with PP no. 56 of 2005. The benefits of conducting SIMDA for local government are (1) guaranteed in transaction control, (2) efficient in doing administering, (3) quick, accurate, and efficient in providing financial information. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on the satisfaction of SIMDA users in SKPD at Central Sumba. The population covers entirly exchaquer of SKPD in Central Sumba District. The samples of 60 exchaquers who aplly SIMDA were used to obtain the empirical base for the study. The data was collected using a questionaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Multiple linear regression were used to analyse the data. In conclusion, the study result suggests that perseived ease of use has no effect on the user satisfaction of SIMDA. Moreover, perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of SIMDA users.
