Abstract: The research aims to find out (1) the flow of ornamental plant supply chains within the company (2) the efficiency of ornamental plant supply chains within the company (3) the gender relations in the ornamental plant supply chain process within the company. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data is processed into three stages. first analysis of ornamental plant supply chains using three supply chain streams, supply chain performance is measured by the efficient use of time, cost, and income.
