Lecturers Intellectual Capital are invisible capital that has been owned by lecturers who are planted in various aspects of institutions that are able to create university value. The purpose of this study is to explore the experience of university leaders in planning intellectual capital of lecturers in order to achieve the vision determined by the university. This study uses a phenomenological method which is expected to explain as accurately as possible the phenomenon of lecturer intellectual capital planning that occurs in the university, refrain from theories that underlie the research, and be faithful to the facts of experience of university leaders. Samples were taken by purposive sampling that followed by snowball sampling. Data was obtained by observation and in-depth interviews with 11 leaders of university, faculty, study programs and lecturers. Data were analyzed using content analysis with conventional approaches. The results of the study show that in order to achieve its vision, the university conducts intellectual capital planning in the form of planning knowledge, skills, abilities, experiences and behavioral planning that documented in the Statute, Campus Development Master Plan, Strategic Plan, Annual Operational Plan and Staffing Regulations. Thus the university has implemented a plan that enables the achievement of the vision it plans.
