This study aims to determine how much influence Trust and Information Sharing on Relationship Commitment at Supply Chain Management Apotek in Tarakan City. The sampling technique in this study using proportional census method. The sample in this study were 74 respondents. The data analysis method used consisted of validity, reliability, classical assumption (multicoliniearity, heteroscedasticity, and normality test) multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis test (T test). The results showed that the variables of trust have a positive effect and Information Sharing will not affect on the performance of employees of di Apotek Tarakan.
