Abstract
ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan memecahkan masalah fisika antara penalaran kausal dan penalaran analogi berbasis etnosains. Penelitian ini menggunakan � The non equivalent pretest-posttest design�. Analisis data tes dilakukan dengan teknik statistik uji-t dua pihak untuk melihat perbedaan rerata skor tes awal dan rerata N-gain berdasarkan data hasil kemampuan memecahkan masalah fisika kedua kelas eksperimen. Rerata N-gain dengan taraf nyata α = 0,05 diperoleh thitung = 2,20 dan ttabel = 2,00, kriteria penerimaan Ho dimana �t (1 � 0,5α) < t < t (1 � 0,5α) tidak terpenuhi, Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima artinya terdapat perbedaan kemampuan memecahkan masalah fisika yang signifikan antara kedua kelas eksperimen. Hasil analisa data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kemampuan memecahkan masalah fisika yang signifikan antara model penalaran kausal dan model penalaran analogi berbasis etnosains. Kata Kunci : Kemampuan Memecahkan Masalah fisika, Penalaran Kausal, Penalaran Analogi, Etnosains ABSTRACT The aim of the research was to know the difference of physics problem solving skills between causal reasoning and analogy reasoning based on ethnoscience. The research design was used� The non equivalent pretest-posttest design�. Sampling method was purposive sampling. Data analysis was done by using t-test statistic (two-sample test-related) to know the difference of pretest and N-gain scores average based on the result of physics problem solving skills significantly on two experiment classes. Based on N-gain scores average with a real level α = 0.05 was obtained tcounted = 2,20 and ttable = 2,00, so the acceptance criteria Ho with �t (1 � 0,5α) < t < t (1 � 0,5α) can not completed, Ho was rejected and H1 was accepted. It mean that there was the difference of physics problem solving skills significantly between causal reasoning and analogy reasoning based on ethnoscience.
