Consumer Experiences, Attitude dan Behavioral Intention terhadap (Online Food Delivery) Di Kota Samarinda

Abstract

Beberapa penelitian terdahulu telah banyak meneliti mengenai sikap konsumen terhadap online food delivery (OFD) dan masih sedikit yang meneliti mengenai consumer experience terhadap online food delivery (OFD). Penelitian ini untuk menguji hubungan antara convienence motivation, post usage usefulness, hedonic motivation, price saving orientation, time saving orientation, prior online purchase experience, consumer attitude dan behavioral intention terhadap online food delivery (OFD). Jumlah sampel yang memenuhi syarat dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang, kemudian sampel tersebut diuji secara empiris dalam model penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square. Hasil pengujian dalam penelitian tersebut adalah seluruh hipotesis yang diajukan terdukung.
