Abstract
Traffic Congestion occurs because of the high number of transportation equipment that is not proportional to the limited capacity of the highway. This condition often occurs in densely populated areas with high levels of community mobilization. This situation generally occurs in the campus environment. The smooth traffic system in the campus environment is one of the parameters of the orderly traffic community, besides the feasibility of facilities and the capacity of the highway around the campus. Traffic jams around the campus generally occur because of various campus activities including crossing the road, parking vehicles, and others. This congestion is also influenced by activities outside the campus such as the entry and exit of vehicles to an agency, the number of public vehicles that pass, and others. In this paper a number of alternative solutions are proposed for solving congestion problems through a traffic engineering simulation and run using the SimEvents MATLAB application. It is hoped that this method can be obtained and evaluated analytically regarding the accuracy, effectiveness and efficiency of the methods and design of a traffic engineering. This traffic engineering simulation was built based on queuing theory which is one of the fields of Mathematics.

Abstract
In the rural development discourse, culture is explained as a process for economic development but also factors that can hinder economic development. On the one hand, the culture is able to bring solidarity and shared desire in encouraging rural development so that culture is understood as a collective product of society which reflects shared attachment among the community. On the other hand, the existence of traditional values and cultural norms makes the community slow to accept innovation as well as unwilling to innovate. The understanding of the role of local culture in rural development based on empirical studies has received less attention. This study seeks to explore the uniqueness of the local culture and its role in rural development. Qualitative research is applied to understand the complexity that occurs by using a single case study approach and applying in-depth interviews with key informants. Then, the qualitative content analysis method is used by studying and analysing communication systematically and objectively to the messages that appear by paying attention to the context. In the process, data selection and reassembling processes are carried out to interpret the meaning contained in the message or text. We found that culture has an important role in village development. The culture was formed from local knowledge which is passed down from generation to generation and also the experience of the community. The unique history of society influences the values of the culture itself. Interaction and local culture were able to create economic opportunities for rural development.

Abstract
Play is one of the right stimulations for children to stimulate childrens thinking power, to empower emotional, social, and physical aspects. There are several types of games that shape the skills and creativity of children, one of which is a game of compiling puzzles, because playing puzzles can coordinate the movements of the eyes and hands of children or fingers movements, with it without them knowing that the fine motoric skills of the child continue to be trained and developing. When children play puzzles, children can practice recognizing shapes and thinking about how they arrange puzzles to form shapes. In this research activity, there were problems encountered in the Amongsiwi play group, Panggungharjo village, Bantul, namely the lack of availability of play and creative media in the form of puzzles that could support the development of fine motor skills of children. In this play group, in their activities every Friday there is a special time to play and be creative. For this reason, the purpose of this research is to create a play and creative media innovation from local materials in the form of puzzle cendani bamboo that is feasible, safe and environmentally friendly for preschoolers. The method used in this activity is development (R&D) by collecting data, observing and analyzing problems, product design and product testing (testing on children). In collecting data using observations, interviews, documentation to be analyzed in a quantitative descriptive manner. The results of the study indicate that the play and creative media that are designed can be accepted by children with a feasibility level of 78,4%, this means that the resulting media is suitable for use. Meanwhile the level of childrens ability to use / compile a puzzle to form a shape based on observations of 76% of a total of 25 children can already be in the form of tangible shapes such as animals, cars or robots.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify post-mining land use practices in Cibeureum Village, Cimalaka District, Sumedang Regency, West Java Province. This area is rich in mining natural resources, especially the C-quarry mine. Even though various regulations regarding mining land exploitation are available, in reality there have been many neglections of these lands after mining. However, it is different from what happened in the village of Cibeureum, the land at the foot of Mount Tampomas, in which there are deposits of sand and rock mining, post-mining can still be used for agricultural activities by the land reclamation method conducted by the local community. This paper will describe how local communities have a concern in utilizing post-mining land through the reclamation method? What factors drive local people to want to use post-mining land? The analysis was carried out through participatory observation methods, focus group discussions, and in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders. The results showed that the main thing underlying it was the existence of a collective awareness of the community to be able to live as a form of pious charity because of Allah SWT.

Abstract
Utilization of minerals is used for building as natural cement, it can also be used as material for making tile. Tile made from tras is expected to be a new competitor for mild steel, especially in terms of cost. This study aims to determine and analyze opportunities for improving the local economy of local communities in the use of tras deposits with appropriate technology and low cost. The methodology used is to identify the characteristics of tras deposits, conduct training to improve understanding of how to make tras and educate tile making technology. The need for tras for making tiles requires a characteristic of these deposits. The characteristics of tras deposits are as follows; the dominant minerals present in the tras are Ilmenite and Magnetite. The chemical elements contained in the Nagreg tras deposits are SiO2 49.15%, Al2O3 29.56, Fe2O3 4.52%, TiO2 0.45%, CaO 1.12%, MgO 0.94%, Na2O 0.12% and K2O 0.20%. Specific Gravity 2.6. This will be very important for the utilization process, the amount of excavated material will have an influence on the utilization plan, especially those that will utilize the community with the aim of increasing economic value and local economic circulation. The perception of local people on the use of tras deposits to increase community income is very high, this becomes a higher opportunity for the use of tras deposits that are able to support the local economy of the community so that it will encourage an increase in the welfare index of local communities
