Abstract
One of the psychological problems experienced by the elderly is vulnerable to depression. Depression is present because of pressure which results in a decrease in daily functioning which speeds up death and suicide. One of the therapies to reduce depression in the elderly is laughing yoga. The aim of this study was to identify of laughing yoga in decreasing the depression level on elderly in the Taman Jepun Community Denpasar. This study employed pre experimental design with one-group pre test – post test design and conducted on March, 18th – April, 18th 2019. The population of this study was elderly in the Taman Jepun Community Denpasar who were depressed with a total sample of 20 respondents. Sample were selected by using purposive sampling. The data were collected by using questionnaire of Geriatric Depressin Scale and analyzed by using Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test. Statistic test showed that laughing yoga was effective in decreasing the depression level (Md pre intervention = 7.50 And Md post intervention = 4.00, p < 0.001, α < 0.05). Based on the result study that laughing yoga is effective in decreasing the depression level on elderly in the Taman Jepun Community Denpasar. It is recommended to elderly who are depressed to do laughing yoga regularly.

Abstract
Pain is the effect of post surgery which can cause uncomfortable feeling. Nurses as health practitioners can give intervention in doing pain management such as giving non pharmacological method. Those are rhythmic distraction breath technique and relaxation breath. The purpose of this study was to identify the effectiveness of rhythmic distraction technique and relaxation breath on patients with post appendectomy. This research employed pre-experimental research with One-group Pre-test Post-test design. There were 20 respondents recruited as the sample of the research which were chosen by using consecutive sampling technique. The data were collected by using questionnaire, observation sheet, and guideline of rhythmic distraction breath technique and relaxation breath. The data were obtained by pain level measurement before being given intervention and after being given intervention. The intervention was given 5 minutes before given analgesic. Then, the data were analyzed by using Wilcoxon signed rank test. The result of the research showed that p-value 0,001 and r=0.63. It showed the rhythmic distraction breath technique and relaxation breath significantly decreased pain level on the patients with post appendectomy. In conclusion, pain on the patients with post appendectomy can be treated by rhythmic distraction breath technique and relaxation inside breath. Those techniques are safe to be implemented anywhere and anytime.

Abstract
Diabetes mellitus patients implement five pillars of diabetes mellitus management to control the blood glucose. If this management is not managed properly, it can lead to a variety of chronic implication. This management requires the motivation so that the five pillars to be always carried out. The motivation is important thing for patients that will be support them to do something to fulfill their goal. The purposed of this study was to determine the motivation of diabetes mellitus patients in implementing the five pillars of diabetes mellitus management in the public health center East Selemadeg 1, Tabanan regency. This research was a descriptive design with cross-sectional approach. There were 88 respondents recruited as the sample through non-probability sampling with total sampling technique. The data were collected using questionnaire and analyze with descriptive statistics. The result showed that there were 42 respondents (47.7%) had high motivation in implementing the five pillars of diabetes mellitus management, 45 respondents (51.2%) had moderate motivation, and 1 respondent (1.1%) had low motivation. The majority of the respondents had moderate motivation in implementing the five pillars of diabetes mellitus management. It is expected that diabetes mellitus patients can maintain and increase motivation so that the quality of life also increases.

Abstract
Background: Breast cancer is the biggest causes of death by cancer. Physical and psychological pressures, medicines, or illness can cover up the functioning of the clients intellect and quality. One of the important things to be noticed in breast cancer patients is the quality of life. Research objectives: Quality of life is an important goal in the treatment of cancer, and concerns about physical condition, psychological, body image disturbances, and symptoms that can cause distress that needs to be anticipated to improve the quality of life of cancer patients. Research Methods: The design of study was a quantitative descriptive study. With the sampling technique is convenience sampling (conformity). The total sample for this study was 31 patients. In this study used 2 questionnaires, namely EORTC QLQ (European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire) BR23 and questionnaire for the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire-C-30. Results: The results 14 respondents in good quality of life (45,2 %) and 17 respondents in medium quality of life(54,8 %). Conclusion: It can be concluded that the quality of life of breast cancer patients in private hospitals in Western Indonesia is in the medium range. Recommendations for next research are looking at other factors that affect the quality of life and the correlation between the quality of life of breast cancer patients with the disease process.
