Abstract
Electric bikes are a means of transportation developed through technological developments and have the advantage of being pollution-free. This electric bike is also very flexible, such as when an electric bike runs out of battery, the rider can paddle the bike while filling the power generated from the drivers stroking power. The proposed electric bike is driven by using a 24V 350W DC motor and VRLA 24V battery as a source of voltage. Input point settings are done by pressing the speed control button in the form of digital data, which is then converted to voltage by the microcontroller. The output of the microcontroller in the form of a PWM becomes input for the motor driver, where the output speed of the motor will be detected by the speed sensor. The automation used is the PI method using the Zeigler Nichols 2 tuning formula. The control method using PI had been analyzed and tested, resulting in Kp = 3.37 and Ki value = 0.73. The electric bike has been tested with different loads. The proposed electric bike was successfully controlled and able to be driven with a minimum speed of 5 km/h and a maximum speed of 20 km/h.

Abstract
Wireless network technology is currently developing rapidly, especially in the health sector, such as vital sign monitoring. One of the vital sign parameters that are very important to know the condition of the patients circulatory system is blood pressure and body temperature. Examination of blood pressure and body temperature generally uses a sphygmomanometer and thermometer. However, the use of these two tools still has weaknesses in terms of the efficiency of health services because the collection of patient data is still conventional and has not yet developed to the system of sending data wirelessly to the health service unit. This problem becomes to particular concern considering the limited number of medical personnel, the slow pace of health services, especially the results of diagnosing patient diseases, and the administrative costs become to increase. This study aims to assist medical personnel in improving health services, especially in monitoring patients blood pressure and body temperature conditions. The proposed design consists of hardware (MPX5050GP sensor, DS18b20 sensor, LCD, power supply, and laptop) and software (C programming, IDE, MySQL, and Dreamweaver). The results obtained showed that the proposed design worked well with an accuracy level of blood pressure of 97.53% and body temperature of 99.51%.

Abstract
Fruits are one of the horticultural commodities that have high economic value and have the opportunity to be exported. Fruit products in Indonesia are generally consumed in the condition fresh fruit and verry little processed into processed food. Because fruits are seasonal and perishable after being harvested, the selling price of the product has decreased significantly during the harvest season. One alternative to increase save time and fruit utilization is by processing fruits into chips. Fruit chips are a healthy snack because contains high fiber . Processing of fruit chips can be done using ordinary frying with dyeing on cooking oil at atmospheric pressure (deep frying) or with a frying pan at low pressure (vacuum frying). The results of testing the salak chips frying using a vacuum frying machine with a capacity of 5 kg, obtained the following characteristics: before the chips are dipped in cooking oil, the temperature of the frying tube will rise slowly until it reaches the maximum temperature of frying 900 C but the temperature on the vacuum pipe will remain at room temperature of 270 C, after salak chips are dipped in cooking oil the temperature will decrease then it will rise to the maximum temperature of the frying pan is 900 C while the temperature of the vacuum pipe will increase until it reaches the maximum temperature of the frying pan is 900C but along with the longer frying time and the more depleted water content will be obtained value is 270 C and the salak chips ready in 90 minutes.

Abstract
Vertical Axis Wind Turbine is one of the most widely developed Renewable Energy. Many experiments and research are conducted to obtain maximum power efficiency. To get the maximum energy conversion efficiency required TSR (Tip Speed Ratio) is constant. To have the efficiency controller to change the Angle of Attack is required to maintain maximum efficiency at any wind speed. The method is applying controlled blades (aileron), the blades represent the value of Angle of Attack. In accordance with the changing of wind speed. In the VAWT Darrieus TSR reference value of 5, this value becomes the reference to obtain maximum efficiency against changes of wind speed. PID method is used to control the blades to form an Angle of Attack corresponding to the dynamic changes in wind speed. So that the VAWT speed is used as feedback into control. The shape of the blade affects the efficiency of the resulting spin, therefore the most efficient blade of the blades is the thin airfoil family in order to obtain the maximum flow of wind to rotate the generator. From the simulation done by using VAWT, it can be shown that the power efficiency obtained up to 32% in any wind speed.

Abstract
Digital electronic devices have specifications using IC as the main component where the signal processing on the circuit board was processed digitally. Signal analog process signals with digital devices through the ADC / DAC (Analog-to-Digital Converter / Digital-to-Analog Converter) procedure. In the ADC mechanism, analog signals through sampling, quantization and coding processes, so its become digital signals in the form of binary code. Then the binary code is input into the DAC. Many techniques and methods can be used by DAC to process digital signals to recover the desired analog signal, one of which is the interpolation technique. In this study, two interpolation methods will be analyzed to determine the performance of the audio signal performance on the DAC mechanism, namely Newton Interpolation and Lagrange Interpolation. Performance of each method is expressed as signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). The research methods that will be carried out include making software, reading audio sound data, process and signal analysis through ADC / DAC procedures, signal processing and analysis with interpolation techniques, and calculating SNR output signals. The results of the analysis are graphical and SNR values. Next, SNR is compared between Newton Interpolation and Lagrange Interpolation techniques.

Abstract
The wind turbine system as a power plant is growing rapidly in line with the electrical energy needs and limitations of fossil energy as a source of electrical energy. Many research has been carried out to develop wind turbine systems and improve system efficiency. Research on wind turbine systems requires wind turbine emulators to simulate the behavior of wind turbines against changes in wind speed. In this paper presents a Design of speed controller based on PI controller for a Wind Turbine Emulator (WTE) using a Variable Speed Drive (VSD). WTE consists of VSD, microcontroller, 3 phase induction motor, Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator (PMSG) and speed sensor. PMSG speed depends on wind speed. At certain wind speeds, PMSG will rotate at a certain value. Wind turbine emulator will adjust the speed of the induction motor according to a certain wind speed. WTE controls the rotation of a 3 phase induction motor connected to its axis in PMSG. Motor and PMSG rotation speed are measured by rotary encoder sensor as speed sensor. The rotary encoder sensor serves as feedback for WTE. Proportional-integral method is used to control the speed of a 3 phase induction motor through VSD analog input. Based on experiment result, PI controller can adjust speed of induction motor so that PMSG will rotate according to a certain wind speed. Here we observe speed response of WTE to generate voltage of PMSG. WTE controls the speed of induction motor at settling time 9s.

Abstract
Tofu is one of Indonesias special foods made from fermented soybean juice. There are several processes in making tofu. One of them is the process of filtering the juice with soybean waste. The filtering process will determine the quality and quantity of tofu. The better filtering process, the more juice are produced. The purpose of this study is to improve the results of the soybean pulp filtering process. One way is to use an induction motor for a spinner filter machine with adjustable speed. To set the speed is using VSD as a motor driver. VSD output is a frequency that can be used to regulate the speed of the induction motor. Determination of motor speed is using the PI Ziegler-Nichols oscillation tuning method so that a stable motor rotation speed in 700rpm with number of Kp = 0.0108 and Ki = 0.083. Under research conditions 1 liter of soybean pulp can be needed for a spinner time of 27 seconds.

Abstract
ABSTRACT. Methods of the processing dairy products other than pasteurization and reducing water content (condensed milk), milk can also be processed into cheese. namely with the cheese maturation method. Maturation is the final process of the cheese making process. Maturation (ripening) is a process that converts fresh curds (raw cheese) into cheese full of flavor. The research of the method of cheese ripening process is used Propotional Derivative Integral (PID) controler to control the parameters of temperature and humidity in the cooling room. embeded through ATMEGA 16 devices as controllers, the sensing process is used by temperature sensors, humidity sensors and peltier devices as coolants for the ripening process. The desired temperature setting is 16-20oC with a% humidity level. After the room temperature is reached 16-20oC with% humidity then the cheese material is inserted into the cooler for the ripening process. The working principle of this system is to stabilize temperature and humidity. Test of the results obtained by the value of the parameter controller Kp = 5.53, Ki = 8, Kd = 2, for the 16-200C temperature setting and% humidity. Changes in time from room temperature to set-point temperatures are relatively fast with the overshoot percentage of 11.11% and the rise time of 9 minutes.
