Income inequality has always been one of the problems in the world of industrial economics. One of the solutions to this problem is the establishment of the minimum wages system, however, the system has not been able to solve the complexity of wage problems. This ultimately triggered conflict between workers and employers. Islam aims to realize the welfare of humanity. In the Islamic perspective, the provision of salaries to workers by employers must be carried out with the principle of justice so that the salary provided benefits for both parties without violating the rights and obligations of both.
