The aim of this research is to find out the contribution together with heavy bag stroke and horizontal swing training to increase the push ability of female athletes. The method used in this research is the experimental method. With the implementation of heavy bag stroke exercises and horizontal swing exercises. The population used in this study were all Unimed Hockey Club female athletes in 2012, totaling 18 people. The number of samples 8 people obtained by random sampling technique.
