Abstract

Pada penelitian ini reduced graphene oxide telah berhasil disintesis menggunakan metode Hummer yang telah dimodifikasi dengan bantuan microwave. Karakterisasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Fourier Tansform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), dan 4 point probe. Dari hasil FT-IR menunjukkan rGO telah berhasil disintesis. Berdasarkan pengukuran 4 Point Probe reduced graphene oxide yang terbentuk memiliki nilai konduktivitas listrik sebesar 6,9 S/cm.
