Abstract

The soul of leadership must be possessed by everyone. In the context of early childhood education, leadership must also be owned by teachers and education professionals. It is strengthened that teachers leadership is an idea of 21st century education, so that the teachers leadership in the process of education should be given a stimulus. The author offers innovation on the results of literary studies related to the stimulus efforts of teacher leadership in educating through the "Literacy Leadership Camp" program which brings a concept of pleasant literacy, love of the work environment and evoke a sense of Proud teachers in increasing leadership quality in an early childhood education work environment. Educators are happy, performance and leadership are increasing, so their functions as a teacher will be optimal for the students and the work environment.
