Abstract Sanur Village is one of the tourist destinations in Bali which is popular with his natural beauty of its coast. The development of tourism in Sanur Village bring changes to the economy of the community in Sanur region. The livelihoods type of people who lives in Sanur are also developing. Most of the people who was worked as fishermen are now venturing into the tourism sector as a taxi driver. The transition of the profession itself has a positive impact on local communities. The profession as a taxi driver is then widely cultivated by the surrounding community as a result of the increasing number of tourist visits. The development of local taxi transportation services then becomes the basic will that taxi drivers should mastering the English language skills, which means that the language used must adjust to the language ethics. It aims to improve the quality of service that is related to increase the income of taxi drivers who are the local residents of Sanur Village. The partner in this program is the chairperson of the Sanur Development Foundation namely Yayasan Pengembangan Sanur (YPS) who has a role in developing the English language skills of taxi drivers in Sanur Village. The obstacle faced by taxi drivers in developing their English skills is in terms of availability of learning resources both in the form of books and conversations specifically intended for taxi drivers. Another obstacle is that the availability of time for the drivers to attend the training is unpredictable because of the uncertain working hours as a driver. The result of this partnership program is the program of cloud-based English-language training which is equipped with a taxi drivers English conversation book which also completed with video conversation. From the training process it can be seen that taxi drivers currently have a special guidebook which is also commonly accessed online and whatsApp groups allow for discussion at any time. Key words : Sanur, Cloud, Local Taxi, English Competency Abstrak Desa Sanur merupakan salah satu daerah tujuan wisata di Bali yang terkenal menawarkan keindahan alam pesisirnya. Berkembangnya pariwisata di Desa Sanur ikut membawa perubahan pada perekonomian masyarakat di wilayah tersebut. Jenis mata pencaharian masyarakat yang tinggal di Sanur pun ikut berkembang. Sebagian besar masyarakat yang pada mulanya berprofesi sebagai nelayan kini merambah ke sektor wisata yaitu sebagai pelaku wisata. Peralihan profesi itu sendiri membawa dampak yang positif bagi masyarakat lokal. Profesi sebagai pengemudi taksi kemudian banyak digeluti oleh masyarakat sekitar sebagai dampak dari meningkatnya jumlah kunjungan wisatawan. Berkembangnya jasa transportasi taksi lokal kemudian menjadi dasar bahwa para pengemudi taksi harus memiliki kemampuan berbahasa Inggris yang baik dan benar yaitu dalam artian bahasa yang digunakan haruslah menyesuaikan dengan etika Bahasa.
