The silver and metal crafters group in Banjar Pande Cempaga, Bangli faced obstacles in marketing management practices, financial transaction reporting, and the decreasing philosophy of fine arts of silver and metal products among the younger generation. The application of online and offline marketing management practices and accounting is important in business management. Management as a function of managing the companys activities and operations in relation to the achievement of performance, makes the group of artisans need a training in order to achieve performance. The purpose of community service is to provide training, increase insight, and mentoring. Training was given to 15 artisans who were members of several crafters groups. This Community Service Program (PKM) service uses lecture, training, and mentoring methods. Lectures have the benefit of increasing insight. Training to improve crafters understanding of fine arts philosophy, marketing management practices, and recording financial transactions. The response of participants to the training was very good. Participants stated that this program was beneficial for them in the effort to strengthen the handicraft business and preservation of fine arts.
