By prioritizing patient-oriented means that the guarantee to provide patient safety is very important. To create this, Minister of Health Regulation No. 9 of 2017 was made regarding pharmaceutical service standards at Pharmacies. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of PMK No. 9 of 2017 in the Magelang Regency Pharmacy which includes the management of pharmaceutical preparations, pharmaceutical services, Human Resources and infrastructure facilities. This research is descriptive observational using questionnaire. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling. The sample of this study was 34 pharmaceutical workers from 14 pharmacies in Magelang Regency. The results obtained in the management of pharmaceutical preparations, pharmaceutical services, facilities and infrastructure have been implemented well (76% - 100%) in the Pharmacy District of Magelang, while the results for the implementation of human resources are sufficient (55% - 75%).
