Formerly, the world rift separated two large supercontinents including Laurasia and Gondwana. Planetary accretion, differentiation into crust, mantle, and core, ongoing processing by magmatism, dynamics and thermal evolution, and the generation of magnetic fields, are all processes controlled by the physical properties and phase equilibria of planetary materials. Here we review a method, based on new developments in thermodynamic theory for plates tectonics. Madagascar, one of the largest islands in the world, has been the focus of several studies to unravel the history of amalgamation of the Gondwana supercontinent and related tectonic process. The island of Madagascar, situated between the coasts of East Africa and the Indian Ocean and became individualized, and found its predominant metamorphic and magmatic base, Phanerozoic sedimentary rocks and volcanic rocks, where it currently stands. Due to Madagascars basement optimization has been subdivided into six domain as: Domain of Antongil- Masora compartmentalized in subdomain Antongil and subdomain Masora, the block of Antananarivo, the Tsaratanana Thrust Sheet, Itremo sheet, Domaine of Bemarivo, and southern Madagascar.
