Abstract
Internet of Things (IoT) is one promising technology because IoT can be applied to many fields such as household appliances, health, and vehicles. IoT in various devices has connectivity capabilities that make it possible to connect, interact, and exchange data. The smart vehicle is a vehicle that integrates the Internet of Things (IoT) component into a vehicle system. At present, the number of motorized vehicles in Indonesia is growing rapidly, this is directly proportional to the increasing number of violations of traffic laws and traffic accidents. One of the factors causing violations of traffic law occurs because the driver is not aware of the rules of traffic law. This study suggests a framework for implementing IoT sensor-based smart vehicles for police to monitor violations of traffic law and accident early prevention alarms for drivers. Early prevention alarm aims to increase awareness to drive safely for the driver. Violation information generated by the sensor can be used as information for the police to be able to know the drivers style and way of driving. This framework is expected to increase traffic law awareness and traffic security.

Production planning is an activity to establish a product to be produced. Planning aims to maximize service to consumers. PT Cedefindo is a unit of Martha Tilaar Group which is a manufacturing company in the field of cosmetic and herbal products in national and international scale. This company to achieve its success, is required to be able to carry out production planning well in order to increase trust to consumers. In 2015, PT Cedefindo experienced overdue of approximately 32 days in production planning. Planning that has been planned always outside the production schedule (leadtime) so that delivery of products to consumers is always too late. Therefore it is necessary to do late analysis so that it can know the delay of production order. Through the results of the analysis, the classification method for determining the pattern of production order delay is using two models, the classification algorithm C4.5 model and the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) classification algorithm C4.5 model. After the test with the two models obtained the results of the algorithm classification C4.5 to produce an accuracy of 80.17% and AUC value of 0.822 with the level of diagnosis of Good Classification, but after optimization with the algorithm based classification C4.5 Particle Swarm Optimization accuracy value Equal to 82,52% and AUC value equal to 0,855 with diagnosis level of Good Classification. So both methods have a difference of accuracy level of 2.35%.

Abstract
Virtual labs or Virtual laboratories are instructional approaches to facilitate the learning on some specific scientific or experimental procedures. The objective is to understand some lecture materials, to teach critical thinking skills and to improve problem-solving skills. In this paper, we propose the use of serious adventure game framework on virtual labs. The framework is expected to help the developers to build a new virtual lab system. The framework defines how the identification of the learning content, building a game design, and implementation into a game in a virtual lab. The framework has demonstrated how to change the learning materials into game contents, so that the resulting content can adapt a conventional laboratory. Game design should provide the right target learning but still fun for the learners. In this research, to validate the framework, we build three games, one of which is built using the proposed framework. To see the usability of the framework, these games have been used to see the capabilities of the games in increasing the knowledge of players and determine the importance of a specific component in the game design is proposed. We have tested these games to 59 high school students and compared with 17 high school students who read. The results show that the resulting game has shown better positive impacts compare to learn by reading.

Abstract
There has been much research which proposed for cross-project software defect prediction models but no models that perform very well with various datasets in general. Software defect dataset usually imbalanced because it contains far more the not defected modules than the defected modules. Class imbalances in the dataset can reduce the performance of classifiers in the software defect prediction model. In this study proposed a Random Undersampling algorithm to balance classes and ensemble techniques to reduce misclassification. The ensemble technique used is the AdaBoost and Bagging algorithm. The results showed that the software defect prediction model that integrates the Random Undersampling algorithm and AdaBoost provides better performance and can find more defects than other models.

Abstract
The JIT software risk management model is a model for managing all risks in a software project. There are 3 (three) risk elements that most often appear in software projects in the risk management model of JIT software, namely technology, scheduling and costs and 10 (ten) risk factors in the form of Organization, Estimation, Monitoring, Development Methodology, Tools, Risk Culture, Usability, Correctness, Reliability and Personnel. The process of evaluating the overall risk in the model involves questionnaires with 81 questions, where assessment is carried out in the SERIM metrics (Software Engineering Risk Index Model). Based on the analysis conducted by the risk management model, JIT software has several limitations. First, the number of risk factors specified in the model is static. The number of risk factors cannot be limited or static. Risks will always appear during software building activities and influence the decision-making process. Limiting the number of risks that arise results in limiting stakeholders in the risk identification process so as to influence the analysis produced. Second, the assessment process is carried out using 81 lists of questions given by stakeholders. The number of questions will affect the actual project situation. The incidence of risks and impacts of risk events cannot be predicted if the project situation is not recognized. The process of the risk assessment carried out inappropriately causes failure to prioritize risks to be controlled in an effort to reduce risk. This limitation suggests that the JIT software risk management model must be used with caution in efforts to improve the model

Abstract
The implementation of social welfare development programs in developing countries is generally focused on the empowerment program of the poor, which is more nuanced in a participatory approach involving the community, business and government. empowerment is considered appropriate to be one of the policy choices in the development of social welfare today. The development of social welfare based on the principle of empowerment is intended that in the handling of the poor it must be done through increasing the capacity of human resources to increase independence (Law Number 13 of 2011). Regional development has an impact on national development. Poverty reduction policies realized through community empowerment programs have become the main agenda and priori development in Baleendah Subdistrict, especially Rancamanyar Village. One of the poverty alleviation programs through community empowerment carried out in Rancamanyar Village is the Housing Assistance Program for uninhabitable houses. Various local government efforts to reduce the number of uninhabitable houses are still considered uneven. With the limited management and processing of survey data in the regions, it is one of the factors that do not help the existing policies. With the construction of a geographic information system for uninhabitable homes, one of the efforts that must be taken by the local government in order to support and assist in making decisions for uninhabitable houses is to conduct geographical analysis and mapping of uninhabitable houses in Rancamanyar Village, so that help is not wrong target.

Abstract
The research intends to create an application which is able to analyze sales data in a motorcycle company to predict the types of spare parts which should be stocked. This prediction is crucial since problems are often encountered while restocking. For instance, when there have been some imprecisions occurring in deciding regarding the types of spare parts to restock, the spare parts accumulate. It can cause inefficiency in terms of storage, the quality of the products deteriorates due to having been stored for too long, and sometimes the best-selling products are not available in the warehouse. This application is developed with Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) method which has high accuracy in predicting future occurrences. This method works by calculating the probability value in each attribute class and determining the optimal probability value. From the test results, 4500 training data with 200 sample test data has 90% similarity with the results of the restock decision without application. For 500 test data, the similarity was 96%. It is proven that this method has a high accuracy so that it can help the decision makers solved the company problem in predicting the types of motorcycle parts to be restocked.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to design information systems to optimize the distribution of qurban meat in Eid Qurban. Because, one of the social goals of the implementation of Eid al-Qurban is to distribute qurban meat to poor families so that they can also be happy on the feast day. The presence or absence of qurban meats in each region or many or few of the qurban meats in each region causes uneven distribution of qurban meat in each region. During this time each Qurban organizer carries out their respective Qurban activities. They did not know the number of qurban meats in other areas and their distribution. Therefore, as a solution to optimize the distribution of qurban meat, the author designed an information system for searching and requesting qurban meat based on website. This system is designed so that each Qurban organizer can inform about qurban meat stocks that can be requested by the another organizer. This research is conducted by using experimental method. System designed using the A-star algorithm to find the closest location. The programming language used is the PHP and Javascript programming languages. While database management uses MySQL. The system is integrated with Google Maps to display maps visually. In this system it is applied to search for excess qurban meat stock at the nearest location. The existence of this designed system is expected to help the process of distribution of qurban meat become more optimal so that the social objectives of the celebration of the Qurban feast are achieved.
