Abstract
The development of public transportation, especially for large urban areas, is mandatory where the need for time efficiency and integrated mass transportation to provide optimal services to customers. Trains in Indonesia generally use traditional signaling systems while currently several countries have developed the use of communication-based train control (CBTC). This system is an automatic rail control system using two-way communication between the train and the control station to ensure safe railroad operation, improve comfort and utilize the railroad network infrastructure. Communication-based train control (CBTC) is a modern technology using moving blocks replacing traditional signaling systems that use interlocking, track circuits and signals. CBTC generally uses WLAN communication based on IEEE 802.11 local area network. The use of WLAN is more effective for large scale systems compared to the use of CBTC ground track signaling. The use of WLAN has problems with interference from other devices that work on the same frequency that is 2.4 GHz such as Bluetooth, Mobile devices and others. This interference will affect the communication between the train and the control station. These constraints can be overcome by using Message Queue Telemetry Transprort where in the MQTT there is a rebility feature of Quality of Service messages that ensures messages are received by subscribers. This study analyzes the use of the MQTT protocol for communication between trains and control stations with a low message loss rate.

Abstract
According to the World Health Organization (WHO) air pollution has caused 7 million people to die each year. Air pollution is around our environment and is difficult to avoid especially in Indonesia where most people are often not in place to burn garbage, smoke, etc so that the air becomes polluted and if inhaled, especially pregnant women and their fetuses can cause health problems in the respiratory system, circulation blood, damage the lungs, heart, and brain. In addition, sufferers of respiratory disease will get worse if they do not pay attention to the surrounding environment. Based on the problem, this study aims to conduct environmental monitoring to maintain the health of pregnant women and their fetuses and people with respiratory disease. The monitoring device uses three sensors, namely a smoke sensor, an air sensor, and a heart rate sensor that is constantly measured and if it captures abnormal values of the surrounding environment it will send warning information via a smartphone. This proposed monitoring device implements the Internet of Things (IoT). This IoT application is useful for medical staff to control the condition of pregnant women and people with respiratory diseases in their environment by receiving biomedical data from monitoring devices that are connected to pregnant women and people with respiratory diseases so that in emergency conditions medical staff can act faster. Future work is needed to advance the health sector related to sensors and systems that can be used in environmental monitoring devices.

The information explosion is practically unavoidable now. Meanwhile, the progressive development of information and communication technology (ICT) with the internet as the main information source has driven the huge number of information that keep them growing exponentially. This article discusses about epistemological problem in digital world as the amount of information or data grow rapidly. There are two concepts in information need to be properly understood. First, information are difference with knowledge, therefore having a lot of information does not mean having a lot of knowledge. Second, not all information are true, some are false or invalid. Therefore, information resipient need to judge the information validity by judging the information content and its credibility source.

Abstract
The objective of this research is to design a recommendation engine for Pilah Matur App. The recommendation engine can provide recommendations to a user about the list of recyclable waste that may be needed to a user according to interaction data with Pilah Matur App. Pilah Matur App is an Android-based recyclable waste mobile app that accepts the recyclable material data from recyclable waste donors or volunteers. The recyclable material may be needed by other users who act as the waste taker. Wastes taken by the waste taker can reduce the amount of waste disposed to the landfill. The recommendation engine in this research uses a combination of CF (Collaborative Filtering) and LBS (Location Based Service). Collaborative filtering performs data filtering based on the similarity of user characteristics so that it is able to provide new information to other users because CF provides information based on a pattern of one user group that has a similarity. The preference for recycled material uses the nearest neighbor similarity method based on GPS coordinates where the recycled material is uploaded by the recyclable waste donor or volunteer then compared to the location of the recyclable waste taker. The output recommendation engine is a list of recycled wastes that have the highest similarity to user preferences. The recommendations proposed by collaborative filtering methods can be measured for accuracy using Mean Absolute Error (MAE). The results of the MAE calculation in the user-based CF method, the App Maturity dataset has an MAE value of 0.33. While the item-based CF method gets an MAE value of 0.17 using the same dataset. The results of testing the CF method show that in user-based collaborative filtering the prediction errors are more than in item-based collaborative filtering. The results of the CF method recommendations are then sorted based on the closest distance by the LBS method.

Several researchers believe that Pura- a Hindu temple- in Bali is not just merely a place of worship. In Sanskrit that word means a fortress, while several early investigation shows that the pura is sharing several same characteristics with the fortress by design. High fences, small entrance, limited access and also the existence of observation tower was among the characteristics. The aim of this study is to proof that the pura architecture was not something brought from Majapahit, but on the contrary is an architecture built in the land of Bali by the Majapahit priest Danghyang Nirartha, after the fall of Majapahit to be a fortress, to avoid any acts and values came from outside to infiltrate the Hindu culture in Bali. The descriptive analytical method is chosen to bring about any knowledge regarding this issue, while as samples several pura around Denpasar was chosen to represent the pura of southern part of Bali where the architecture is developed in the past. The result of this paper is a description of how the now place of worship can be developed from some thought as a result of political event in the past.

Abstract
SVARA is an internet radio application developed for music and radio fans that provides music, radio, podcast and social media content. The existence of a recommendation system will help recommend music content to listeners based on the mood of the listeners. To display music predictions that fit the listeners mood is by grouping music with similar attributes. This research begins with the random sampling stage of music data on the SVARA server, then the data pre-processing stage to get the value of features in the music data with feature extraction using the python pyAudioAnalysis library. The features obtained from the results of extracting music data become attributes for doing music grouping on moods. Music data grouping uses the DataMining method with the Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering algorithm in 50 samples of music data. Mood parameters consisted of joy, relax, anxiety and depression. The application of the Hierarchical Agglomerative algorithm makes music data in the SVARA application grouped according to mood.

In its development, the Trans Jogja Bus operation had obstacles, specifically the sections number and intersections occur traffic congestion and mixed traffic, which resulted in the poor the performance of the Trans Jogja Bus in timely service. Road-widening and new road construction are very difficult to be implemented in Yogyakarta, caused by the limit area. This condition requires handling in form of study about the existence of a priority system for Trans Jogja Bus operations on the road. The most possible three solutions in the application of the Trans Jogja bus service priority system. First solution is by applying the ATCS (Area Traffic Control System) system at each intersection that is traversed by Trans Jogja buses. The second is by using an online application system that could provide information to Trans Jogja bus passengers on the existence of a bus, thereby reducing passenger waiting time. And the last is by implementing the flow bus lane and contraflow bus lane on 17 Trans Jogja bus routes. To realize the solutions, implementation of the priority system for Trans Jogja buses require to executes in stages, specifically in the short and medium term (by applying the Trans Jogja bus section) if the evaluation shows increasing the performance of Trans Jogja buses in travel time, headway, and load factor services, then the priority application could be applied in the long term or all Trans Jogja bus routes.

Abstract
Reducing travelling time between two cities by opening new route is a common solution, but usually it do not calculate the effect of this change to the growth of some economic points along the path of the new route. In the case of highway the only possible points are the rest areas. People and their cars are represented by agents who are travel and back between the two cities like a swinging pendulum with their on characteristic periode. Each city has its own mass that attracts agents to orbit around them, such as workplace, market, information, customer, and other features. A person who lives at city A but work at city B has to travel every day throug the highway. The need of this person is changing with time. During the day he requires a workplace but during the night he need a home. Since city A provides mass in the form of home and city B provides it in the form of workplace, he should leave city A in the morning to orbit around city B until afternoon, and then leave city B to orbit around city A in the night. During orbit change between the two cities he can choose different path, which is chosen to be the highway in this work. Due to characteristics of each agent, such as level of daily planning, vehicle quality, health, weather, and other aspects, it can transit to a restarea at some position or not. During it transit economic transaction can be occured such as accessing toilette, filling gas to the car, buying snacks, or simply a pause. Characeristics of every agent can be generated using a hypothetical distribution and then used in the simulation. Every type of economy transaction will be weighted and then accumulated in each day to obtained daily income for an economic point. Best and worse schenarios can be modelled. Work day and holy day will also show differences. Homogeneity of agents will also has interesting influence.
