Abstract
Abstract. This paper describes the design of an instrument that aims to help blind people in learning the letters hijaiyah. Reading hijaiyah letters should be an easy thing to learn, that is enough to learn to a teacher, then we see the letters to be studied and the teacher will give an example of how to read then we follow it. Unfortunately this is only limited to people who have normal vision. For people with visual impairments, of course there will be difficulties in learning hijaiyah letters. Therefore an independent system is needed that can teach hijaiyah letters to blind people. This instrument can be used independently by blind people because it provides special braille buttons to represent hijaiyah letters. There are two modes provided in this learning tool, namely tutorial mode and practice mode. For tutorial mode, if visually impaired presses the braille button on one of the hijaiyah letters, the letter will come out pronunciation. As for the practice mode, if the blind are reciting the hijaiyah letters the tool will give a sound response to the user whether the pronunciation of the letters is correct or incorrect in pronunciation. With this instrument, it is expected to help make it easier for blind people to learn the letters hijaiyah.

Abstract
The agricultural sector has a major influence in the National Economic Development through the acquisition of foreign exchange, the provision of raw materials and poverty alleviation. But every year the agricultural sector continues to decline, due to a decrease in production, distribution and affordability problems. One of the causes of the decline in production in the agricultural sector is the attack of Plant Disturbing Organisms (OPT). One company engaged in agribusiness in West Java is PT East West Seed Indonesia. Based on the results of interviews with one of the plant pathology researchers at PT East-West Seed Indonesia, they have a problem that is lack of understanding the information on the results of research on plant resistance. This is because the information they need cannot be directly received by them and cause the plant pathology researchers cannot understand the results of their research easily and quickly. The effective way to present data is to change it in the form of visual information. The results of the visualization design are implemented in the form of software prototypes. Thus, plant pathology researcher can understand the information they need with the results of this visualization

Abstract
This research aims to map and analyze the nexus between philosophy and computer science: ontological and epistemological, as well as axiological aspects. It is arguably known traditionally that philosophy is regarded as the mother of all rational sciences; However, there has been little hitherto discussion about the connections between the two. Computer science is always interested in how human mind works and behaves and try to mimic its ability to solve many problems, but unfortunately lack of meaning. On the other side, philosophy is systematic inquiry into human mind and behavior as well in order to give the meaning in every object of study. For computer scientists, understanding the nexus between philosophy and computer science will advance the ability to think through the consequences of novel ideas and widen the perspective. The results reveal that there are strong connection between these two disciplines, mainly in epistemological and axiological aspects. On axiological and ethical aspect, the link is very important, and philosophy has potential role in ethical problem solving that arise from within the academic discipline of computer science

For this reason, it is necessary to evaluate the structural behavior of earthquake loads, if the infill wall is included in the analysis. This research was conducted at the Postgraduate Building of the Faculty of Medicine, Gadjah Mada University. The purpose of this study is to look for the effect of displacement and interstory drift with additional infill walls. The research was conducted with ETABS software to make the model according to the actual conditions. The earthquake load simulated using equivalent static load and spectrum response. The structure model of the open frame structure building and the infill frame structure are modeled to compare the results. Result analysis shows that interstory drift in the open frame structure model is not safe because it exceeds the permit limit. While the infill frame structure of each floor is still within the range of permit values so that the structure deviation is still in the safe category as required by SNI 1726-2012.

Abstract
This study discusses the results of the rapid assessment of school buildings in Lombok after an earthquake occurs. The earthquake in August 2018 with a high enough intensity caused a lot of damage to the building. The entire area of Lombok Island was affected by the earthquake including the school building. This study assessed 15 school building buildings on the island of Lombok. School samples were taken randomly from several districts that were rocked by the earthquake. The results showed that school buildings in all locations were part of a Non-Engineered Building where there were no results of analysis of earthquake resistant buildings. Overall the condition of the building is categorized as being moderately damaged with non-structural components such as walls not having good connections with columns and beams. In addition, the structure and attributes of the roof are also damaged by a high percentage. In some buildings, it still does not follow good structural rules so that it is very dangerous for building users in the event of a large earthquake. Improvements using the retrofitting method are one of the most recommended ways to improve the performance of buildings that have mild and moderate damage.

Abstract
Excessive use of cement makes the price of construction projects expensive. Mortar making using high amounts of cement also has the potential to increase the price of the construction. This study discusses the use of agricultural waste as a substitute for cement in mortar production. The waste used in this study was bagasse ash, fuel ash palm oil, and rice husk ash. Each waste is added as much as 25%, 50% and 75% which are then tested for mechanical properties such as water content, unit weight, absorption, and IRS. Compressive strength was tested when the mortar was 28 days old with a cube-shaped specimen with a size of 50 mm x 50 mm x 50 mm. From the test results, it was found that all of this waste can be used as a substitute for cement. To produce a compressive strength of 100 kg/cm2 can add each waste with a percentage range of 12-18% of the weight of cement.

Abstract
Most of the houses in Indonesia are still categorized as non-engineered buildings which do not use good structural analysis in the manufacturing process. The level of education and knowledge about the construction of simple houses is certainly the main cause. The geographical conditions of Indonesia which are quite prone to disasters such as earthquakes, eruptions and cause this condition is one of the real threats to the population of Indonesia. This study discusses the level of vulnerability of buildings in the Klaten area to earthquake hazards. This area is one of the areas affected by the earthquake in 2006, and the community living was rebuilt with funds from the Indonesian government. The results showed that at the time of the initial construction 95% of this building had been calculated to withstand earthquake loads, this was seen from the main building which had a fairly strong structural component and was equipped with a fairly good structural drawing. Along with the growth of the population, most of the buildings have undergone a change of shape, many people have added their own buildings without considering the strength of the construction to withstand earthquake loads. so that buildings that were initially categorized as resistant to earthquake forces are very dangerous if an earthquake occurs.

Abstract
This study discusses the results of fresh properties and compressive strength of self-compacting concrete using ingredients added Red Brick powder as a fine aggregate substitute. The results of the study were compared with the properties of fresh properties and compressive strength with ingredients added by rice husk ash which is also a fine aggregate substitute. In addition, it was also examined the initial compressive strength of each of these variations in order to accelerate the completion time of construction projects using self-compacting concrete. Fresh properties testing is carried out in the form of V-Funnel, Flow Table, J-Ring and L-Box where all specimens produce quite varied flow rates. Compressive strength was carried out at ages 3, 7 14 and 28 days with cylindrical specimens with a diameter of 150 mm and a height of 300 mm. the variation of fine aggregate substitutes used is 20%, 40%, and 60%. From the results of the compressive strength, it can be concluded that the added material is categorized as self-compacting concrete with high initial compressive strength, while at 28 days the compressive strength test results are categorized as high strength self-compacting concrete.
