Abstract. This research aims to forecast the Poverty Line, to help a government obtain accurate and fast information. The method used in this research is Double Exponential Smoothing Holt-s Method. This method is a part of the data based time series analysis. The research applies the forecasting theory to produce a poverty line forecast for the coming year. Next, this research is analyzing data patterns and determine the best parameter values. Double Exponential Smoothing Holt-s method uses the parameters Alpha (α) and Gamma (γ). To determine the best parameter value is to use the trial and error method. The best parameter value produces the smallest value of MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error). The data pattern shows the trend, meaning that the Double Exponential Smoothing Holt-s method is appropriate for use in this research. The parameter values generated from the trial and error methods are Alpha (α) of 0.7 and Gamma (γ) of 0.1, which produced the smallest measure of accuracy, in this research using MAPE. By observing the results of the forecasting that has been done, this forecasting model has a very good performance. Poverty Line value will keep increasing, in accordance with increasing consumption patterns and rising prices of basic necessities.

Abstract
The self-localization of mobile robots in unknown environments is one of the most fundamental problems in robotics navigation. This is a complex problem because of the strict requirements on mobile robots, especially regarding to algorithm accuracy, robustness and computational efficiency. The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate a real time 2D mapping and localization approach for robotic application based on Extended Kalman Filter (EKF), Particle Filter and Iterative Closest Point (ICP). The loop closure method is added and shows satisfactory 2D mapping and localization results. We test our approach on large building simulations with large odometry positioning errors. A two-wheel differential drive mobile robot equipped with a 0.02 m resolution Laser Range Finder is used for testing. Simulation results show that accurate maps of large, cyclic environments can be generated even if there are no odometric data. Real time mapping can reach a resolution of 5 cm. This work can help in developing real-time mapping for robotic applications that process 2D cloud points in real time.

Web-based e-commerce has become a national economic indicator that continues to grow. Small medium enterprises (SMEs) have greatly benefited from this platform as it helps to reduce transaction cost, approach larger untapped markets and avoid intermediaries. Based on a comprehensive review of the past literature, we have highlighted low adoption of SMEs retail web, especially in the setting of developing countries like Indonesia. Given the lack of scholarly discussion on the topic, this research focus on discussing the adoption behavior of SMEs retail website. Theory of technology acceptance model (TAM) is applied through ease of use perception, usability perception, attitude and retail web adoption behavior. The total of the sample taken is 169 respondents from Bandung, Indonesia. The data is then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The finding of this study states that retail web adoption behavior is influenced significantly and positively by perceptions of ease of use, perception of usability, and attitudes. The finding shows that although their size is a disadvantage for SMEs to compete in the industry, e-commerce can help them make up. Therefore, it is important for SMEs to utilize the full potential of the retail web to unlock massive sales growth.

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of selling three brands of coffee in one of the stalls in the Garut area. The purpose of this research is to find out the opportunity to move from a coffee brand to another coffee brand within a certain period of time and then make a prediction of the chances of further coffee transfer until the steady state condition is obtained. The method to be used in this study is Markov Theory in which the time span used is the number of sales of each brand of coffee within two months. From the observations, there are three coffee brands that are most in demand by consumers, namely ABC coffee, White Luwak Coffee and Kapal Api Mix coffee. From the results of the analysis carried out, steady state conditions from the sale of the three coffee brands were obtained at the sixth month with sales probability values for ABC coffee, White Luwak coffee and Kapal Api Mix coffee each 31.28 %, 21.66% and 47.06%. If seen from the results of the research that has been obtained, it can be concluded that the probability of selling the three coffee brands is quite even and this can be a consideration for sellers to be able to supply the three coffee brands more than the other brands so will increase the sales of the three coffee brands

Abstract
This paper proposes authorization scenarios for updating population data systems that involve public participation through several different telecommunications channels, called Multi-Channel and Public Participation (MPP)-Based Population Administration System. This paper reveals a number of important technical aspects that arise and must be considered in the authorization scenario. This paper also discusses broadly the authorization techniques that have been used separately in many previous cases. Conformity between important technical aspects and authentication methods that are commonly used in system implementations is the basis for supporting the implementation of authorization scenarios. The proposed authorization scenario is to utilize a combination of Claim-Based and Multi-Factor authentication techniques because it has a match between important aspects and technical authentication. The combination of authentication techniques in the authorization procedure is able to verify and validate and determine the role of those who wish to collaborate in the service process.

The purpose of this study is to produce a model that can be used as a reference by nursing managers in monitoring each action taken by nurses, updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and being able to assist the head of the room to share action experiences between nursing staff. Nurses as nursing services implementers have different knowledge in carrying out nursing services, even though the nursing services provided are in accordance with existing procedures. This can occur due to several factors such as differences in work period, experience habits, and knowledge from various seminar or training that have been followed by each nurse. The difference in knowledge will greatly affect the quality of nursing services to patients in hospitals, so that good and correct handling through nursing knowledge management will be very helpful in terms of managing the resources they have. The process of knowledge conversion uses the SECI process (socialization, externalization, combination and internationalization). The method used to monitor the actions taken by nurses on patients is the text mining method, in which the stemming process uses the Nazief and Adriani Algorithm and in the analysis process using the Jaro-Winkler algorithm to measure the level of similarity of a nurses experience with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP ) The results of this study are recommendations for knowledge management systems at hospital nursing services, so that nurses knowledge and experience can be managed properly to share experiences between nursing staff.

The clustering method used in this research is the K-Means method, in K-Means cluster has a good degree of accuracy. This research examines how the use of the K-means method in case studies export products Indonesia against South Korea. From the results of clustering using K-Means method based on the value of the USD and Kg, then the generated 3 (three) clusters with cluster values are high, medium and low. Based on those results suggest that K-Means method can be used for inventory control of product reference or as Indonesia Indonesia Trade Promotion Center (ITPC) in Busan to view any export products should be retained and what are the export products should be improved to be promoted in South Korea so as to increase the number of export products of Indonesia against South Korea.

Abstract
Keywords are important because they represent a simple form of content and have important role in finding articles in information gathering as well as effective indexing. Keywords are common in scientific papers; website (meta tag), news, etc. In this research, we are focusing on scientific writings. Scientific writings are also categorized as structured because they have firm parts such as title, abstract, content, and conclusion so whenever we are going to find important information, we can find them through specific parts such as title, abstract, and conclusion.Automatic keywords extraction from scientific papers is used to assist on suggesting keywords for indexers or to produce summary in a form of keywords for scientific writings.By using trained auto associative artificial neural network with chosen keywords data sets we are able to find keywords features in scientific documents and a combination of semantic approaches in which relation among words is an important aspect aside of words frequency to discover important things in a document, so we expect to produce recommended relevant keywords. So the automated keywords extraction and pre-included keywords from the writer will be compared to choose either the most relevant or complementary and providing recommendation or perhaps the extracted automated keywords and the keywords from the writer are exactly the same.
