Abstract
This study presents a new approach to the extraction of the meaning of sentences that are irony, that is by way of classifying someone based on their utterances in the past. The history of ones utterances influences the assessment of a sentence having an irony tendency or not, for example when someone often speaks negatively, suddenly gives a positive opinion on a topic while other people give negative opinions on the topic. The fuzzy logic method needs to be used to assess the historical tendency of ones utterances when the values of positive and negative sentiments are almost balanced so that the value of the majority of sentiments is unclear. The results show that the greater the level of difference in sentiment between a topic and the higher the level of the historical tendency of a persons utterance, the higher the value of the potential irony of the utterance.

Abstract
Text mining and Natural Language Processing (NLP) are domains for sequence problems. This problem has been solved by Deep learning in many studies in recent years. Convolution Neural Network(CNN) is a method in deep learning, that is able to prove the ability to solve problems. In this article, we had review studies that use CNN to solve cases in text mining or NLP. The objective of this study is to get an overview of the improvements applied in a number of studies and problems that have not been resolved. We have surveyed more than 30 scientific articles obtained from scientific article portals such as Science Direct, IEEE explore, Arxiv, and Google Scholar. Furthermore, the abstracts of each article were collected to get an overview of the research. Based on this abstract, we obtain similarities and differences based on the problem solved, the preprocessing method for data input, and the approach taken to achieve the goal. The results show that some problems have not been resolved by CNN in the text mining domain and NLP. This happens because CNN is used to solve problems in each case such as sentiment analysis, classification of documents or NLP cases such as entities and their relationships, or semantic representation. CNN that is proficient in image classification has proven its ability to process text. Appropriate data representations and methods have brought that success. However, a number of studies only convey the results they are working on. No one has specifically discussed high computing problems on CNN with consistent and measurable parameters. Thus there are still many studies that use CNN for mining text and NLP are still open to completion

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to show the processing of surfactants from bagasse with the green chemical concept that is using vegetable raw materials. This is a laboratory research method, which synthesized become sodium ligno sulfonate (SLS) surfactant using two processes, hydrolisys and sulfonation with a green chemical process that is using microwave radiation (Microwave-Assisted Organic Synthesis / MAOS). Microwave radiation is given with a power of 300 watts for 60 minutes at 80oC. This step is carried out 4 times under the same reaction conditions and reaction time for 1 hour. The measurement results of the FT-IR spectrum show that in the reaction products 1 to 4 the expected functional groups have been formed, there are three main functional groups as indicators of lignin formation, the phenolic O-H functional group, the CH-aliphatic and aromatic groups, and functional group C = C aromatic. In addition to performing functional group analysis, characterization was carried out by analyzing the structure of the lignin amination product by measuring 1H-NMR with the results of the formation of alkene groups, sulfonate groups and carboxylates. The Microwave-assisted Organic Synthesis (MAOS) method has succeeded in synthesizing contaminated and alkylated lignin derivative compounds from bagasse lignin and synthesizing lignosulfonic derivatives.

Abstract
PT. Makassar BAN and Fertilizer Retailers have problems, namely problems in making monthly reports that are used as supplementary documents in ordering fertilizers both to distributors and to producers. This is because both (PT. BAN Makassar and Fertilizer Retailers) do not have applications that are used specifically to process their daily transaction data, which have been managed conventionally (not based on databases), so that all daily transactions must be typed in making monthly reports re-use the MS application (Excel). Distributed Database-based application is one method that can be used to overcome the problems mentioned above. This application will be used to store transactions separately both in Fertilizer Retailers and at PT. BAN Makassar which will then be used as material in the preparation of monthly reports flowing from Complete Fertilizer Retailers to PT. The Makassar BAN is then forwarded to the Manufacturer. The results of this study are the application of distributed database-based fertilizer buying and selling transactions that are used as fertilizer online stock reporting from retailers to distributors

Abstract
Problems involving mathematical models appear in many scientific disciplines. Complex mathematical models sometimes cannot be solved by analytic methods using standard algebraic formulas. Computers play a major role in the development of the field of numerical methods because the calculation uses numerical methods in the form of arithmetic operations, the number of arithmetic operations is very large and repetitive, so manual calculations are often tedious and errors occur. This study aims to develop software solutions for linear equations by implementing the Gauss-Jordan elimination(GJ-elimination) method, building software for linear equations carried out through five stages, namely: (1) System Modeling (2) Simplification of Models, (3) Numerical Methods and algorithms, (4) programming languages using Android Studio and (5) Simulation programs. Overall, in terms of content, proper software that can be used by students and lecturers in implementing numerical methods because there are ways to use the application and steps to solve linear equation problems using the GJ-elimination method.

Abstract
Applying a speed control system to a mobile robot needs to be done to make the robot move stably in an uneven environment with the variation of load. This study designed a speed control system for a mobile robot to follow setpoints with a fast response to reach a predetermined speed. The speed controller uses the fuzzy logic control method. The input is a speed error and the change in speed error is known from an encoder sensor and the output of the system is pulse width modulation (PWM) in the range of 8-bit converted to fuzzy forms. The rule formation and rule analysis with its implication function use the MIN function and defuzzification use the weighted average method. By implementing this fuzzy control the results of the robot move at the speed corresponding to the setpoint both on flat or uneven terrain, with load or without load. In experiments carried out on robots with a setpoint of 9,000 rpm from rest, the response time (in rise-time) is less than 47 ms and steady-state error close to zero.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to develop a new model by integrating the impact and readiness of the model that has been done before. The steps are taken a start from adopting, combining and adapting the previous model, namely by identifying the impact of ICT readiness in the countryside. The researchers developed the model based on the input-process-output logic and the processional and causal model of the IS impact models. This study has identified 9 variables and 45 indicators that have a relationship between impact and readiness. The findings of this study are the limited number of human resources who control ICT, the inequality of networks, the adequacy of institutional needs and the existence of budget support from authorized institutions and information systems that have not accommodated all service needs and have not been implemented in all villages. The conclusion of this study is combination model by integrating four preparedness model variables and five variables from the success model. In addition to the development process, clarity of coherent relationships between models, variables, indicators, and questions from each indicator are also presented in this study. However, the model development study may have limited to the used assumption set and understanding of the researchers, it may contribute theoretically, in terms of a new model proposition.

Abstract. This paper intended to discover how the invisible in architecture in the perspective of behaviour environment, confront the green value in architecture. The invisible in architecture understood as tangible architecture or space, but for some reasons taking place effectively invisible. A cradle–to–grave even a cradle–to–cradle paradigm of green design is still flourishing and many architects still use them, but among many designs still leave the unexpected effectively invisible spaces. The study conducted over and done with literature studies in descriptive manner. The aim of this study enquire the designers beside should keep a cradle–to–grave even a cradle–to–cradle paradigm in action, should be taking into account architectural basic order and spatial order in tremendous way and considering human behaviour in such order, clear function, versatile space, and proximity. This actually can be able to decrease the invisible in architecture. Furthermore, it can be able to reduce even avoid wasting resources, inefficiency, and degradation of the green value. The simple and old theories of architecture if applied in tremendous way, actually can help to overcome the new problems particularly the invisible in architecture in regard with confrontation to the green architecture.

Abstract
Computer network security is needed in line with the increasing number of interconnected networks. At present the attacks on computer networks continue to increase, so an efficient network intrusion detection mechanism is needed. Data mining methods over the past few years have been very popular for use in detecting network intrusion. In this paper, we propose reduce the dimensions of the datasets in the preprocessing step by using different state-of-the-art dimension reduction techniques, Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Information Gain (IG). Particle swarm optimization (PSO) and Genetic Algorithm (GA), both used to find more appropriate set of attributes for classifying intrusion, and k-Nearest Neighbors (k-NN) algorithm is used as a classifier. The results of the experiments we conducted used the KDD99Cup dataset standard, showing a comparative level of accuracy from the use of dimension reduction and classification optimization. The use of reducing the IG dimension in the KDD99Cup dataset with k-NN based PSO optimization can be better at detecting intrusion than other methods.

Abstract
Waste pickers search for and collect recyclable waste to be handed to other parties that can reprocessed them into goods of new values. However the information of the locations of those materials is not always present. The availability of this information can reduce the time of searching, increase the number of collected materials and therefore raise waste pickers income. The purpose of this work is to develop an information system model of recyclable waste availability. This model based on SWOT Analysis where data environment internal and external faced situation and condition. Build design of use case high-level to be as a grand design management, database, and user interface where a structured approach using prototype method. Input of this model is data where comes from the local society and is validated & verified by the local government and output of the model is information provided in texts and geographics map. This model is an effort to help waste pickers to obtain information about potential areas of waste sourced from the society together with the local government.

Abstract
Public relation services is a part in organization which handled every event in organizations. Management event and communication are activities important that need to manage. As an organization, UNIKOM, has implemented a series procedure to manage a public relations. This procedure should be accessed in many place, and time. Directorate of Public Relations and Protocol is a directorate that handled every events in UNIKOM. However, there is no system that facilitates the organizers in registering events until the implementation and evaluation. It was a problem whenever community, organization or person wants to make an event, relationship or schedule meeting with UNIKOM. Directed to the problem, this research has aims to construct some application in IoT that can be processed an event using Object Oriented Method. Object Oriented method has conducted to implement the e-Event. Steps for object oriented method are consist of use case diagram, sequence diagram, activity diagram, class diagram, and deployment diagram. Every diagram in object oriented as an design and implementation of the business process in e-Event. The business process which is included in e-Event such as registering, submitting an event, manage an event, hold an event, evaluation, and reporting. Abstract
Abstract. Electronic Supply Chain Management (E-SCM) can be implemented by collaborating several electronic concepts for business process such as E-Transportation, E-Distribution, E-Fulfillment, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Warehouse Management System (WMS). These concepts require high technology, expensive implementation, high skill and cost in development. Garment and textile are the most numerous industries in Indonesia, especially in West Java, E-SCM can increased efficiency and effectively for textile or garment companies, but E-SCM development requires high costs and high technology. These are problems when many garment and textile companies in Indonesia have limited capabilities of technology. In this research we design new E-SCM model with Value Chain Analysis approach and used Software Architectural Design to make the model. We divided E-SCM system for garment and textile industry in multiple layers and then we collaborate with two existing E-SCM frameworks, namely E‐Supply Chain Management Process and Technology Integration Framework and E-SCM Multi-Agent System Framework. We combine layers components with the relevant layers of the existing E-SCM frameworks. The result is a new E-SCM model for garment and textile industry that can accommodate limitations of technological capabilities.
