Abstract
This paper discussed about the feature detection problem in the computer vision affected by the brightness change. The presented descriptor is Scale Invariant Feature Transform (SIFT). The method is an algorithm in computer vision to detect and describe local feature in image which robustly identify object and invariant to uniform scaling, orientation, brightness changes, and partially invariant to affine distortion. We implement this algorithm to Robowaiters object detection system that must detect and recognize objects around its task like food, beverage, refrigerator and any kitchen objects. For this analysis case, we use beverage box image for sample image. The algorithm detects and recognize the image in normal brightness, and then the image brightness value increased and decreased. In the implementation, the algorithm success to detect and recognize the presented objects and distinguish it with success rate of 93.5% of image brightness increase and 95.5 % of image brightness decrease. Based the result, SIFT algorithm is robust to illumination changes for our case.

Abstract
The growth of the Internet and social networking sites made social media word-of-mouth (WOM) has the power to reach more people and is therefore perceived as the most efficient and effective tool for business entrepreneurs for advertising and publicity of their products and services. However, there is lack of consensuses on how to develop strategic social media campaign due to the dynamics of activities based on the platforms. To fill this gap, this study developed an instrument to measure social media WOM activities and test the relationship between these activities using partial least square (PLS). The empirical data was collected via questionnaires, where the target group is 316 college students, aged 18-24. The finding confirmed the hierarchical relationship of social media WOM activities, i.e. “consuming” strongly lead to “contributing” and “creating” activities, and “contributing” influenced “creating” activity. This research has a potential impact to help entrepreneurs who use social media to maintain their relationships with consumers. It is important to administer the three social media WOM activities simultaneously to achieve a consistent social media presence. Experimental and incomplete social media utilization that has been practiced by most entrepreneurs to this day will spare social media marketing full potential.

Abstract
Industrial companies that exist today are mainly industrial companies whose business processes produce food can not be separated from supply chain activities, also known as the supply chain management chain. Generally, the scope of the supply chain management chain in food industry companies consists of upstream parts, which are related to the procurement of raw materials for food production needs and in the downstream part, namely the distribution of finished products. In this series of upstream to downstream activities, it involves several system components such as the procurement of raw materials involving suppliers as parties that hold raw materials for company needs in the production process of finished products and procurement for companies as managers, while distribution activities involve the companys marketing department with distributors or consumers. The obstacle that occurs in the supply chain chain in the upstream part is in the process of determining the amount of raw material supply where there is often a mismatch, the raw materials are sometimes excessive or even lacking and this affects the production process which can stop at any time due to lack of raw materials or a buildup of products in the warehouse. In addition, because these procurement activities relate to outside parties as raw material suppliers, sometimes the constraints are separate in determining the right supplier and according to the needs of the company. Whereas in the downstream part it is related to the product distribution process where the company deals with distributors or consumers. Recommended supply chain management model which is a solution model for each upstream activity that can solve all the obstacles that occur in the procurement process and downstream to solve all the obstacles that occur in the distribution process.

Abstract
For the first time, well ordered zink oxide nanoparticle was synthesized by soft template technique using gelatin as co template. The structure of nanoparticle were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, XRay diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, nitrogen adsor[tion desoprtion tevhniques and scanning electron microscopy. Elementalo analysis on surface monitored by EDAX showed that pure particle produced by the first step produces by self assembly route. However, the process is affaected by block copolimer infiltration into zink precursor which make the Zn bulk formation. In another approach, the using gelatin as template had big effect on the morphology and structure on the nanoparticle. The structure of nanoparticle that synthesized by gelatin involving showed significantly enhanced textural morphologies than zink oxide without gelatin. F future application, nanoparticle using gelatinn as co template can be new candidate of the green material in the future

Abstract
Speed in the fuzzy topsis process, to get the expected results, can be applied using mathematical functions that have been formulated. This research has aimed to predict ability student on every test as prerequisite to enter the major. fuzzy topsis, with the criteria and alternative approaches, can be determined according to the problems applied. Problem in fuzzy topsis is not provided classification in the last step when we obtain many predictions classification. fuzzy topsis was only executed to get rank in a case. In order to solve that problem, we have added a function in the last step fuzzy topsis like rule base. Rule base is divided into four majors such as software engineering, animation, networking, and multimedia. To completed the prediction, we are introduced some criterion that deployed some assessment such as final examine, competency test, report, physical test, interview, and psychological tests. The result obtained for the process precision was 59.2%, and recall was acquired 60%. The reason why the precision and recall were not got a high value because the dataset is very short (over fit) only 270 to process in extended fuzzy topsis. Another reason is preferences of function was not proper for dataset and imbalance data, and dataset has centred in one favourite major is network and S/W engineering

Abstract
This study aims to model the form of customer profile classification on companies using the C 4.5 and Random Forest algorithms to produce the best profile classification model from customers to sess a pattern of assessments of manual assessments so far. The general model used in customer grouping is the RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) model, which is grouped based on the latest customer visits, the frequency of visits, and income received by the company, but in this case there is C (Cost) as new attribute, so the customer grouping model becomes RFM-C model approach. The use of CRISP-DM data mining methodology is the methodology used in this study, where the design of the C4.5 algorithm and Random Forest algorithm is compared and validated using 10-fold validation, in this case the application used is RapidMiner. While the 172,261 customer transaction data collected for two years. After testing the two algorithms, the results obtained are the use of the C4.5 algorithm for companies to classify RFM-C which is expected to predict because it has higher accuracy and kappa. And now these plastic packaging companies can predict customer transaction data based on historical data that has been processed.

Abstract
Fire events in buildings cause changes in the behavior of concrete and the components in it. In general, concrete materials are relatively more fire resistant than wood and plastic, as well as steel. However, to provide significant durability performance against fire, several requirements are still needed for adequate post burn concrete durability. The composition of concrete constituents is very important to note in terms of post burn concrete durability because cement and aggregate pastes contain components that can decompose after heating. This study aims to determine the compressive strength of concrete after fire and to determine the properties and characteristics of concrete after fire. This study used an experimental method using cube concrete specimens and concrete quality K 175. where each of the 5 samples was treated burned and not burned. Concrete is treated by curing for 28 days. The fuel test uses an electric furnace with the combustion temperature used is 1000 Celcius with a duration of 6 hours at the age of 35 days. Furthermore the test sample is cooled at room temperature for 24 hours. Changes that occur in post burn concrete include changes in the color of the concrete to gray white, crazing, spalling, release of aggregate grains, occur shrinkage and increased porosity. The results of post burn concrete press test also showed a decrease in compressive strength by 70%. The average percentage of post burn shrinkage is 13.79%. The average value of post burn porosity of concrete is 31.91%. So it can be concluded that concrete which experiences a fire at high temperatures will cause a very significant decrease in quality both in terms of strength and aesthetics.

Abstract
The process of database migration has become an ongoing problem because data has been collected. Inevitably, new systems are designed that are intended to be more efficient, user-friendly, inclusive, and currently than older systems. In some cases, a new system was developed just to replace the older system, and the justification might be new software trends, financial constraints. new management initiatives, user complaints, or other reasons. In some other instances, a new system was developed to replace the older ones that have become too complex or outdated and which hold back modifications and further evolution. This system is known as the "inheritance" system. The level of increase or at least change from one system to another will not slow down in the near future. In fact, the process of data migration from legacy systems will continue to accelerate in the coming years. The objectives of this study are to develop strategies and techniques of good and correct data migration that offer speed and timeliness without causing loss or damage to data, maintaining consistency and integrity of the schema table structure resulting from data migration, especially in mapping data types, to fit with structures in the original database, to minimize unexpected disfunctionality.

Abstract
PT. XYZ is a Company in Bandung that specializes in software creation services. Limited human resources in this company causing the control and management of the project do not neatly arrange because every team has differences in phases, procedures in the project, or location of the project that is being done under the contract, including the preparation of documents related to the project reports. Management of the company has difficulties in getting information about the state and progress of the ongoing projects. Due to the lack of good Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in managing project information. The main problem why is documents and knowledge spread is the employee turnover rate is quite high among employees who transfer from one project to another or when the employee leave the company so that each individual- knowledge had come to move or disappear. Based on these problems, it can be concluded that PT. XYZ requires knowledge management to improve the performance of the company. Therefore, this study proposes a model of knowledge management system design as the solution to the problems that occur in the company especially knowledge management project that is the core business of the company. Research conducted are using 6 steps from the 10 Step method Knowledge Management Roadmap to manufacture a blueprint. Abstract
The page displayed in a website on the internet is the output of the results of processing carried out by the web server. Initially, the web browser requests web pages for the web server, then the web server serves by providing web pages to display in the web browser. If there is no web server, the website cannot be displayed. Many web servers can be used on a server. But of course, we have to choose which web server to use. Web servers are generally run on a server computer so that they can serve many requests. However, there is also a web server that can be implemented on Android-based smartphone devices, with quality that is certainly different from that implemented on computer devices. This research aims to analyze the quality of several mobile web servers so that it can be known which mobile web server is recommended for use. This research uses several application tools to measure the quality value of several web servers. The results of the quality comparison assessment of each mobile web server will depend on the smartphone used in the implementation so that the quality value will be different if implemented on a different smartphone.

Abstract
ABSTRACT Pandeglang is one of the areas that has a vast area of land and also one of the disadvantaged areas in Banten province compared to Serang cities and districts and the city of South Tangerang. There is a dam called the Cikupa Dam, this is very useful for irrigation in Pandeglang rice fields. At present, the irrigation conditions are not enough and there are negligence officers in the rainy season such as forgetting to close the door of the dam. This results in flooding of the rice field and the possibility of crop failure. Therefore, a water level measurement tool is needed by using an ultrasonic sensor with Sugeno Fuzzy logic method. With the sugeno logic the accuracy of water level measurements can be measured, through this approach it is expected to be able to make decisions for measuring water levels as the scope of research writing. The results obtained in this study are accurate water level measurement models with the study of ultrasonic sensors with the fuzzy sugeno method, so that the dam guards get a warning sound to close the door of the dam.
