Abstract
A diploma is an important document for someone because the document shows evidence of someones graduation in taking an education both formally and informally. At present, the government of the Republic of Indonesia order the higher eduation institution to publish a diploma companion certificate (Permendikbud) No. 81 of 2014. A diploma companion certificate (known as Surat Keterangan Pendamping Ijazah - SKPI) or a diploma supplement is an official statement issued by a higher education institution, containing information about academic achievement or qualifications from education graduates where graduate qualifications are described in the form of descriptive narratives that state graduates learning achievements at the relevant to Indonesian Nasional Qualification Framework level, in a standard format that is easily understood by the general public. In order to collect data on academic achievements and qualifications of students during lectures, a mechanism is needed to collect them. The propossed system allows students to record data on their activities both achievements, projects that have been done, systems or applications that have been built, internships, practical work and other information that leads to the competence of graduates of study programs. This information system is used as a medium to collect these data, where when the student passes the study it can be used as a reference in making supplement diploma document which will later be verified and validated by the authorized personel. The system is an online information system, so that it is easy to be used by students, as well as study programs to process competency data which will later be used as input for diploma supplement when the students graduate. Students must be active in filling out the system so that their competencies will be seen in diploma supplement document which will later be printed by their higher education institution.

Abstract
The purpose of developing smart environment systems model for optimization in agriculture is to monitor soil, water, pollution levels, and weather conditions in farming. The monitoring process is carried out to increase the level of agricultural productivity. The model can be used to assist farmers in the decision-making process to cultivate the land and determine the types of commodities to be planted. The method used to develop the model is a descriptive qualitative. The result of the research is a model. Poor pollution levels and relatively erratic weather can worsen the productivity of agricultural land. These conditions make it difficult for farmers to determine the right seeds and fertilizers to use, as well as the right time to start the planting period. Thus the model is expected to support farmers in increasing the quantity and quality of their agricultural products. The model is developed as a part of the implementation of the smart city and internet of things (IoT) concepts which specialize in creating smart environments in agriculture.

Abstract
Files generated from the file conversion process can cause spelling mistakes including non-word and word-boundary misspellings. Non-word spelling mistakes because spellings are not available in dictionaries so spellings do not match Indonesian standard of grammar (KBBI). Non-word errors are dealt with using two spelling correction methods that are soundex methods to provide remedial remedies and methods of damerau-levenshtein distance used to select improvements from words recommended. The soundex method is a spelling correction technique (phonetic string matching) and damerau-levenshtein distance method based on the similarity of writing (approximate string matching). Soundex will look for words that have similarities based on the same phonetic code as the recommended word and damerau-levenshtein distance look for the smallest edit distance value of the word that is considered misspelled with the recommended word. While the word-boundary spelling mistake is because the spacing does not fit between the words so the two words become one word. Word-boundary errors are handled by looking for two words in KBBI, when the two words are combined will be the same as the word that is considered a word-bound misspelling. Based on test results, average for recall and precision for misspelled word detection of 100%, 80.6%. for improvement of the average word recall and precision that is 100%, 65,1%

This paper presents research on simulations of first level health care facilities, namely at Community Health Centers that are managed by the government and at the Primary Clinic which is managed by the private sector. The objectives of this study include identifying the patient flow time, the location of bottlenecks, and determining scenarios to improve system performance. The simulation model was developed using a discrete event simulation approach, after the objectives were determined, the study continued with data collection in the form of flow and volume of patient arrivals and service times in each location. By analyzing statistical data from 30 replications, it shows that there are differences in characteristics between Community Health Centers and Primary Clinics, namely at the location of bottle-neck, and the performance of Primary Clinics was better than Community Health Centers, with patient flow time, respectively 2516.23 seconds and 4881.03 seconds. However, after improvements were made in the bottle-neck locations at the Community Health Center and Primary Clinic, the patient flow time was almost the same, 1787.81 seconds and 1731.25 seconds, respectively. Conclusion, when the bottleneck location can be identified, improvements can be made to reduce the patient flow time of the two health care facilities, and even show relatively the same time.

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the factors that can influence peoples perceptions of intention to search for mobile banking information to support daily activities, as well as the influence of mobile banking on public interest or Depositors Islamic banking and conventional banking. We use the Google Search Volume Index from one of the popular Islamic banking and conventional banking "Mobile banking" keywords in Google Trends to estimate the relationship between individual interest in Islamic banks and Conventional banks, and Islamic bank deposits and Conventional banks. This study shows that the keyword "mobile banking" coefficient has a non-significant correlation with Islamic bank deposits and conventional banks, which cannot be concluded. Although the number of deposits of Islamic banks and conventional banks is determined by many determinants. This investigation proves that the factors that have not been exploited to date, such as variables that cannot be quantified or not measurable (eg, popularity and curiosity), can be examined with the help of Google Trends.

Abstract
This research aims to analyze the entrepreneurial ecosystem in universities. The research uses a qualitative approach with a type of exploratory research. The source of primary data is obtained through in-depth interviews and direct observation in the field. The secondary data sources are obtained and collected from the compilation and processing of data in the form of research results, scientific articles, publications, and documents related to the object of this research. The results of the study indicate that there are several components of the entrepreneurial ecosystem that can support the growth of new entrepreneurs in universites. The components include the existence of a business incubator center, the establishment of an entrepreneurial center, the existence of an independent entrepreneurial program, the existence of an impact entrepreneur program, the development of entrepreneurial student programs, and entrepreneurship priority. Several strategies were implemented to further create an entrepreneurial ecosystem in universities, including curriculum policies in each study program, improving the quality of entrepreneurship lecturers, product acceleration program downstreaming research, collaborating with other institutions, and providing best entrepreneurship. However, from some of these components, there are still not optimal roles, namely: curriculum application in each study program, optimization of the role of business incubator centers, the collaboration between faculties, and collaboration with banking institutions.

Abstract
In this study, we synthesized mesoporous carbon using SBA-15 as template and sucrose as carbon precursor. Mesoporous carbon produced by using hard template method in this study are labeled MNbC were then characterized using Instrument Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrophotometer (FTIR), Small-angle X-Ray Diffraction (SAXRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). In this study, mesoporous carbon is used to adsorb Ibuprofen using hexan solvent and the temperature variation experiment at 0°C, 37°C, and 45°C as the innovation of the drug delivery system. The drug delivery system is evaluated in a simulated body fluid after ibuprofen loading process. The results of the experiments showed that the optimum adsorption capacity of the trial temperature is 45°C it was due to a relationship between temperature and surface tension.
