Abstract
Least Significant Bit (LSB) is one method used in steganography to store messages in an image. In the LSB method there is still a gap to corrupt the message in the stego image if it is modified. As the result, the message in the stego image is corrupted. In this study, the modification process of the LSB method will be carried out by inserting the Redundant Pattern Encoding (RPE) method. The Redundant Pattern Encoding method will divide the stego image into patch A and patch B, then the message will be inserted into each patch. The results of the modification process on the Least Significant Bit method with Redundant Pattern Encoding, that is, the messages on the stego image can survive if the Segmentation is increased by a rate of 10% to 50%, Image Compression with a rate of 5% to 15% and Image Enhancement with a rate of 5% to 25 %. The message on the stego image cannot survive if they experience by giving of Color Image Processing and Noise thoroughly on both patches

Abstract
Prior studies show that the use of country of origin is commonly used by global companies to show the level of good reputation and product quality. However, there is a shift perspective in the eyes of consumers from certain generations compared to previous generations. The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of country of origin on the purchase intention of Indonesian Generation Z customers. And also, it is conducted to know what key factors of Indonesian generation Z customers are looking when they see a smartphone. Data collection method is determined using a questionnaire to be distributed to 116 Gen Z customers from two major cities in Indonesia, namely Jakarta and Surabaya. A quantitative method is conducted using some classical assumptions tests to obtain the relationship value of the variables observed. The results indicate that the relationship between country of origin in smartphone manufacturers on purchase intention of generation Z customers has a positive effect on the customer purchase intention, but relatively small. They preferred product that have durability and also comfort for them. Finally, it can be indicated that the approach of country of origin is no longer relevant to be used for Z generation customers.

Abstract
Cigarette smoke is a complex mixture of gases and particles that contain many carcinogenic and toxic compounds, which is the result of smoke in the room. One way to solve the problem of smoking in the room is the implementation of SFA regulation. This regulation is very important to reduce air pollution caused by cigarette smoke and reduce the harm of smoking and provide healthy air to the community. There are seven areas covered by SFA regulation. Therefore it is very important to know about "What is the 7th public places containing air pollution caused by cigarette smoke so that the necessary implementing legislation SFA in Jember?". The aim of this study is to monitor the air quality in areas which are covered by SFA regulation in Jember, with details of the following specific objectives: Measuring the concentration of particulate matter (PM2.5) in places which are covered by SFA regulation, as well as proving their smoking activities affect the poor indoor air quality. This study is a descriptive cross-sectional study design using regional monitoring and observation. The study population is SFA that located in Jember. The total sample is 100 public places. Samples were selected purposively with the criteria area frequented by the general public, is a place whose existence to the characteristics of a city (icon). The air quality is measured by PM2.5 monitoring will be done in the building for at least 1 hour with the first 15 minutes of the procedure outside the building, 30 minutes in the final 15 minutes of the building and back outside the building. The results showed that there were 56% of the 100 public places that have air quality above the threshold the WHO standard is 25 ppm. Public areas in question consists of; hotel, office, modern markets, traditional markets, health centers, restaurants, terminals, hospitals, places of worship, educational facilities, entertainment venues, and other public places. From an average of PM 2.5 measurement result, traditional markets and entertainment venues occupy first and second place for air quality above the threshold the WHO standard (25 ppm), which amounted to 69.2 ppm and 60.6 ppm. While the lower level of education facilities has cleaner air quality according to the WHO standard is 18.4 ppm. From this study it can be concluded that most of the area public places in Jember have poor indoor air quality that is above the standard threshold of WHO. This is due to the policy of SFA in Jember. Efforts are required to advocate for SFA regulation in Jember in order to protect the publics right of non smokers to breathe clean and healthy air at the public facility.

Abstract
In designing the dimensions of the open channel in open pit mining, there are factors that should be considered including rainfall intensity, runoff coefficient, and catchment area. These three main factors will determine the amount of runoff water entering the pit and affect the dimensions of the open channels that are expected to handle the runoff water discharge. This research aims to analyse the effect of selection method for calculating time of concentration and rainfall plans for the dimensions of the drainage that are needed to handle the runoff water. This research uses primary data from direct observation on the field and secondary data based on rainfall data from BMKG station. Izzard, William, and field observation method are used to determine the time of concentration, while maximum, average, and minimum method are used to determine the rainfall plans. Both factors are greatly influence the value of rainfall intensity. The results of this research are open channel (drainage) dimensions which are calculated based on rainfall intensity which is first calculated using the analysis of several methods. It is expected that the results are appropriate and in accordance with the needs of the mine openings so that mining operations can run smoothly.

Abstract
Water infiltration phenomenon through ground surface into the vadose zone is often described by a water ponding model. The description has been presented by researchers, but less of them have illustrated infiltration into homogenous soil of various grain sizes. The aim of this study is to compare water content distribution and the speed of wetting zone in Silica Sand soil of various grain sizes based on the purely physical movement approach. In this study, an infiltration process was simulated in a precisely soil column apparatus, which was used as a physical model; it had a height of 50 cm and a diameter of 15 cm. The water content distribution was illustrated by using numerical simulation based on Richards equation that was solved by finite different method with Crank-Nicolson scheme. Meanwhile, the function of water retention curve of the soil was predicted following van Genuchten parameters from measured logarithmic scale of negative soil water tension and water content values. The simulation results indicated that the speed of wetting fronts is decreased proportionately between soil size and ponding time that are apparent by means of comparison in logarithmic pattern. This simulation was refining the previous water-ponding model of natural sand, silt and clay soils.

Abstract
Air transportation bccomes popular for people to travel. This kind of transportation is not only used to travel internationally, but also domestically. Indonesia, where the need of fast and long-distance transportation is crucial, makes domestic low-fare flights favourite for peole. However, this increasing demand on air transportation causes the rise of passengers which affects the terminal. One place which will be affected is check-in area. This is a place where passengers come to process their document, before they travel. There will be queues at check-in counters when the number of passengers is increasing, if the capacity of the terminal does not change. As a case study, Derparture Terminal A of Adisutjito Airport will assessed. This study will assess Citilink check-in queue which happen at peak hour. The result shows that there were three counters open to serve three different flight at peak hours, eventhough the flight company own six counters in check-in area. Using M/M/1 model, the evaluation shows there will be 2.73 minutes of waiting time until a passenger be processed at check-in counter. Furthermore, there will be 4-5 people waiting to check-in, with average time of check-in process is less than one minute.

There are many websites that specifically provide information about job vacancy. Information on job vacancies submitted in each website is independent, does not have any relationship with one another. This causes users (job seekers) to find information on the desired job on every job vacancy website that exists. This research combines job information from several (three) websites into one integrated information. This research was conducted by combining information from three websites with scraping methods, and weighing Frequent Frequency - Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) words. After the information from the three websites is combined, the job title words will be indexed and stored in the database. TF, is used to determine the word weight of the job title and suitability with the searched keyword, while IDF is used to indicate the availability of terms or keywords. The result of this study is a prototype information system that can display job information from several website sources in an integrated manner, according to the keywords entered. Job seekers are facilitated to get some job information that is searched at once.

Abstract
There are myriad of avenues can be done to process the agricultural products to be more varied final products without neglecting the food safety standard. A shelf life and shelf life preservation should be the priorities in food processing. One method usually done to increase the shelf life of a food product is by preservation. The preservation method which is conducted by small, medium and advanced scale industries involve physical treatments including heating, drying, cooling and freezing, and adding chemical substances. Preservation is also executed through a combination method that is by mixing those aforesaid methods in one running process of preservation. Carica (Vasconcellea pubescens) is a primary commodity of the agricultural sector on the Kejajar Village, Wonosobo, Central Java, in which the village is situated in Dieng Plateau. Carica has a unique flavor, distinctive aroma, and chewy flesh. However, Carica is vulnerably fragile regarding its shelf life. Due to its fragility, it is impossible to store the Carica in fresh condition for a long period. Therefore, advance food processing is necessarily needed to extend its shelf life, to make it more practical in terms of consumption, and to improve its economic value in terms of business. Sunrise is one of the developed medium scale enterprises which focuses on processing Carica fruits to be Carica sweets in Dieng, Wonosobo. The society service program aims for 1) applying an appropriate technology in medium scale industry of Carica fruit processing, 2) examining the effectuality of the appropriate technology application in influencing the length of the boiling process and improving the quality of Carica Sweets.

Facial Expression is one form of communication with humans. Every human being must have different forms of facial expressions, this causes difficulties for the computer to recognize it. In the process of introducing facial machine learning expressions do not recognize the expression directly, but the feature extraction process needs to be done first. One feature extraction method that can be used is Markov Stationary Feature - Vector Quantization (MSF-VQ). The MSF-VQ algorithm has been tested in the case of human face recognition and has an accuracy of 99.16%. In this study the MSF-VQ algorithm is used to recognize facial expressions. The total data used for training data and testing data was 1440. For training data 1170 facial photos were obtained from 15 people, with 6 types of facial expressions, and from one type of expression there were 13 facial photos per person. The test was carried out using 270 test data using the MSF-VQ algorithm using a Multiclass Support Vector Machine learning machine with a linear kernel. Based on the results of tests that have been conducted, the level of accuracy achieved using the MSF-VQ method reaches 97.14%. This shows that the MSF-VQ method can be recommended as a good method for facial expressions recognition.

Abstract
Tacit knowledge has not been revealed in an explicit and structured form, the low motivation of people to seek new knowledge from tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge. It takes a place that can channel the hidden knowledge into new knowledge. The purpose of this paper is to find out the mapping of community learning in informal education to support learning communities. Some of the previous studies of Community Learning were able to create smart, skilled, independent and competitiveness communities with learning programs at formal education. The internet community and media make a distance not an obstacle for people who exchange ideas. The power of bonding makes people help each other like families who have the same responsibilities. Community-based learning becomes an alternative in the future, where conventional learning will gradually be abandoned. Learning Community in the context of informal education is an alternative for busy individuals and it is difficult to find time to share knowledge. The method used is by survey method by defining the scope in detail, and determining the research question; do a search that involves selecting literary sources based on keywords, and determine inclusion and exclusion criteria to sort the types of references for further exploration. Community-based learning has unique things related to the learning process that is not possessed by formal education, among others, the interaction between community members, collaboration in sharing knowledge, quick feedback in solving problems, and self-reflection that often expresses opinions. unthinkable, the creation of actualization, problem-solving and learning by doing as well as learning community learning can also be done with experience-based learning.

Abstract
This study aims to produce an information system design that helps educators to evaluate learning in each semester systematically and easily accessible. Learning evaluation aims to determine the growth and development of students and see the success of the learning plan. 2013 curriculum is a curriculum that is currently being used by early childhood education. Based on the 2013 curriculum, there are 3 kinds of kindergaten assessments, namely anecdotes, checklists, and works. Educators find it difficult to process these assessments because educators make an assessment by recording daily activities, but there is no specific record of the events and developments of each individual so that the teacher is difficult to evaluate the final grade. Therefore, it is necessary to design a kindergaten learning evaluation system to then create an information system for learning evaluation for kindergartens that helps teachers know the abilities of their students. The design of this system uses descriptive research methods and information system design development methods that use the Kanban methodology, where the Kanban method helps design of the information systems for kindergarten learning evaluation for with the aim of harmonizing development in accordance with the wishes of users, educators who are early childhood education teachers directly in system development. The results of this information system design will be used later by the programmer to then be made by the programmer and used by kindergarten teachers later.

Abstract
Information about Indonesias geography is needed by children. In general, maps are used to find out countries, cities, islands and others. But so far map is very poorly understood by children, so they do not know the geographical layout. This is because there is no design that can attract children and can be understood by them. To solve the problem this reserch create an application called Indonesia geographic application. Indonesian geographic application provide information about cities in Indonesia. This application is made based on Android and display interesting animations that are expected to attract attention and can facilitate children in understanding about geographical layout.

Abstract
The researchs purpose is to analyze the problems in the production process in the occurrence of waste. The method used by the researchers is lean six sigma approach to define, measure, analysis, improve and control (DMAIC). The results of the study were the ability for saus sambal to be at level 3 sigma, while the sambal terasi was at level 4 sigma. The results of the analysis of researchers, in the production process there are two waste. First, waste transportation is in the form of activities to move the labelling table, so the labelling table is placed close to the pallet during the packing process and the second is waste processing in the form of sorting activities and manually re-stripping the raw material in the compounding process. As for the improvements suggested by the researchers, the first is to improve the packing area layout and use conveyors to move the cans to be packed and the second suggestion is to standardize Rpm and the appropriate amount of release rubber to produce optimal fresh raw material peels.

Abstract
Questionnaire is one method that is very widely used for social research and is an important stage in an information system survey in this case the instrument adopted from previous research. Research in the field of information systems today is highly developed in accordance with the context ranging from industry, education, and other fields that are not limited. The objectives of this study were to assess the nature of the psychometric properties of users in this case is the level of readiness of users in adopting information technology in SMEs. Respondents were chosen randomly and were active computer users in SMEs, and the questions and statements given could be responded to and understood well, so that the perceptions between researchers and respondents were the same. Population used is by taking several SMEs industries in Jakarta. The survey was conducted by interviewing and distributing questionnaires to employees at SMEs. Data processing is done using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The results obtained are 3 of the 70 questions were recommended to be rejected. Besides, the findings can be used by other parties in terms of testing a questionnaire as a reference for consideration, and the confirmation results can be used as a reference in revising the questionnaire questions

Abstract
This research developed a fixed time isolated intersection signal system using Fuzzy Logic model, starting from conventional method using Indonesia Highway Capacity Manual 1997 adopted from American Highway Capacity Manual version 2000 and 2010. Fuzzy Logic models provide maximum efficiency and performance in setting traffic lights when compared to conventional methods. Fuzzy Logic model analysis process based on expert system involved numeric and linguistic variables, whereas in conventional method only used numeric variables. The optimization of signal intersection is obtained through a series of combinations of variable analysis of membership function calculation in fuzzy inference and fuzzy rule base processes. Surveys were taken by several samples of intersection in Bandung during April - May 2017, the result of simulation analysis showed that Fuzzy Logic model resulted in an average of green time extension on each approach of 55 % from the existing condition. Simulation is done with rule based control and cycle time at the intersection , the Center of Average (COA) value is obtained as a basis for measuring performance around 20 to 90. Finally there is an increase of 55% in intersection performance with the decreasing number of queues of vehicles, and raising the capacity of vehicles passing through the intersection. It is expected that Fuzzy Logic model can contribute and provide alternative solution at isolated signal intersection in the future.

Abstract
Poverty is one of the development challenges faced by almost all areas in Indonesia and became the main concern of national and Regional development, to poverty reduction programs and objectives can be implemented effectively then required the use of technology in an effort to improve services for the poor population in Padang City. Through the development of management information system of poverty in Padang city, integrated data can be obtained from the poor population. The Application needed, at least has 3 main functions of processing, namely: the filtering Function based variables with specific criteria either singly or combination. The output of this function is the overall number of aggregate or per group of deciles and area based distribution (districts and subdistricts) needed to stage the analysis of socio-economic conditions as well as the list of household names and addresses or/and individual to the targets of the program, The function to add the recipients programs and program data from either the central or regional data into households or/and individual. The output of this function is any household or/and individual who became the recipient of the program will have a program of historical data has been received and the function to update the data of household variables or/and individual. In the end the Bappeda Padang city can carry out the application that will optimize the management of the database of poverty in innovative and integrated and can be operated by the users particularly executives simply and easily. The application is web and mobile-based to be accessible via the internet so that it can support the concept whenever and wherever.

Abstract
PT Cedefindo is engaged in the cosmetics contract manufacturer where the accuracy of product delivery is very important in order to maximize service to consumers, so information is needed to support the performance from order to delivery of the product. This study will provide predictions of product delivery based on the results of analysis of existing production history data. In addition, this prediction will prevent problems in administration, production and delivery. The data mining algorithm used is linear regression to predict administration, production, and delivery of product delivery accuracy. The predictive value produced is a constant of 6.105, plus 0.925 times the number of administrative days, plus 0.64 times the number of days of production, plus 0.191 times the number of days of delivery. The results of the test formula produced there is a difference of 10 days from the target and prediction.
