Abstract
To meet the global population needs, it is projected to at least eighty billion dollars in investment per year to support the food security until 2050. It is widely known that the agriculture financing growth has stalled due to many reasons. Islamic finance has potential to spur the growth of agriculture financing to promote global food security. Meanwhile, agriculture in Indonesia is still nowhere to its potential. It is hindered by an inefficient and underdeveloped downstream segment, low access to financial and technology. This is a huge opportunity for Islamic finance in helping to bridge the gap through value chain finance approach as one of the strategy to reduce risk and give socio-economic spill-over effect along the chain. Islamic finance can promote agricultures sustainability and a more efficient process with FinTech enabled platform. The multiple case study proposes a sharia compliant community based financing model in agricultural value chain practice with FinTech enabled platform. The result is this model integrating all actors from different market segmentation (landowners, suppliers, farmers, brokers, retailers, investor) into an Islamic value chain financing platform. However, determining buying intention, partnership establishment, and technology infrastructure are pivotal for its future implementation.

Abstract
The women in Myanmar have been underrepresented in all aspects, including in the parliament at the union and state/region level. However, the number of women in parliament at national and state/region level was significantly increasing from 3.7% in 2010 to 10.08% in 2015. The international pressure was signalled as the cause of the increasing number of the representation of women in parliament. This article is aimed to explain the transnational advocacy in increasing the number of women MPs in the parliament of Myanmar. In order to analyze the process of advocacy, the authors used the Boomerang Pattern from Keck and Sikkink in explaining the Transnational Advocacy Networks (TANs). Besides, in understanding the change of state behaviour, the authors reiterated the logic of appropriateness by March and Olsen. The data analyzed in this research was the secondary data using library research method. This research signified that the advocacy process for increasing the number of women in parliament of Myanmar is: 1) The local women movements establish the transnational network with the foreign NGOs due to a non-functioning channel to the government and; 2) The INGOs set the issue in international level and push some foreign states and the United Nations to pressure Myanmar. In return, the state changed its behaviour and began to increase the representation of women in the parliament.

Abstract
Presentation skill is a type of public speaking which can be in a form of speech, debates and meetings. In public speaking, a speaker can face more than two people or even hundreds or thousands of people. While in ordinary conversation, the speaker or the listener is limited to only a few people. Feedback is usually given after an activity is done. In this case, the students who were trained were given feedback by the teacher. Feedback is given thoroughly, both on the language, content and method of presentation. Research on feedback or assessment on oral presentation is underexplored. The present research is a proof supported with empirical data which suggests that the role of feedback is important and statistically assessed as significant in making performance better. The main factor that determines the quality of a presentation is the language skill. However, there are other aspects that are quite decisive such as the material or topic or theme presentation and method.

Abstract
Calcita induced precipitation methods (CIPM) are the recently potential technique in geotechnical engineering to improve the engineering properties of sandy soil. One of the most promised methods is enzyme-mediated calcite precipitation (EMCP). In this technique, the mixed solution composed of reagents and an enzyme of urease, which produces calcite, is used as the grouting solution. The precipitated calcium carbonate in sandy soil provides bridges between the grains of sand, restricting their movement and, thus, leading to improving the strength and stiffness. This paper presents a review of the application of EMCP for soil improvement and discusses the additional material and their effect on the treatment process and engineering properties of the sandy soil. Envisioned application, potential advantages and the limitation of EMCP for soil stabilization are also presented and discussed. Finally, the primary challenges and the development opportunities for future research are briefly discussed.

Abstract
Non-Destructive Testing Ultrasonic is needed for structural testing in steel, testing is carried out to determine the condition of damage or hole defects due to corrosion and long-term use. The aims of this research to create a data acquisition system using Continuous Wavelet Transform and the results of the acquisition data are used to find the position of hole defects in steel. The part of data acquisition were pulse generator and amplifier. The signal from the pulse generator is used for input on an ultrasonic transducer with an amplitude of 60 Volts, a PRF of 1 kHz, and a pulse width of 1 micro second. Meanwhile, the gain in the low noise amplifier is 28 dB, its function as a signal receiver from an ultrasonic transducer. The output signal from the ultrasonic transducer is processed using CWT to obtain the coefficient of approximation. The position of hole defects is based on the delta wave from the initial pulse and echo. therefore, hole defects are indicated by a reflection wave defect. The acquisition system in this study was able to identify the location of hole defects in steel. The average depth can be detected by 0.79 cm with an error of 0.244 percent.

Abstract
Disclosure of sustainability reporting can perceive accountability and increase company value for stakeholder decision making. The phenomenon of indifference to social, environmental and other non-financial elements requires that governments and international institutions form additional standards and regulations as guidelines for reporting company performance. Sustainability reporting is an additional standard for representing a companys overall performance by incorporating the companys environmental, social and economic aspects. This study aims to examine the effect of continuous reporting on financial performance applying quantitative methods with multiple linear regression which tests several independent variables on one dependent variable. This study uses secondary data in the form of financial statements of 17 companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index 2014-2016. The sampling technique was determined by the purposive sampling method. The research hypothesis is whether sustainable reporting influences financial performance as measured by asset management ratios, profitability ratios, liquidity ratios and market ratios. The normality test explains that all variables meet the assumption of normality. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov significance value is greater than 0.05. There is no autocorrelation and heteroscedasticity in all variables. The statistical t-test and determination test show different percentages for each variable. The conclusion of this study concludes that sustainability reporting has no effect on asset management ratios, due to the limited reporting of intangible assets in Indonesia. In addition, sustainability reporting affects six variables of profitability ratios, liquidity ratios and market ratios. These results indicate that companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and regularly reported in the Jakarta Islamic Index have adopted sustainability reporting properly.

Abstract
Health issues in International Relations (IR) are substantially developing, the problem of HIV/AIDS is a world problem, not only the problem of one country, including Indonesia. The dynamics that occur by actors undergo changes that include: actors as actors, goals of actors, power, interaction hierarchy, and international systems. Health diplomacy is carried out by state and non-state actors in overcoming health security, one of which is infectious disease (HIV/AIDS) which is included in one component of human security. Cooperation between Indonesia and Australia to overcome this problem has been going on for a long time with the existence of political content or national interests of both, not just humanitarian motives. Health diplomacy is part of global diplomacy, and is a new issue in understanding widely by decision makers and policy makers in the fields of health and foreign relations. Global health issues only gained widespread attention in 2006 through the launch of the Foreign Policy and Global Health (FPGH) initiative and the Oslo Declaration which was proclaimed in 2007. In this paper, the role of theory and concept will be used, international cooperation and health diplomacy. will also use qualitative methodology and based on the authors experience in advocating health issues about HIV/AIDS.

Abstract
This paper examines the response of Indonesian political parties in dealing with the 2019 electoral threshold, whether parliamentary threshold or presidential threshold. Therefore, this paper is written for twofold main objective, to discern the development of political ideology in Indonesia in post New Order regime and to identify the current political cleavage among political parties particularly between Islam and secular or major parties vs small parties. Methodologically, it is a qualitative research and the in depth interview and online news collection are applied as the data gathering techniques. The research finding demonstrates that the political ideology in recent Indonesia is waning and towards to the end of ideology. If it is so, it can harm the party system in Indonesia and will be what so called depoliticization of party because of the lack of people trust. It can be shown by some evidence. First, the party response to the electoral threshold issues is no longer considering ideological and organizational motives, but because of pragmatic goals. Second, in term of responding the 2019 electoral threshold, a number of Islamist parties are in one coalition with secular parties. Likewise, small parties have a same position with major parties in coping with these issues. Consequently, the political cleavage is hazy and meaningless.

Abstract
Consumers are very important assets for the company. This is the reason why companies must design and use strategies that are quite clear in treating consumers. With the large number of consumers owned by a company, the problem that must be faced is how to determine potential consumers. With clustering methods in data mining, companies can identify potential consumers by grouping consumers. The purpose of the consumer grouping process is to find out consumer behavior and apply the right marketing strategy so that it can bring benefits to the company. This study discusses how to process data mining from consumer data at TB 80, which is a company engaged in the field of matrial, selling material and aims to find potential consumers who are expected to make managerial decisions to increase revenue. The data mining process begins with the process of preprocessing data (selection, clending and transformation) then in the clustering stage using the K-Means algorithm by determining the number of clusters. The clustering results of algorithm K-Means are used to group consumers and form consumer classes based on Frequency and Monetary attributes.

Abstract
Along with the increasing implementation of information technology in various fields, the complexity of software has also increased. This increase in complexity is related to the increasing requirements. Complexity is the main driver of software costs, reliability and performance and one of the most important factors that can affect quality. . The best choice for predicting software complexity is before software development reaches the coding phase. This helps developers to manage software projects. There have been many studies on predictions of software complexity carried out by previous researchers. But in this paper the method of using bayesian regulation algorithm is proposed to predict the complexity of software based on requirements. Thus it is expected to be used as a reference for software developers in managing software projects.

Abstract
Semi-precast column consists of the combination of cast-in-place concrete and segmental precast concrete. In semi-precast concrete column, difference in compressive strength exists between the cast-inplace and precast concrete. This aim of this research is to investigate the behaviour of column-fondation joint of semi-precast concrete column under axial and lateral cyclic loading. The behaviour of column-fondation joint of semi-precast concrete column has been evaluated by using ACI T1.1.2001. The result show that the column complies with acceptance criteria of ACI T1.1-01 at point c. Thereby column bataton can be used only at the moderate moment resisting frame system (SRPMM) of precast concrete structure, with maximum value of R (modifications response factor) is 6 (ACI T1.1-01).

Abstract
Ballasted track is a technology that commonly used in Indonesia due to the practical in build and maintenance. However, the application of this technology causes much ballast degradation that effect the rail track geometric condition. The rail track stabilization using bitumen and scrap tire was recommended to make a solution the problem of the ballasted track. In this research, scrap rubber and bitumen used as much as 10% and 2% of total weight, respectively. The samples then built with 4 different configurations to analyses the value of some parameters such as void volume, deformation, abrasion, and elasticity modulus. Results show that the ballast with scrap rubber and bitumen has a smallest value of void volume which is 35.21%. Also, the sample of ballast with bitumen has the smallest deformation value, which is 5 mm at the load of 483.4 kPa, and the highest elastic modulus, which is 27.13 MPa. Furthermore, the smallest value of abrasion, 19.6 grams, was occurred on ballast with bitumen and scrap rubber.

Abstract
E-Commerce has become a solution in online transactions. Based on data from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Indonesia, in 2016, there were 26.2 million users and continued to grow by 17% from 2006 to 2016. On the other hand, the development of e-marketplace has also grown significantly in Indonesia. There are 100 trillion transaction value in 2018. Currently, e-commerce actors are still unable to compete with existing e-marketplace. This is due to limited stock and types of products sold by e-commerce. One of the challenges faced by e-commerce managers is increasing the number of customers and transactions. The purpose of this study produced an architecture for data integration between e-commerce to the e-marketplace. The multi-platform e-marketplace model was developed that was integrated and could distribute products from several e-commerce. Service oriented architecture was used as a method in integrating and distributing products from e-commerce to e-marketplace. Based on the results of testing with 90 request can be concluded that the process of data distribution from e-commerce to e-marketplace can be done in a fast time with average loaded time of 0,72 seconds and the size of data accessed is relatively small with packed average size of 5,68 KB. The conclusion of this study remains the use of service-oriented architecture can be applied for e-marketplace that integrated with several e-commerce for supporting some feature like online payment and courier.

Abstract
even though Indonesia has a law that prohibits witchcraft, its practice in Indonesia still continues today. The phenomenon of witchcraft service offers is done in various ways, including online. Hundreds of witchcraft services offer their services with confidence and even install Google Adsense. This peculiarity occurs in Indonesia as a multicultural country whose society is led to modernity, but on the other hand still has a primordial perspective, believing in the occult. This article discusses the witchcraft practice services that are present through internet media, 3 blogs chosen as case studies are the object of study. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the use of blog features in the practice of santet in Indonesia. Through research, it is known that internet sites are the initial medium of transactions. Practitioners (shamans) make the internet a medium for trapping consumers (as actors), especially middle, upper-middle and upper-middle class economies who are busy, reluctant to identify their identities, and need fast processing. In the site presented the types of witchcraft services with various levels, most of the sites straightforwardly load shamans contact numbers. The site platforms used are blogs. To convince consumers the site displays testimonials of dialogue, as well as proof of transactions regarding the practice of witchcraft that is carried out.

Abstract
Improving accuracy in the hand motion classification plays an essential role in the development of the prosthetics hand. Electromyography (EMG) signal has been used widely to control the prosthetics hand for amputee person. However, in the development of the prosthetics hand for amputee using EMG signal, generally, shows low accuracy in the hand motion classification. Therefore, the objective of this study is to evaluate hyper-parameters in the deep learning algorithm to obtain a high accuracy in the hand motion classifier based on EMG signal. Ten channels of EMG signal from amputee was extracted using root mean square (RMS) to reduce the complexity of the EMG characteristics. The EMG signal from amputee was obtained from ninapro dataset. A deep learning algorithm with a convolution neural network method was applied to classify 18 hand motion from transradial amputee person. The value of the hyper-parameters of the deep learning was investigated, in order, to obtain the best accuracy of the deep learning classifier. After the evaluation, we found that the accuracy improved significantly than conventional classifier machine learning. The highest mean accuracy is 89.6% for 18 class. In order to obtain a high accuracy in the hand motion classification, this study suggested to use, this proposed method in the development of the prosthetics hand
