Abstract
Abstract Paddy rice and rice have become the food culture of the people of Indonesia, so products that are developed like rice are needed by not changing food preparation at the household level. Analog rice is one of the nutritious instant food products that has successfully developed thanks to the development of science and technology. Analog rice is one solution that can be developed in overcoming the availability of food both in terms of the use and application of new food sources or for food diversification. Analog rice is an imitation of rice made from materials such as tubers and cereals that are widely grown in Indonesia, processed, the shape is similar to paddy rice. The purpose of this study was to find the optimal mix composition of cassava flour, corn and taro to produce analog rice and to know the physicochemical properties of analog rice which could replace paddy rice. The results showed that the best analog rice had 128.4% water absorption, 12.51% water content, 71.94% carbohydrate, 8.5% protein, 1.1% fat and 14.09% amylose content included in low amylose rice.

Abstract
This article examines the political economy of national ownership, focussing on the reconstruction of the healthcare system in post-conflict Timor-Leste in relation to the shift from aid-dependence to oil-dependence. Considering three main approaches to development policy-making-patronage-based, populist and rationalist-it argues that, from 2002, the government generally used patronage-based strategies that benefitted elite political networks, increasing corruption. Based on empirical research, the study demonstrates that, in several areas, the government of the Revolutionary Front for an Independent East Timor (2002-2007) could exercise some autonomous decision-making despite being heavily aid-dependent. Later, under the National Congress for Timorese Reconstruction government (2007-2017), empowered by oil resources, elites had greater control over development. However, the creation of a modern healthcare system was central to the elites political ideology, involving populist rather than patronage-based politics. Analysis of this research indicates that ownership regarding healthcare has become concentrated among powerful groups (donors, elites, and the MoH) while health professionals, who advocate a neoliberal approach, lack a political voice. Thus, the paper problematises the Paris Declaration is focus on country ownership to ensure better aid delivery as unrealistic because ownership becomes subject to contestation.

Abstract
In English as Foreign Language (EFL) classroom context, it is compulsory for the students to make reflections of literary works. Through the reflection, the students are able to acknowledge what they have learned and interpreted of the literary works they are assigned to. Through reflection the teacher is able to examine the students progress in comprehending the literary works, monitor if the students are able to interpret the authors intention, and anticipate when the students happen to misunderstand the stories of the literary works. The purpose of the study is to examine the effectiveness of using Gibbs reflective cycle for the students in writing their reflections. The qualitative study employed a document analysis upon the students reflection artefacts. The students reflections are responses to a literary work, entitled Two Kinds written by Amy Tan. The findings of the study revealed that Gibbs reflective cycle is effective to be used by the students in writing reflections upon literary works they are working on. The well structured framework of writing reflection helped the students explore the literary work deeply, not merely from the surface, since the reflective cycle accommodates important aspects that can be explored from the literary work by the students

Abstrac A fitness center called Elise Ladies Gym is specifically aimed for female consumers. The owner acknowledges there is a special need for women especially those who wear hijab to have exclusivity, so they can do their exercise comfortably without being seen by men. But in reality this fitness center then uploads various photos and videos of the activities of its customers while they are exercising at some social media for advertisment purposed. So that ultimately the privacy they have been promised before actually not fulfilled. The purpose of this paper is to see how women interpret their body shape and how the discipline of a woman body mecanism happend in the case of ladies gym. This research also looks about how social media plays its role in this mechanism process. This research use a qualitative research method of obtaining data through observation, and interviews. In this study it was concluded that women have the desire to have an ideal body shape. This self disciplinary process is carried out like a closed trainning camp. Institution is one of the perpetrators of this thinking, but on the other hand it is actually only used as a marketing trick. The economic benefits are then obtained by inculcating this engagement through conventional mass media and social media.

Abstract
In Indonesia, Pavement condition measurement tools did not fully distributed to every region especially on the level regional road. This matter happen becaouse the amount of costs which needed to procure the measurement tools To overcome the problem of the availability of these equipment, the agency that has authority over roads usually conducts visual surveys in determining the conditions of road pavement. In line with technological developments, many inovation had been made to determine functional conditions of road pavement road using minimum procurement cost. One of the innovations which being developed in determining pavement conditions is the use of smartphones to measure road pavement roughness. By using an installed mobile application on the smartphone roughness measurements can be done. RoadroidTM is a mobile application that can be used in these measurements. Roadroid application measures roughness on International Roughness Index (IRI). In this research roughness surveys was conducted to give a recomendation about the usage of Roadroid. The survey was conducted with various conditions such as differences in speed and testing repetition. Based on the analysis , it can be seen that surveys with a speed of 20-40km/hour provide the best data quality in terms of repetition with repetition error is <20% (20m segmentation), <12% (50m segmentation), and <11% (100m segmentation). Roadroid has an accuracy issues that affects the sensitivity of IRI at certain segment intervals. Thus, the output data should be generated in large segments such as 100m. Based on the statistical analysis performed the best relationship between the conditions of pavement between the two methods (IRI and PCI) occurred at a survey speed of 20-40km / hour 100m segmetation with a correlation coefficient according to Spearman Rank test of 0.774 and 0.737 for Kendall Rank test. Correlation coefficient in statement before shows that the pavement conditions based on Roadroid IRI of 20-40km/h have the best correlation with PCI pavement conditions. In terms of segmentation, the longer the segmentation interval give the greater the correlation between IRI Roadroid and PCI pavement conditions.

Abstract
The health condition of chicken intestines can be seen from the number of goblet cells found in the small intestinal epithelium. The cell identification is required to count the number of goblet cells and in the most cases, identification of goblet cells is carried out through a microscope directly. Although the directly identification saves costs, but the implementation not only takes a lot of time and energy but also is relatively subjective. Here we seek to design a system that can identify goblet cells automatically through segmentation by using two threshold values. The two threshold values are obtained from the gray scale images. Gray scale image is defined as the result of extraction of the Hue component in HSV type images. Goblet cells as the main producer of mucin can be colored in the processing of tissue preparation by using AB-PAS staining technique. This technique turns out the mucin into blue, so the identification of goblet cells can automatically be conducted by extracting blue features. After that we decide the lower and upper threshold values from the results of extraction which show the object as a goblet cell. In conclusion, we provide the results that the threshold value to separating object from other networks is on the uint8 gray scale, with value 176 to 221. The segmentation using two threshold values proves that the system is able to identify the goblet cells properly.

Sustainable production as a global word, content important elements on all the fields as well as machining processes. Turning is one of the most fundamental and indispensable processes of metal removal in industry. Increasing pollution preventing initiatives globally and consumer focus on environmentally conscious products has put increased pressure on industries to minimize or eliminate the use of cutting fluids. The use of Near Dry Machining (NDM) in machining operation is one of the most effective strategies in this direction to achieve sustainable machining system. This study was purpose to determine the influence of NDM coolant system on surface roughness when turning of mild carbon steel, include power demand. A detailed comparison has been made with dry cutting to assess the process performance on the basis of surface roughness and power demand. The results indicate that providing reduction on surface roughness and power demand more effectively than dry cutting at high speed conditions, thereby to achieve sustainable machining system.

Studies on incumbency are dominated by Western scholar studies by employing quantitative approach to see incumbency trend at congressman and senator elections. The gap of that academic research so far has given wider opportunity for incumbency studies in Indonesia as a new democratic country with a very complex electoral process. By conducting field research and partly ethnographic approach, this paper explains selected local elections cases which are relevant to incumbency literature and analysis. The results of this study indicated that incumbency candidates are facing both opportunities structure and disadvantages caused by embedded factors that are candidate profile, bureaucracy power, capital access, and provided information, and also the dynamic external factors which consist of: protest voters, political parties, corruption issues, etc. This also became an alternative answer to why many incumbent candidates were defeated in concurrent elections in 2015 and 2017.

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is twofold. The first is to analyze the performance of TransJogja Bus: load factor and travel speed. The second is to identify the behavior of its passengers: passengers characteristics (age, gender, income, vehicle and driving license ownership), trip characteristic (trip purpose, origin destination point, access and egress mode to the bus stop, frequency of use), and the tolerable and expected waiting time. The data was obtained from the passenger boarding and alighting counting survey and on bus based interview survey involving 703 passengers. The survey was carried out from August to October 2017 on seventeen routes of TransJogja Bus. The results show that the load factor of TransJogja Bus only reaches 17.35%, consisting of 23.75% and 9% on the existing routes (1A to 4B) and the new routes (5A to 11) respectively. Meanwhile, the average bus journey speed is 20.35 km/h. Looking into the characteristics of passengers, TransJogja Bus passengers are dominated by women and young people aged less than 20 years old. This finding is linearly correlated to the trip purpose showing that most of the passengers use TransJogja Bus for a trip to school, to work, and for a recreational purpose by 39%, 18.5%, and 13.2% consecutively. Forty-three percent passengers choose to use TransJogja Bus because of the unavailability of private vehicle mode (captive users). The passengers also stated that the expected waiting time is 11 minutes and the tolerable waiting time is 22 minutes. Finally, this paper proposes some policies to increase the demand of TransJogja Bus by referring to our research findings.

Al Shatibi is one of Islamic scholars who stayed in Andalus or known as Spain. He is more famously known as an Usul Fiqh expert then a linguist, especially in Nahw. He tried to break through the scope of understanding in Nahw which monopolized by two stronghold groups; the people of Basrah and the people of Kufah. He took a different step from his seniors when discussing a methodology of Nahw sciences in Arabic language. The book entitled Al Maqasid Al Shafiyyah is a big design of his thoughts in Nahw sciences which was inspired the birth of Nahw sciences reformers after his time. Unsystematic method in Nahw, limited resources for discussing any arguments and fanatically fall to certain group made this science look old fashioned, stagnant and it was hard to teach it toward non-Arabs. This research is subjected to analyze those practical problems in teaching and learning Nahw which made Al Shatibi did such of change and suggested new methods. The book Al Maqasid Ash Shafiyah has different methods from both Basrah or Kufah methodology which made it easier to be taught and learnt to non-Arabs. One of Al Shatibi methods in this book called al-jamu wa al-tarjih, he collected all the opinions from previous scholars according to one case, he discussed all those opinions to find any if those are weakest or had a bold and strong reason. All the datas, the primer resources from book Al Maqasid Al Shafiyah and also the secondary resources from all sources related to the topic was analyzed using analytic and descriptive method which resulted (1). Al Satibi has his own opinion and it is considered neutral from all the previous scholars. (2). The best opinion in Nahw was determined by the best theorem stated. (3) Sometime Al Satibi took one side of two strongholds group of Nahw because he shared a similar opinion with them. (4) If not of both groups opinions are correct according to his thought, he will come with his own. (5) this book is easier to learnt by a non-Arabs in the process of learning and studying Nahw.

The Ratu Boko site is the one of historical placed that has been used as a spot tourism in Yogyakarta. The location of the Ratu Boko Site which is has a steeply hills area and the additional loads of the Andrawina Plaza development can trigger a landslide. This objectives in this research to analyze the slope stability of Ratu Boko site in conditions before and after the development of Andrawina Plaza. The analysis was carried out using the 3D numerical simulation with limit equilibrium method on static and dynamic conditions. Besides the safety factor, the analysis results provide to show the location and shape of potential slip surface. Under dynamic load, based on seismic hazard maps for slope stability analysis is used PGA value of 0.30. The existing conditions of Ratu Boko slope had a safety factor which is about 1.983 and has decreased became 1.926 due to the development of the Andrawina Plaza based on Bishop method. If there is parking construction with dynamic load 46 kN/m2 the safety factor became 1.889. Under dynamic conditions, slope stability analysis of Ratu Boko gave SF 1.286 for existing slope and has decreased became 1.153 due to the development of the Andrawina Plaza. If there is parking construction with dynamic load 46 kN/m2 the safety factor became 1.204. Based on slope stability analysis under both static and dynamic condition show that infrastructure development at Ratu Boko Site still meet the minimum safety factor criteria required.

Rice Milling Units (RMU) are still many who have not applied the prediction method for the sale of rice so that it can affect the availability of raw materials. The purpose of this research is forecasting product sales (rice) at RMU Sumber Tani Tebing Tinggi so that it can know the number of raw materials needed so that will avoid idle time. To obtain optimal forecasting, it will be compared 2 (two) forecasting method, Linear Regression and Artificial Neural network with Backpropagation algorithm. The results showed the value of MSE on linear regression method of 214, while at the time using Artificial Neural Network obtained MSE value of 0.00099713. Based on the value of the MSE, it is seen that the smallest MSE is forecasting by Artificial Neural Network method. The results of forecasting sales of rice starting from June 2017 to May 2018 (in tonnes) are 98, 82, 85, 85,123, 91, 95, 98, 84, 124, 101, 75

Abstract
The use of Computed Tomography (CT) as an imaging tool in the last few years has increased quite dramatically with this increase, so great attention is needed to patient safety for radiation doses. Radiographers are responsible for giving radiation doses that must be in accordance with ALARA principles, so optimize CT parameters to produce good image quality by pressing the radiation dose. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of CT mAs, kVp parameters on image quality and radiation dose received by pediatric patients. The research method is by processing the results of the examination image using a radiant viewer and analyzing the results of CTDIvol and DLP to determine the results of radiation doses. The results of the study obtained an average Signal noise Ratio value of 8.08 and a mean contrast Noise Ratio of 0.28, while for the mean value of CTDIvol was 26.75 mGy. This average value is still within the safe limits of Indonesia Nuclear Energy Regulatory Agency (BAPETEN) in accordance with the value of Diagnsotic Reference Level in 2018th on examinations of children 0-14 years, besides that based on this study there are several factors that influence dose and image quality parameters ; kVp, mAs, slice thickness, software processing.

Abstract
Dian Nuswantoro University is famous because of its technology information. It becomes the unique selling point. Nevertheless, in maitaining its website, Dian Nuswantoro University is still in the rank number 31 based on the July 2018 Webometrics. Meanwhile University of Indonesia is presented as the highest rank. The Webometrics bases its rank scoring on the presence, impact, openness, and excellence. Eventhough the information and display management are not the main point for scoring, but the content strategy pattern of the highest rank university can be a good sample for Dian Nuswantoro University to fix its rank in the near future. This is the second research that relate to the previous research about the strategy of University of Indonesia. After the anlysis was formulated, it can be applied as the result of this research by adapting it on the Dian Nuswantoro University. The aim of this research is to produce the content strategy development for Dian Nuswantoro University. This is a descriptive qualitative research by using the content analysis method. While the theory is The Positioning Strategy. The unit analysis of this research is the websites of Dian Nuswantoro University and the website of University of Indonesia.

Abstract
Background: Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a metabolic diseases characterized by hyperglycemia that occurs due to abnormal insulin secretion, insulin action or both. Complex disorders in type 2 DM involving various degrees of decreased beta cell function, peripheral insulin resistance and abnormal liver glucose metabolism. Abelmoschus esculentus is one of the plants that has an antidiabetic effect because of its efficiency in improving blood sugar control and lipid profile. Purpose: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Okra fruit on fasting blood sugar and total cholesterol levels in Type 2 DM patients. Methods: This study used a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group approach with pretest and posttest in type 2 DM patients. The number of samples were 30 respondents obtained by the concecutive sampling technique. Samples were divided into intervention and control group. The intervention was given an okra fruit immersion once a day for two weeks and blood samples were taken early before treatment and end of treatment. Statistical analysis using T test with a 95% CI value. Results:The results showed that there were significant differences in the mean of fasting blood sugar levels before and after the intervention of okra fruit immersion in the intervention group (p value = 0,000; &

Abstract
One of the roles in increasing regional income is from regional tourism development. Kaliurang is an area in Sleman Regency. Sleman Regency is one of the regions that has considerable potential in the tourism sector. In the area, there are many tours that offer natural and artificial tourism. Tourism Object The Festival Of Light Kaliurang is a family tour that offers entertainment with dancing fountains and beautiful lantern lights. This event is held every period twice a year, namely on Eid holidays and Christmas holidays. The Festival Of Light Kaliurang event has a different theme each year. In identifying it using the theory of network processes and network relations patterns. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation sourced from these data from the Sleman Regency Tourism Office, Cikal Bintang Bangsa Company, and the Hargobinangun Community at the Kaliurang Festival of Light. The results of the research is in the collaboration process of Sleman Regency Tourism Office and Cikal Bintang Bangsa Company to decide and initiate a collaboration network, because both parties have the same goal, namely one of them is to increase the potential of tourist visits in the Kaliurang. The two parties made a new innovation that had never existed before, by creating tourism objects in the afternoon until evening. In addition, initiation in networking is needed, because the Sleman Tourism Office admits it lacks competence, lacks efficiency in financing, and Human Resources and inadequate budgets.

Abstract
Sensitivity and response for car followers is known from the speed and acceleration of the vehicle that follows the vehicle in front of it. The study was conducted using a test vehicle equipped with a hidden camera and operated with the IonRoad Augmented Driving Professional program. To determine the difference in sensitivity, vehicle test is installed with a warning sign that has been previously designed. The study was carried out vehicle test on the traffic flow on the arterial road and collector road with two conditions. First condition, the vehicle test was installed a warning sign on the back and the second condition the vehicle test uninstalled the warning sign. The relative speed and relative distance for each time unit between the vehicle test installed and uninstalled warning sign with the follower vehicle show a significant degree of difference. So it can be concluded that the installation of warning sign material on the back of the vehicle test affects the sensitivity of follower vehicle.
