Abstract
There are many researches on welding efficiencies have already been conducted, but very few of them take attention on energy usefulness in workpiece welding zone. Energy usefulness profile can be used as a reference in developing a thermodynamics model to predict post welding material properties and material behavior. The aim of this study is to obtain energy usefulness in AISI 304 welding. The study utilizes finding from previous researches to analyze and calculate the amount of energy received by a workpiece and the energy which is distributed to fusion zone, high temperature heat affected zone, low temperature heat affected zone and unaffected base metal. Metal casting theory approach is required to identify useful work process in welding. AISI 304 post welding energy usefulness profiles are then performed in an energy balance diagram. The present study result shows that energy usefulness decreases when the zone distance form the center of welding increase. The finding has a good agreement with entropy state function theory.

Abstract
The cavitation phenomena increase noise and vibration level in a centrifugal pump, which, if not properly maintain leads to catastrophic failure and total stop for the whole production process. It is important to develop a method that can detect cavitation as early as possible. Support vector machine (SVM) is one of pattern recognition techniques which requires statistical features as input for classifier modelling. However, the selection of statistical features is arbitrary, hence further investigation is needed. In this study ten statistical features are extracted from time domain vibration signal and selected using Relief Feature Selection. The vibration signal is taken from cavitation test-rig under four different pump conditions i.e., normal condition, early, medium and full cavitation. The selected features are used as input for two types of SVM, binary and multi class, to classify the new vibration data. Feature selection process reveals that variance, RMS, and SD are the best feature to use for SVM classification. The binary SVM method shows the best plot on early cavitation with accuracy 99% where Bayesian Optimization algorithm with multi class SVM is the best combination to classify all pump conditions with overall accuracy 100%.

Abstract
Thermoplastic and thermoset polymer composites reinforced with kenaf fiber or CaCO3 have been extensively investigated. However, the study on the combination of kenaf fiber and CaCO3 reinforced epoxy resin is rare. This research discussed the effect of CaCO3 particle size and the ratio of kenaf to CaCO3 content on the impact strength of alkali-treated kenaf to CaCO3/epoxy resin hybrid composites. 30 % of the hybrid kenaf fibers and CaCO3 particles reinforced epoxy resin composites were fabricated by hand lay-up technique at 4 MPa for 12 h. Impact test of the composite specimens was conducted using a Charpy Impact test according to ASTM D 6110. The morphology of impact fracture surface was examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results showed that the impact strength of the hybrid composite increased with the decrease of CaCO3 particle size, and the ratio of kenaf to CaCO3. Interfacial bonding between the reinforcement (kenaf and CaCO3) and epoxy resin matrix, the uniform dispersion of kenaf and CaCO3 within the epoxy resin matrix are two crucial factors influencing the impact strength of the composite.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to compare the roles perceived by physicians and nurses regarding medical information delivered to patients and to set this against patients opinions on the quality of the medical information delivered to them. Using the questionnaire method given to 100 physicians and 150 nurses and inpatient satisfaction surveys administered of 750 patients a day before discharged as a part of a quality improving program on patient information in Banjarmasin hospitals. This research resulted in a diagnosis and prognosis made by physicians only. Regarding the explanation of the diagnosis, information about treatment and care, nurses assume that they provide information other than information from the physician. Physicians considered that it was generally they alone who delivered the information. Patients were generally very satisfied with information delivered, but more than 20% were not satisfied with information on benefits and risks of investigations and treatment. The most important problem, underline nurses was they lacked knowledge of medical information delivered to patients by physicians (55%). Conclusions from the research perceived roles in the transmission of medical information to patients were very different between physicians and nurses. This lack of physicians and nurses collaboration affects the quality of patient care. A better definition of the specific roles of physicians and nurses, their training in effective methods of asserting opinions and knowledge and in conducting collaborative ward rounds would be of benefit to patients.

Abstract
MSMEs are one of the national economic pillars that need to be supported by the government. Giving capital to MSMEs through the Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) program will have a positive impact on national economic growth. The government accommodates public awareness of the community by cooperating with Islamic banking in the distribution of KUR. However, the non-bankable MSMEs sector has become a challenge for Islamic banking in channelling KUR. Bookkeeping problems as a source of data analysis, assurance, business capacity and experience of MSMEs are the main problems in financing analysis. Islamic banking must be very careful in analysing financing so that the KUR program becomes healthy financing and can improve the quality of MSMEs in Indonesia. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods and uses a field research approach that is the case study. Sources of data come from primary and secondary data which are tested by triangulation techniques. The benefits of research for academics are adding scientific treasures and research development. While the benefits for practitioners are as a reference and foundation in policy formulation related to the analysis of financing for MSMEs.

Abstract
This study aims to measure the efficiency of Islamic cooperatives in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) during 2016-2017. There are 16 Islamic co-operatives being analyzed which are selected based on the purposive sampling method. Then the data of financial reports from those institutions are analysed with data envelopment analysis (DEA) with an intermediation approach in answering the research questions. The input variables being analyzed in this study are total deposits and operating costs, while the output variables are financing and other operating income. The results show that most of these microfinance institutions had poor financial performance. In addition, it was also identified that only 19% of the total 16 Islamic cooperatives had a high efficiency in their operating activity. In increasing the efficiency of Islamic cooperatives, the potential variable which could be developed is other operating income, while the operational costs are expected to be reduced, given the results of further financial report analysis that operating expenses have the most substantial proportion of the total Islamic co-operatives costs.

Abstract
The characteristic of natural convection heat transfer in a thermally asymmetric cavity is influenced by temperature differences and space between the heat source and cavity wall. The heat source is any bluff body placed inside the cavity. This research used a heated elliptic tube as the heat source inside the cavity. The three tubes are of 2.5 aspect ratio (AR) in a vertically aligned arrangement. The cavity was thermally asymmetric because three sides of the cavity were insulated while the other side was exposed to convection with ambient air. The clearance ratio (CR) as the ratio between the gap from the insulated wall to the major axis of the tubes to the space of the cavity is varied 0.4 and 0.6. while the pitch ratio is constant at 3.5a. this study analyzes the characteristics of heat transfer from the surface of the elliptical tube to the surrounding air experimentally and numerically. The result reveals that the highest heat transfer coefficient 0f 0.4 CR is higher than that of 0.6 CR. The numerical solution shows the contour and streamlines of the fluid flow in all conditions as the characteristics of natural transfer thermally asymmetric cavity.

Abstract
Background: Stroke is the leading cause of long-term physical disability in Singapore, accounting for 6.1% of Disability-Adjusted Life Years. Despite the positive outcomes associated with stroke rehabilitation, only 33.3% of eligible stroke patients in Singapore use this service when referred. Purpose: We identified caregiver profiles based on their psychosocial needs, characterized profile movements over time, and investigated if these profiles differentiated patient-users of stroke rehabilitation from non-users. Methods: The full dataset comprises 378 patients who suffered from a recent stroke and their family caregivers, who completed measures of caregiver psychosocial need (burden, depression, health status, social support, social activities and relationship quality with patient) at baseline, 3-month and 12-month post-stroke. Latent profile analyses (LPAs) were conducted at each time point. Model fit indicators, entropy and the interpretability of competing solutions were considered when selecting an optimal profile solution. A latent transition analysis (LTA) was conducted with the optimal profile solution to characterize movements of latent profiles over time. Associations between caregivers- profile membership and patients- rehabilitation use over time were examined in a structural equation, with other caregiver and patient characteristics as covariates. Results: A two-profile solution, which comprises more adaptive caregivers (80.7% at baseline, 76.7% at 3-month and 87.4% at 12-month) and less adaptive caregivers, was selected. 31% of the less adaptive caregivers at baseline remained less adaptive at 12-month post-stroke (β = 2.15, p < .05). After controlling for covariates, the patients of more adaptive caregivers had 21.67 times higher odds of using, rather than not using, stroke rehabilitation (β = 2.64, p < .01) at 12-month post-stroke. Conclusion: Caregiver psychosocial need profiles differentiated longer-term stroke rehabilitation users from non-users. To increase patients- stroke rehabilitation use, direct caregiver psychosocial intervention should be provided at or before patients- discharge from acute hospital, and continue into the longer-term.

Abstract
The potential of groundwater is part of water resources that need to be studied to determine its feasibility for living needs. One of its potentials involves its hydrochemistry. This hydrochemical study of groundwater has been carried out in Panggang and surrounding areas, Gunungkidul on the Panggang Hydrogeology Sub-system. Field hydrogeological surveys and laboratory tests of two groundwater samples have been used for hydrochemical analysis. Surface water sometimes gathers in doline morphology to then infiltrate into the soil and rocks through fractures, cracks/fissures, and dissolution cavities/conduit. Groundwater is characterized by limestone aquifers with the inter-grain flow and secondary porosity channel/network flow through cavities. Aquifers are dominated by reef limestones, with secondary holes sometimes large enough to form caves. Karst springs are found as a permanent or seasonal source. Groundwater comes out of the karst aquifer, especially in caves resulting from dissolution on the surface and below the surface. Groundwater in the springs studied has Ca, Mg-bicarbonate and Ca-bicarbonate types. The bicarbonate facies shows fresh water characteristic, young age with the dominant hydrochemical processes include simple dissolution and ion exchange. Low TDS and Cl contents indicate that groundwater is in the recharge zone. Although it is carbonate, based on its hydrochemical, the groundwater is still suitable for use as drinking water.

Abstract
Road Solo-Yogyakarta KM 9-15 is the national highway which supports the traffic of goods and services, but many passing goods transport vehicles do not match the allowable load. As a consequence, the damage on the pavement occurred. Therefore, this study aims to know the effect of overloading on design life and pavement thickness. This study used the method of Binamarga to analyze the reduction in design life and the effect of pavement thickness caused by overloading. The analysis was carried out by using the formula of design life decreasing with the value of Cumulative Equivalent Standard Axle (CESA) for overloading and standard load. Based on the 2002 Binamarga method, the design life value is reduced by about eight years, from the previously determined is 20 years. Moreover, based on the analysis on pavement thickness of 20 years design life by using Binamarga 2002 for standard load, it showed that pavement thickness is needed for a surface layer of 24.5 cm (Laston). Also, the base course layer is 11.5 cm (Sirtu Class A), and the subbase course layer is 22 cm (Sirtu Class B). At the same time, for overloading, the analysis result showed that it was required the pavement thickness for the surface layer of 27 cm (Laston), the base course layer of 27 cm (Sirtu Class A) and the subbase course layer of 6.5 cm (Sirtu Class B). These results indicate that overloading causes a reduction in the design life of the pavement and an increase in the thickness of the pavement.

Abstract
Rural development is a must for all countries in the world, including in Indonesia. In order to advance the economy, rural development is continuously carried out in Indonesia. At present, village development to advance the nations economy has a legal umbrella, namely the Rural Law. In its implementation, the Rural Law has several main objectives, namely: 1) recognition and legal status of various rural-level government systems in Indonesia; 2) encourage the traditions and culture of society; 3) encourage citizen participation in the rural administration; 4) improve services for all people through more capable rural government; 5) encourage development by its own citizens. In its development, basic principles are needed in the framework of good rural governance. Based on the Best Practice that has been carried out in several places in Indonesia, namely: (1) Tourism Village Blue Lagoon in Widodomartani, Ngemplak, Sleman-Yogyakarta Special Region, and (2) Panglipuran Village, Bangli-Bali, (3) Bonto Village Jai Bisappu District, Bantaeng Regency. In this study, data was collected by the method of searching documents, interviews and observations. The data collected is described qualitatively. Related to the results of this study is very useful for the development of science, especially public administration related to public policies and services. After conducting research, it can be concluded that there are 3 principles that can be used as basic principles in good village governance. These principles are: (1) Protection, (2) Empowerment and (3) Mentoring.

Abstract
At high-rise buildings, column has an important role to resist gravity and earthquake load. The utilization of high-strength concrete and high-strength steel rebar at high-rise buildings can reduce columns dimension at lower story. In this study, nonlinear finite-element analysis was carried out to model flexure behavior of high-strength reinforced concrete columns subjected to displacement-controlled monotonic loading and constant axial loading. There are two high-strength reinforced concrete column specimens with a 600x600x1800 mm column dimension that will be modeled using 3D finite-element analysis. The variables in this study are the axial loads. The axial load of 0.1Agfc and 0.33Agfc represents the low and high axial load on columns at high-rise buildings, respectively. The columns are designed with high-strength longitudinal reinforcement (fy=685 MPa), high-strength transverse reinforcement (fy=785MPa) and compressive strength of concrete of 70 MPa. Finite-element analysis is carried out with appropriate constitutive modeling of concrete and steel, material behavior parameters, geometric modeling, and mesh. The plasticity model was developed based on concrete damage plasticity models that can predict typical concrete behavior. The finite-element result showed that the prediction of the force-drift relationship curves are relative similar with the experimental results.

Abstract
The government of Indonesia has finally decided that the state company could become the suspect of the corruption case. The Corruption Erradication Commission state that the law did not made a specific difference between the corruption conducted by a person or corruption which conducted by the state company. The Supreme Court of Indonesia has also confirmed the commission statement by creating the Supreme Court Official Regulation (PERMA) Number 13/2016. This article will use the normative legal research. It will also do a comparison with the United Kingdom who already implemented the law. Despite the differences of the legal system between two countries, both countries have similar law, hence both county could shared their experience.
