Abstract
Development of the world has been influence of Science and technology one of the educational technology. Educational technology is a science that consists of various domains supported by the utilization domain. Research focused on utilization of learning media. The aim of this research is to determine the model of learning media that is relevant to the characteristics of students in diesel engines lesson and to find of influence multimedia for the learning outcome of diesel engines learning. The method used in this research is the experimental method. Tests was carry out in two groups, namely; Group 1 (control) is conventional learning, group 2 (treatment) is learning using multimedia. Data was analysed using the t-test Two Samples assuming data was normally distributed. The t test is carry out using the SPSS 15 program for windows. In learning with multimedia, it shows an increase in learning outcomes 83%. The correlation between the two samples is 0.884 with a probability number 0,000 (below 0.05) indicating the relationship between conventional learning and multimedia learning and very closely. Because the probability is <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Related to the use of multimedia in learning that supports learning outcomes. Abstract
Media is required on many topics in science and engineering. The fact shows that there are many teaching and learning processes that present conceptual and abstract material that do not use media, and then involve the low in student learning outcomes. This research examines the effectiveness of learning using multimedia exploratory for students with different learning styles. The research was conducted with quasi-experiments for Physics for Engineering subjects. The Students divided into three groups namely Visual Learning Styles (LS-V), Auditory Learning Styles (LS-A) and Kinesthetics Learning Styles (LS-K). The learning process is carried out with a tutorial method using exploratory multimedia. The results of the study prove that the overall use of exploratory multimedia can improve learning outcomes with mean of gain score 59.16. Learning outcomes of students the LS-V group were higher compared to the other two groups. Furthermore, the learning outcomes of the LS-A and LS-K groups differed in the average learning outcomes but were not significant. The study recommended to use exploratory multimedia especially for LS-V groups.

Abstract
This article intends to provide an overview of: 1) employee performance patterns based on Employee Information System (SIMPEG) data; 2) important characteristics of employee performance based on Employee Information System (SIMPEG) data; 3) employee performance classification based on Employee Information System (SIMPEG) data. The study was conducted using a qualitative approach, where data collection is done through a process of observation, study of documents, and interviews. The results of the research show that: 1) employee performance at IAIN Kendari tends to be stagnant, which is reflected in the daily performance report (LKH); 2) important characteristics of the performance of Kendari IAIN employees are to focus on routine, based on tasks and functions; 2) the performance of Kendari IAIN employees is divided into high, medium and low categories.
