Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of learning about Castles and Rounders Game Against Improvement of Physical Freshness The study was conducted by involving fifth grade students in the state elementary school Pelaihari Sub-district, Tanah Laut Regency. The research method used is the Pre-Experimental design method. The design of this study was One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design The population in this study were all Grade V students in the public elementary school Pelaihari, Tanah Laut Regency, amounting to 49 people, while the sample in this study were 47 people with ages 10- 12 years old. For sampling techniques using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study were obtained from baseball games rounders and rounders have shown that t count -17.947 is smaller than t table, 1.68 this indicates that there is a significant difference, between the average values for the pre-test data is 2.96 and the average value for the post test data was 4.17. These results indicate the physical fitness level of the fifth grade students of SD Negeri Pabahanan after getting learning with the ball game Castles and rounders increased by 1.21 or by 40.87%. Decision making: it appears that the T count is -17,947 with a probability value of 0,000. Because the probability is 0,000 <0.05, Ho is rejected, which means the level of physical fitness before being treated and after being treated is not the same or significantly different. The conclusion of the results of this study is that there is a significant influence of learning about Castles and Rounders on the physical fitness of Grade V students in Pelaihari public elementary schools, Tanah Laut Regency, significantly.
