Abstract
A country is said to be progressing, if all regions of the country prosper. In Indonesia, the smallest area that runs the government function is the village. The legal basis regarding the village government itself is stated in Law No. 6 of 2014 Republic of Indonesia. In carrying out its functions as a government, the village is supported by village funds. Village funds sourced from the state budget are intended for the development and improvement of the welfare of rural communities. Village funds can go down based on the proposal submitted. The proposal for submitting village funds is processed by a work team called Tim 11. So far, the determination of village funds is still manual and less transparent. Therefore we need a system that can overcome the problem of determining village funds. This research provides alternative solutions regarding the determination of recipients of village funds using the weight product method. There are four criteria in this research, namely the number of residents in an RT area, the standard of living of an RT area, the extent of the area, the level of geographical damage in an RT area. And the object of the research chosen was Kasihan sub-district, Tamantirto village. the results obtained are a priority submission in writing the proposal submitted.

Abstract
Electrocardiogram (ECG) signal is one of importance signal from our body that sourced from heart. There are many benefits that can be obtained from ecg signals, for example can determine whether sleepy or not, whether stress or not, and several diseasses like arrhytmia, hypertension, heart failure, etc. In this research, we proposed module for extraction feature for ecg signal to Heart Rate Variability (HRV) parameters using GPU Acceleration. The output can be used for further analytics or another module, but in this research only emphasis on QRS detection and peak detection from ecg signal. The input will be ecg Signals and the output will be array of peak in every row. There have been various research trying to extract or detect QRS and peak based on Pan-Tomkins Algorithm, but this research will make use python and will compare the acceleration using some library. The flow comprise five main step, (1) load ecg signal, (2) filtered ecg, (3) derivative from filtered ecg, (4) squaring from derivative ecg, (5) convolution squaring ecg, and (6) peak detection using Fiducial Mark. The output will list of array that contain mark for every peak in every ecg signal. The overall module has been succesfully implemented and compared in python. The result show that computation using numpy is still better and faster for small array data. The Output of peak of array can be used to the next module.

Abstract
Generally, the museum ambassador is based on various criteria from several assessment stages. The evaluation criteria for the audition stage are: interview, communication, appearance. Criteria for evaluating the quarantine stage are: creativity, ability, activity, loyalty, responsibility, and written test. Final stage assessment criteria: ideas, communication, and appearance. In the selection process, the committee uses the manual method so it is prone to errors. From these problems to the process of selecting the museum for ambassadors. The decision support system is using Topsis method. SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) is used as a design method. Research shows a score of 100 which means that the system is accepted by the user. While in testing the user test obtained from four respondents got a percentage of 89.24% which means that the system is worth of use. The system is developed in the web. So that is need more research to be developed in mobile.

Abstract
The source of electricity in each university building in PGRI Semarang is obtained from each distribution transformer or power transformer. The power transformer used to distribute electricity in the central building (GP) has a capacity of 400 KVA, while the power transformer used in the main building (GU) has a capacity of 160 KVA. In the previous study, identification of the quality of electrical power in the PGRI University Semarang building, obtained a low power data factor and a large electrical network harmonics. The problem was solved by designing and installing bank capacitors and harmonic filters. To avoid dependence on PLN electricity and not using a generator when PLN electricity goes out, the source of electrical energy is designed by using solar energy sources through Photovoltaic. Solar Panel as an important component of solar power plants, converts sunlight into electricity. Generally we calculate the maximum amount of sunlight that is converted into electricity throughout the day is 5 hours. Electricity in the morning is stored in the battery, so electricity can be used at night, where without sunlight. Based on the identification of the load in the GP is 26.12 KW, then in the design using solar energy as many as 27 solar panels are needed. As for the storage system uses 44 batteries 100Ah battery. Off-grid solar panel systems are only used when PLN electricity goes out or can be used at night. The research method used is observing the amount of electrical load, calculating the capacity of solar panels and batteries, and simulating the model using a Power Simulator.

Abstract
Many previous researches shown the percentage of population using mobile technologies was increasing constantly, included in Indonesia. This growth apparently also supported by Android penetration as an Operating System and the easier of internet access. Mobile phone has become the main device in daily life, included in business activities. People increasingly need a mobile phone as gadget for storing various documents. This research is designed to address the document management application in Android. Application help to organize, retrieve and modify document contents. With this Android application, users can use it to store documents and can combine several documents as desired. This application works based on HTML format file. Therefore, the original files are converted to html format. While the conversion process cannot be done directly, but the original file is converted to pdf and then converted to html. All the conversion process is done in the server and application retrieve the result as HTML file for displaying in the mobile phone screen. During the converting process, it is found that the number of concurrent users is not relevant with the server respond time. The server respond time is determined by document size.

Abstract
Congestion has become a common problem in urban. Road growth is always slower than vehicles. City mayor around the world already understands and try to find breakthroughs. Unfortunately, the settlement is often partial and ignore social interests. This paper seeks to solve urban transport problem in urban with information technology, spatial analysis, social plan, and legal formalities. The research began with a survey of public transport routes using mobile apps, a review of the transport regulation, one-way road arrangement study followed by WebGIS Development. This application is a multi-tier client-server architecture consisting of the client-side, the server-side, and the data directory that stored in the VPS (Virtual Private Server). The client-side is powered by HTML-5, which is assisted by the API (Application Programming Interface) from several open-source online mapping. Standard performance test of the application has been set, and every menu is well functioned. Every data on the transport infrastructure could be gathered and stored on the web. Furthermore, every single transport planning should refer to this transport information system. Thus, WebGIS becomes online surveillance system for land use.

Abstract
This research will provide wedding planner with time management and comparison budget with several Indonesian Traditional wedding package. The development of wedding planner will use extreme programming method and implement project management plan to arrange the wedding. The development of this application will use CodeIgniter as a framework which is easier to continue on the next development. The final result of this research is a wedding planner to help bride and groom to easily maintain their schedule with wedding organizer on their pre-wedding. Moreover, Indonesian bride and groom more into traditional ceremony and on the budget with tight schedule, this wedding planner will compare several package and flexibility with schedule and reminder to give alert in order to keep on the timeline.

Abstract
Internet user is growing incrementally over the world. Most of them use mobile devices to connect the internet. They aim to stay in connection every time and everywhere. Thus, they use mobile IP communication to get always connected to the internet while they move to another place. Fortunately, the telco infrastructure has reached many places in the world. In addition, the video file transmission is now becoming a new trend especially a short movie transmitted via social media. The huge of the internet connection caused the scarcity of Internet address. This was anticipated by introducing IPv6 that supported the mobility by presenting the Mobile IPv6. This paper evaluates the performance on the MIPv6 mechanism on transferring video when the user moves to another place that usually different network infrastructure. Therefore, the vertical handover does not disturb the quality of the video transmission. The experimentation results show during the vertical handover, transmission packet loss less than 3% that categorized as good. Thus, the handover success ratio for all video format file reached 100%

Abstract
Sentiment Analysis is now very important and very useful in machine learning technology where a contextual mining of text to identify and extract subjective information in the source, and in helping to understand social sentiment from comments In general, sentiment analysis can be classified into three broad categories namely sentiment positive and negative. One method of machine learning is the Deep Belief Network (DBN). DBN which is included in the Deep Learning method, is by stacking several algorithms with several extraction features that utilize all resources optimally. This research has two points. First, it aims to classify positive, negative, and neutral sentiments for the test data. The following experiments provide a system of sentiment analysis through the naive Bayes algorithm to calculate sentiment and to improve accuracy by reducing noise in words applied in Indonesian language.

Abstract
Bamboo is an environmentally friendly material. Many benefits of bamboo that we can get. For example, as an environmentally friendly fiber for textile materials, other craft construction materials. Bamboo has fiber content, including fiber length, inter-fiber adhesive, namely lignin and the higher diameter of bamboo fiber, making bamboo stems stronger and stiffer, so bamboo quality is getting better Image processing is an objective method for classification of bamboo. Segmentation is the most important step in image processing. In this study the authors used segmentation using color segmentation. From the color texture, it will be known the shape of the bamboo fiber, what is the size of the fiber in the bamboo. This study uses 3 types of bamboo for classification based on color segmentation on bamboo using fuzzy c means clustering.

Abstract
In North Sumatra, there are many rice fields and rice milling factories (Rice Milling Units). Rice Milling Units (RMU) are still many who have not applied the prediction method for the sale of rice so that it can affect the availability of raw materials. The purpose of this research is forecasting product sales (rice) at RMU Sumber Tani Tebing Tinggi so that it can know the number of raw materials needed so that will avoid idle time. To obtain optimal forecasting, it will be compared 2 (two) forecasting method, Linear Regression and Artificial Neural network with Backpropagation algorithm. The results showed the value of MSE on linear regression method of 214, while at the time using Artificial Neural Network obtained MSE value of 0.00099713. Based on the value of the MSE, it is seen that the smallest MSE is forecasting by Artificial Neural Network method. The results of forecasting sales of rice starting from June 2017 to May 2018 (in tonnes) are 98, 82, 85, 85,123, 91, 95, 98, 84, 124, 101, 75

Abstract
The high level of activity of internet users, which will have a negative impact on information providers. Requests from many users can cause performance capabilities on the web-server to decrease. The large number of requests results in crashes or overloads that have an impact on requests that cannot be served by a single server. Web balancing technology is needed so that the incoming request load is not only served by one server. Some scheduling algorithms that will be applied to web balancing testing in this study are round-robin and weight round-robin. In this study using ipvsadm as a means of making web balancing. This test aims to determine the performance of web servers when using web balancing technology by measuring the QoS parameters of web server services. The results show, the best value for measuring QoS parameters is responese time, request error, throughput, in the weight round-robin scheduling algorithm method.

Abstract
To construct beta converters with maximum efficiency it is necessary to carry out a theoretical calculation in order to determine their optimal parameters - the geometry of the structure, the thickness of the deposition of the radioisotope layer, the depth and the width of the p-n junction, and others. To date, many different theoretical models and calculation methods have been proposed. There are fairly simple theoretical models based on the Bethe-Bloch formula and the calculation of the rate of generation of electron-hole pairs, anf on calculations by equivalent circuits. Also, the Monte-Carlo method is used for theoretical modeling of beta converters. This paper explores beta converter optimization using the Monte Carlo method. The purpose of the study is to conduct a Monte-Carlo simulation of a beta converter to determine its optimal parameters.

Abstract
Final project is a prerequisite that must be taken by students to get a Bachelor or Master degree. Final project contains the results of research made in a specific format as reporting the research process to the institution. Each institution has a standard format for the final project or thesis writing rules which are usually written in the instructions for writing a thesis. Institutions usually provide writing templates to follow, but because the templates only make a number of important parts and are still manual, the format of student skiry writing often changes and is not uniform with other students or some are deviant and not in accordance with the standard written format. This study designed a text editor application to help students or researchers so that it was not too problematic in the writing format. This application is based on a graphical user interface, making it easier to operate. the rules in the program are made to automate the writing entered to produce written output in accordance with the format specified by the institution. With this system, student or researcher will be easier in writing the script according to the standard of writing and get a final project or thesis report in a uniform format.

Abstract
Abstract. The number of available job portals causes abundant information. Therefore, a system of recommendations is needed by job seekers to find jobs that fit their profile. Offering job vacancies on job portals are changing every time because there are always additional job search data and job opening data. Multi-agents system is a technology that can be used to handle information changes. This article proposed a recommendation system is expected to help job seekers to get jobs in accordance with the field of science they have. The system will monitor what work is offered by online job portals. From the results of observations, the job content offered will be used as a reference so that if new content is entered, the agent will automatically provide input to the job seeker. Based on the results of the implementation of the recommendation system using a multi-agent system can provide search results that are in accordance with what is inputted by the user based on the profile they have. These search results can recommend jobs that match the job seeker profile.

Abstract
One stochastic process that is often used to model real phenomena is the compound Poisson process (CPP). CPP is a process in which a component in the process of the events occurred is assumed to be a Poisson process with a certain intensity function (homogenous or nonhomogeneous). Thinning process algorithm is usually used to generate events that occurred in the Poisson process. The study aims to find out the algorithm for generating the CPP which has nonhomogeneous Poisson process (NHPP) intensity functions. The value of the load caused by the Poisson process is assumed to be a family of i.i.d random variables and the variables are also independent of the Poisson process. The results of this study have obtained the thinning process algorithm and its generalizations for compound Poisson process having nonhomogeneous Poisson process (NHPP) intensity functions. This algorithm is the result of developing theory and computational simulation analysis by generating data that can be applied in various fields of science.
