Abstract
Seaweed is one of the leading commodities that has enormous potential supported by sea area of 5.8 million km2 with a total area of seaweed cultivation reaching 1.110.900 ha (LIPI, 2009). South Sulawesi Province became the main center of seaweed in Indonesia with the largest contribution (29%) in 2016, one of which was in the Takalar Regency. One type of kelp cultured in ponds is Glacilaria sp. Seaweed production is a strategic step at the level of crop development as it involves a high workload, a simple growing technology, a relatively short planting time of about 45 days (fast yield) and relatively cheap production costs. The growing demand for seaweed from year to year does not follow rising production volumes and fluctuating prices. The purpose of this study is to determine the description of the agrifood subsystem and to determine the productivity of the seaweed company Glacilaria sp. in the regency of Takalar. The design of the study uses qualitative and quantitative types of research. The number of samples used was 63 people. The results of this study are looking at the productivity of the seaweed cultivation of Glacilaria sp..The productivity in the Mappakasunggu District is 1,37 while the productivity in the Sanrobone District is 1,43. Good productivity, namely the use of inputs is less than the output results obtained, so that the income of fishermen cultivating seaweed Glacilaria sp. more increasing.

Abstract
Increased grain production is strongly influenced by the irrigation system owned by farmers. With optimal irrigation system then the farmer will dare to buy more expensive seeds. Farmers will be willing to take greater risks because of grain production to be acquired greater. According to the Data Collection Guidelines for Food Crops and Horticulture, BPS - Ministry of Agriculture in 1993, several factors can affect the rise and fall of the average rice production per hectare is the problem of soil fertility, use of fertilizers, seeds, how to grow crops, pests and so on [2]. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of agricultural systems on seed selection in Sidrap. This study was conducted in 11 districts in Sidrap, using 99 samples. To answer the purposes of this study, the research institute using logistic regression data analysis is an approach to create predictive models such as linear regression, or commonly referred to as Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regression. Y = B0 + B1X + e. Where e is the error variance or residual. The results showed that a good irrigation system such as the system of irrigation the farmers are more willing to take the risk to buy seed expensive that have good quality, unlike the case with rainfed and pumping which tends to farmers choose to use seed that relatively cheaper, because farmers do not dare to take the risk of failure of grain production because irrigation systems are less supportive.

Abstract
ABSTRACT The success of developing the integrated pattern of cattle and rice straw is largely determined by the capacity of the farmers- resources. The main technology component to be controlled by farmers in the integrated farming systems, particularly paddy and beef cattle waste processing technologies is waste of rice straw and cow dung of cattle. The research aims to understand the factors that affect farmers in the adoption of the capacity of waste processing technology rice straw and cow dung of cattle waste. The determination of farmers as random respondents calculated based on Slovin with a total sample of 160 respondents (Umar, 1997). Research data were collected by conducting a survey using collection techniques, namely interviews using questionnaires, focus group discussions, and in-depth interviews (in depth study) to several key informants. Data was analyzed using a descriptive statistical analysis and structural equation model analysis. The results showed that the factors that influence the capacity of farmers in the adoption of waste management technology of rice straw and livestock manure waste in the integration of zero-waste pattern beef cattle were socioeconomic characteristics, psychological socio-psychological characteristics, instructor performance, innovation characteristics, and farmers perceptions of extension workers performance. Accordingly, attention needs to be given to the factors that influence the capacity of farmers in adopting technology for integrated beef cattle and paddy with zero waste patterns so that they can increase the productivity, income and welfare of farmers in rural areas.

Abstract
Housing is one of the main determining factors for the success of the goat business, especially the Ettawa Crossbreed (EC) goat. In Polman district, housing techniques carried out by farmers consist of several methods, namely by binding around the house without any permanent cages, semi-permanent cages, permanent cages but floors from the ground and permanent cages with wooden floors and permanent cages with concrete floors. The research was conducted in the Limboro sub-district of Polman district which is one of the centers of EC goat farming with different housing. The number of respondents was 187 people spread in four villages that became centers of goat farming. The number of samples is at least 10% of the total population in each village. Independent variables include age (X1), experience (X2), education (X3), number of family members (X4), number of livestock (X5), attitude (X6) and subjective norms (X7). Data analysis using the F test and t test using multiple linear regression models. From the F test results it is known that the independent variable had a strong relationship with the adoption of housing technology in Polman district with an R value of 0.42. The contribution of the independent variable to the change in adoption of housing technology reached 21.4%, which means that there were 79.6% of other variables that are not measured that affect the adoption of housing technology. Attitude variable significantly and positively influenced (P <0.01) on adoption of housing technology. Subjective norm variables had a significant and negative effect (P <0.01) on adoption of housing while the number of family members had a significant and positive effect (P <0.05) on adoption of housing.

Abstract
Potatoes (Solanum tuberosum L) is one of the horticultural commodities that gets priority for the development of diversified food consumption, so that potatoes are one of the most important food commodities in the world. One type of potato cultivated by Indonesian people is granola potatoes. In terms of cultivation, potatoes are more resistant to the pests or diseases. Granola potato is the one of vegetable commodities that has a prospective business opportunity, potato commodity is one of the leading commodities in the District Tombolo Pao. The method in this research is a qualitative and quantitative methods which includes: descriptive analysis, farming analysis, IFE and EFE matrix analysis, SWOT analysis. The results of analysis show that the condition of the potato agribusiness system in the District of Tombolo Pao is still not optimally, which is caused by not functioning upstream subsystems, where the subject of production facilities is still done individually which causes the lack of production inputs, namely the problem of granola potato seeds. In the farming subsystem, potato cultivation has provided benefits to farmers, so this farming is feasible to be developed. In the marketing subsystem, potatoes have been marketed to Borneo and Southeast Sulawesi. The prices are determined by collectors. In the downstream (processing) subsystem, not all of the processed potato entrepreneurs use potatoes as their raw material, which causes new potatoes to be sold in fresh products. In the service and support subsystems, supported by agricultural extension workers who accompany and provide information related to potato cultivation, but from supporting capital, farmers have not utilized credit provided by financial institutions because they still use private capital. Based on the identification of internal and external factors, various desires are obtained to always go forward and learn from farmer groups and the government.
