Abstract
Employee turnover is the problem that is often faced by many companies. Turnover effects on companies that tend to lead to losses as well as the results of inconclusive studies on variables that explain turnover intention, encourage many studies to conduct the study on turnover intention. However, studies that compare turnover intention between male and female employees on the model developed are still very limited. These empirical and theoretical findings direct this study to conduct comprehensive study by developing turnover intention model and to conduct comparative studies on male and female employees. The study was conducted on male and female employees in various industries. Interviews using questionnaires are data collection techniques used in this study. The acquisition of the data is used to test the model, the influence among variables and comparative studies using AMOS as the statistical approach. The results of the study show that turnover intention in women is higher than that of men. The high turnover intention in women is caused by the decrease in organizational commitment due to the increase in job stress.

Abstract
The use of information technology in supporting the effectiveness of company operations is very important. This study aims to determine the optimization of the use of Transaction Processing Systems in minimarkets in the city of Padang. Sampling uses accidental sampling of the owner/manager and operator in the Minimarket. The analytical method used in this study is a descriptive analysis. The results showed that 85.6% of 97 minimarkets in Padang had used transaction processing systems in support of sales activities and services to consumers. The use of computer-based transaction processing systems had resulted in shopping receipts to reduce the level of error in calculating shopping values. Information about prices and changes made by updating the database and changing labels on the product manually. Limited cooperation with banks is only 49% of minimarket providing payment facilities by debit/credit card. An interesting finding from this study is that there is a gap between the use of transaction processing systems for sales and inventory. Only 8% of minimarkets obtain information on the amount of inventory through a transaction processing system. The ordering of goods, only 10% are planned through the information system. This gap will affect the minimarket financial reports. For making this report only 14.4% of the minimarkets were able to obtain this information from the system. From the overall analysis, it can be concluded that the level of utilization of information systems for operational effectiveness is still relatively low.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate whether information capital readiness (ICR) has a positive effect on business performance (BP). Furthermore, this study also investigates whether online market orientation (OMO) mediates ICR-BP relationship. This study is designed as a quantitative research and partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS SEM) is used to test the hyphotheses. Online and offline questionnaires were conducted and collected from the MSMEs under the Dinas Koperasi and UMKM Provinsi Jawa Timur. This research uses a mediation model approach to test the indirect effect of OMO. The results indicate that ICR directly and positively affect BP of the MSMEs in East Java. Further analysis proves that OMO partially mediates ICR-BP relationship. This study suggests that MSMEs should have readiness in information capital and have online market orientation so it can improve business performance. This research specific context for East Java and caution should be used when generalizing it to other province. This study also limits the sample only in the MSMEs, therefore it limits its generalization. The results of this study suggest that MSMEs should have readiness in capital information to process transactional information, analyze information, and transform their business. This research brings together issues that are usually examined separately in previous studies. It employs a mediation research model to explore the central role of OMO in ICR-BP relationship which is rarely researched. This is also the first study exploring the three constructs of ICR, OMO, and BP in the East Java MSMEs research setting.
