Abstract
Greenhouse is currently used to urban farming. Smart greenhouse technology allows farmers to monitor their plants easyly. This systems require much electricity energy supply. In order to save energy, additional electricity supply is needed. For this reason, photovoltaic is installed on the roof of the greenhouse. The obstacle in the installation of photovoltaic cells is that the power produced is not optimal, due to the movement of the suns position. For this reason, Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) technology is used. In this paper, fuzzy logic was used for Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) based on I and V from PV. The aim is to find the maximum operating point of a photovoltaic module so that it can increase the output power ratio of photovoltaic modules in varying temperatures and radiation levels. Simulation is done using MATLAB, so that a ratio of output power ratios is generated using MPPT and without using MPPT. By using the fuzzy MPPT controller, it produces optimum power, 142.5 W, when Vpv=30.05 V and Ipv=4.743A. This power will be used to supply electricity for 2 15 W lamps, 12 volts for the mini greenhouse

Abstract
The gas lift system is widely used as an artificial lift for oil production in petroleum industry. At the point of gas injection Gas lift valve use square edge orifice geometry. The problem in the optimization of gas lift wells is the flow instability due to gas flow rate fluctuations, the limited volumetric gas injection and limited gas compressor pressure. With the limited compressor pressure, the lift flow and gas design is dependent on the amount of pressure on the compressor, the production wells with limited injection pressure will result in a limited amount of gas injection, the square edge orifice requires a pressure difference of 40% to achieve the maximum gas flow rate. This GLV design modification includes changing the GLV orifice geometry. Design studies using Fluid Dynamic simulations to analyze any changes in GLV geometry design. The design modification approach is base on literature study venturi orifice geometry and the availability of equipment for GLV modification. The results of this study are expected to increase the gas flow rate of injection, according to the needs of gas lift well optimization.

Abstract
Fish seed quality may be decreased as a result of inbreeding that is a marriage between two individuals who have the same genetic trait. Improved seed quality can be done with the genetic approach to parent selection and crossbreed. Quality seeds which are taken from natural populations are determined by the genetic diversity of a population. Inbreeding can lower the quality of seed because it can increase the number of homozygosity and heterozygosity otherwise decrease the number. This study aims to determine differences in genetic variation three species of grouper groupers (Plectropomus maculatus, Plectropomus leopardus, and Plectropomus oligacanthus) and know the kinship of the three species of grouper. While the benefits of this research can provide information on genetic diversity in natural coral trout grouper, expected inbreeding can be avoided. Muscle and liver tissue was used as a sample for electrophoresis analysis with twelve kinds of enzymes are aspartate aminotransferase (AAT), Alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH), Estrase (EST), -Gliserofosfat dehydrogenase (-GPD), Glukofosfat isomerase (GPI), Isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH), Lactate dehydrogenase (EST), Malic dehydrogenase (MDH), Malic Enzyme (ME), 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase (6- PGD), phosphoglucomutase (PGM), and sarcoplasmic enzymes (SP). Three polymorphic loci in Plectropomus oligacanthus species are 6-PGD, GPI-2, and PGM. In Plectropomus maculatus, and Plectropomus leopardus all monomorphic loci. The three polymorphic loci on Plectropomus oligacanthus meet the Hardy-Weinberg balance with X2 value for 6-PGD value is 0.123 for GPI-2 is 0.028. And PGM is 0.028. Plectropomus oligacanthus has a polymorphism level of 0.188, the total number of the focusing allele is 1,154, and the average heterozygosity is 0.023. The genetic distance between the sepsis population based on twelve enzymes showed between Plectropomus maculatus, and Plectropomus leopardus had a spacing of 0.134, between Plectropomus leopardus and Plectropomus oligacanthus of genetic distance 0.196 and between Plectropomus maculatus and Plectropomus oligacanthus the genetic distance was 0.200. The larger the genetic distance between the species, the kinship relationship will be farther away. The distant kinship is owned by Plectropomus oligacanthus.

Abstract
Sulawesi and Maluku islands are tectonically under a collision area of four earth crust plates, those are Eurasia, Philiphine Islands, Pacific Ocean and Australian-India Ocean. Palu city in Central Sulawesi island in particular is geologically an area of complex structure. A fault zone of north-west to south-east direction has formed Palu area as a block being squized by Palu-Koro strike-slip fault zone. The earthquake happened on October 28, 2018 has caused the fault to activate of being dynamic movement of the area. Rock and soil slide and movement was also strengthened by liquifaction of hydrological fluid content within the Palu block. Morphology of Palu-Koro fault plane was also affected siginificantly causing land slides and slumps on the fault plane exposed in the earth surface. Using hand camera photos, a morphological survey and analysis show the landslides and slumps could be clearly identified.

Abstract
In each unmanned vehicle (UAV) task, the power used is limited. UAVs are often forced to land when the battery runs out before the mission is completed. The gliding controller is proposed in this paper so that Fixed Wing Aircraft (FWA) can fly with minimal power and can adjust direction, altitude, zero pitch and zero roll stability. The FWA uses a BMP sensor at the tip of the wing to detect the difference in pressure experienced by both wings, therefore, the direction of the wind can be determined. The information of the wind direction was then used to maintain the desired altitude of the FWA. The PID control algorithm was implemented to stabilize the FWA altitude to keep cruising or flying in a flat position. Real-time experiments using FWA have been conducted. It can be observed that the FWA was able to air with automatic glider mode for almost 2 minutes. Tests carried out include altitude data, roll and pitch movement from BMP120 sensor readings, The glidding performance has been observed with respect to the altitude, roll and pitch errors. It was measured that the altitude, the roll and the pitch errors were 1.74%, 0.23% and 0.34%, respectively.

Abstract
The GOST algorithm is an algorithm that has good encryption and decryption speeds because the encryption and decryption process is simple with the use of keys that are not too good. Security in cryptographic ciphertext results is one of the factors that depends on the use of a good key too, one of the techniques that can be used is the Triple Transposition Key that processes keys as much as 3 x rounds with the transposition function. The Triple Transposition Key and GOST algorithms are combined during the key formation process so that the key obtained from the process of using the Triple Transposition Key algorithm is quite strong and minimizes the brute force attack. The use of the Triple Transposition Key algorithm on GOST can be used as an alternative to increase security on the key so that it does not have to have a combination of 2 or more algorithms that will only consume process resources and also do not significantly affect the speed of encryption and decryption.

Abstract
Graphite is a fascinating material to study in nanotechnology. Surface profile and roughness of the graphite are some of the most important parameters to determine many physical and mechanical behaviors including friction or bonding condition. To acquire certain surface profile, mechanical polishing treatment is one of the easiest ways that can be applied. In this work, graphite is polished by three different grades of sandpapers (P800, P400, and P220) and cellulose-based paper. The surface properties are observed by a laser microscope and various surface roughness parameters were quantified. The sequential polishing process employed in this work is able to reduce the surface roughness and might improve the physical properties. This work sheds light on the importance of the mechanical surface treatment on graphite.

Abstract
This study aims to explore and identify the stages of transformation of gross motor skills of early childhood through traditional horse racing games in the people of Dompu district, Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach with ethnographic methods. The research subjects consisted of 6 (six) young jockeys aged 5-10 years and 7 (seven) horse owners. Data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Findings: Horse racing is a traditional game of the Dompu-Indonesian community that serves as a means of transforming gross motor skills in early childhood aged 5-10 years. The results of this study indicate that the transformation of gross motor skills for children through traditional horse racing games takes place through four stages, namely watching, motivating, trying, and practicing. The transformation of gross motor skills is carried out with the guidance of friends and adults. The place for transformation of gross motor skills starts in the river when bathing horses, then exercises regularly in the fields, on the seafront, and in the arena of the official racetrack. Previous research shows that horse riding can be a way to help develop physical motor skills of children, especially children with autism and down syndrome. Horses can be an intervention and therapy tool for children with special needs. While the traditional tradition of horse racing in Dompu can be a place of conservation of local culture, namely preserving culture to continue to live as a cultural heritage and regional identity. This study informs that the development of gross motor skills of children can be carried out since 5 years old children through traditional horse racing games. Riding a horse assisted by adults can help cure autistic children and down syndrome. This research can also be a reference for early childhood education practitioners to create a special school for children who have a hobby of riding horses.

Abstract
Length-weight relationships or condition factor in R. aspro species were analyzed separately by sex and location. This study aims to determine the growth patterns and Length-weight relationships in the R. Aspro fish species that were captured in the Cisadea River, West Java, Indonesia. This research was conducted from June 2012 to February 2013. Fish sampling from the field was carried out for six months which took place from June to November 2012. Sampling was carried out at the station that had been determined by Purposive Sampling which could represent the upstream, middle and downstream of the river. The parameters measured consisted of growth patterns and factors conditions for fish (Length-weight relationships). The data obtained is then analyzed using the Excell 2007 computer program and uses the FAO-ICLARM Stock Assessment Tool II (FISAT II) program. The results showed that the correlation coefficient (r) R. aspro showed a value of 0.90 for male fish and 0.78 for female fish. The equation of the relationship between the length of weights in R. aspro and the different sexes all has a positive allomatic growth pattern (b> 3). Based on location, the fish growth pattern has positive and negative alomatric patterns. There are differences in conditions both based on gender and location. The relationship between R. aspro fish length is allometric with condition factor values ranging from 0.16-2.05. The results of this study can be used as baseline data for the management of aquatic resources in these locations or other locations.

Indonesia has a high geothermal energy resource, preserved in many geothermal fields. But not all fields are potential for indirect utilizations such as for electric power generation. A direct utilization of low potential of geothermal energy resource has been performed at Batukuwung geothermal field, Serang, West Java. A simple design of vegetable grain dryer has been created (constructed) using galvanis metal pipes. A reduction of temperature from 63 degrees Celcius at the heat source to 41 degrees Celcius at the dryer tool through galvanis metal pipes is quite enough for vegetable grain drying purposes. Abstract
Anemia is a common condition found among Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV)-infected patients. T-cells that are infected with HIV virus can directly suppress the growth of progenitor cells in the bone marrow so that affecting the hemopoiesis resulted in anemia. These hematological abnormalities could potentially cause serious clinical implications. This study was conducted to determine the prevalence of anemia in HIV-infected patients in Bali. A total of 243 medical record data from HIV-infected patients at Wangaya Hospital Denpasar Bali and Sanjiwani Hospital Gianyar Bali between 2009 -2017 were included in analysis. Prevalence of anemia in ART-naïve patients and in patients on ART were 60.8% and 40.3%, respectively. Leucopenia and thrombocytopenia were found 8.2% and 9.4%, respectively, in ART-naïve group. While in patients with ART group leucopenia and thrombocytopenia were accounted for 6.9% and 4.3%, respectively. There was a significant difference in prevalence of anemia between ART-naïve patients and patients on ART (60.8% vs 40.3%; p < 0.05). Although the prevalence of anemia was lower in patients on ART, but anemia continues to be common in a substantial portion of HIV-infected persons. Another studies are still needed to addressing the impact of anemia on HIV-infected individuals, as well as treatment strategies and future research directions.

Abstract
A novel method of hydraulic fracturing is by pulse pumping proppant into formation. The proppant is mixed with fibrous material, and this material will hold the formation from closing, even though channel if formed in the formation. A well producing from poorly sorting conglomeratic reservoir with secondary porosity and muddy micro-porosity. The well recently only produces intermittently 9 to 20 BOPD on sucker rod pump. Well permeability is 1.78 mD with reservoir pressure of 1188 Psi. The first step is to further evaluate the well, from rock mechanic and stress of formation, which is called Candidate Selective Factor (CSF). And then, a fracturing operation is designed, based on well parameter and surrounding wells. After performing pre-fracturing; consists of berakdown test, step rate test, and minifrac test; the operation is re-designed. The re-design includes special pulsing pumping technique, and the mainfrac operation. In the actual operation, the proppant was pulsing into formation for eleven times. The results of after channel fracturing shows that the productivity index increases 10.3 times. This new hydraulic fracturing method; Channel Fracturing; will also give less possibility of screen out, in addition to its successful result.

Abstract
The effects of fossil fuel combustion are famously concerning. 70% of the global production of carbon monoxide is accounted from transportation sector; the sector in which fossil fuel is popularly being continuously used. As one alternative fuels, bioethanol is a renewable fuel which have attracted many researchers in the pursuit of lowering the dependency on fossil fuel and its negative effects to the environment. In third generation bioethanol production, green algae are deemed to carry high potential as the feedstock due to its ampleness, especially in a tropical country such as Indonesia. In this study the ability to produce fermentable sugars from green algae was observed through high-pressurization treatment. Different treatment pressures were achieved through varying temperature set in the autoclave: 110, 120 and 130oC. The recorded pressure was up to about 500 kPa, and this treatment was also compared with non-pressurizing production method. Samples were analyzed for reducing sugars content through DNS method. Since simple sugars are essential in the fermentation stage, the produced sugars from green algae are the indication of potential as the feedstock in bioethanol production.

Abstract
Limited time allocation for Islamic education in primary schools is a halt for the students to understand the lesson. The core of Islamic education is to understand reading and to write letters Hijaiyah. The concept of conventional learning patterns and lack of time made the level of understanding of students is low. To minimize this, learning media are needed that can attract students attention. Especially in children of the present era who are challenged with various types of technology, including mobile phones, televisions, and computers. The role of IT-based media can be a solution in current learning. In the learning process especially for children is learning that gives birth to a pleasant atmosphere. Images and sounds that appear will make children not get bored quickly so that they can stimulate learning in children. In learning that involves the media in the process of learning certainly must consider aspects of early childhood development. Augmented Reality can be utilized in various fields including education. In learning, there are Quantum Learning theories which explain visual, audio, and kinesthetic (VAK) methods. From here Augmented Reality and Quantum Learning theories are interconnected. In this application, there will be Hijaiyah letters that are simulated in the form of Augmented Reality with a sound for instructions on how to pronounce it. This application is expected to help the learning process of Hijaiyah letters both from among students and the general public outside of school, only by scanning the Hijaiyah letters from the Android camera.

Abstract
Neem (family Meliaceae) is non-leguminous multipurpose plant has antispermatogenic effect in animals and male men. Objectives: this research to assess and evaluate the effect of aqueous leaves extract of neem on the development of spermatogenic cell of male mice. Methods: Male mice were divided into five groups. Group I as control (C1-1) with the absence of treatment. Group II and III were orally treated by aqueous leaves extract of neem at doses 0.25 and 0.50 mg/kg bw for 36 days. Group IV and V were treated by administering aqueous leaves extract of neem at doses 0.25 and 0.50 mg/kg BW for 36 days followed with another 36 days with no treatment. Results: neem leaves extracts to cause decrease of spermatogenic cell (spermatogonia, spermatocyte, and spermatid) (p<0.05). Observation of testicular histology in treated mice showed degenerative changes that are not homogeneous in the seminiferous tubules. Tubular mice treated showed loss of the germinal epithelium, and reduction in the number of germ cells (spermatogonia, spermatocyte, and spermatid) in the testes of treated mice. After 36 days of stopped of treatment, the number of germ cells had not recovered as control (p <0.05). Conclusion: These results indicate that the aqueous extract of neem leaves is irreversible to testicular histopathology and decreases the development of spermatogenic cells in male mice.

Abstract
This study aims to see the extent to which the use of games can affect the level of intelligence in children. The concept of education for children is important. Aspects that must be considered are methods and learning media. As we all know playing games is very liked by children. The use of games in the world of education has been carried out mostly at the elementary level such as in elementary schools and kindergartens. So far there has been no research about the effect of using the game on childrens learning outcomes. The game material used is basic knowledge such as the introduction of colors, letters, numbers, and the introduction names of animals and also fruits. A sample of 40 respondents was selected purposively, were elementary and kindergarten students. The method used in this research is descriptive statistical method. The results obtained showed that both elementary and kindergarten students were very fond of the lessons presented in the form of games / games, but this did not have much effect on the results of the learning evaluation compared to the delivery of material directly. Better stimulants are needed by combining games and subject matter synergistically to improve childrens intelligence.

Abstract
Indonesia suffered a diphtheria outbreak in the late of 2017 after the last case in the 1980s. Over the years, DPT (Diphtheria Pertussis Tetanus) vaccine is believed to be the only ways of preventing diphtheria outbreaks. The Indonesian government requires all infants aged 2-4 months old to get DPT vaccine in order to get the immunity against diphtheria-causing bacteria with a single dose of vaccine on each month. The problem is when some infants do not have the complete vaccine so the effectiveness of DPT vaccine is need to be questioned. In this paper, the authors try to construct the model to see how effective the DPT vaccine for those cases. The population assumed to be closed population and consisted of SIR (Susceptible, Infected, and Recovery) population and the vaccine notated as a function of a dose that has taken by the infant. Furthermore, this model will be analyzed the stability using eigen values and basic reproduction number (R_0). The simulation is done to provide an overview of the effectiveness of the vaccine dynamically. Analysis and simulation results show that complete dose of DPT vaccine plays an effective role in reducing the spread of diphtheria.
