Abstract
Learning models that stimulate high order thinking skills have been applied in the learning process of processing plantations and herbs but the results have not been optimal. In addition, the learning time in the class is very limited, while the material is sufficiently large so that it is difficult for teachers to guide students to improve their high-level thinking skills. One of the relevant models used based on these problems is the classroom flipped learning model. Research on the application of flipped classroom learning models by using website is needed in order to improve students high order thinking skills. This research was carried out by adapting the class action research method (CAR) by Kemmis and Mc Taggart (1998) in 3 cycles. The population and samples used were the studnet of class XI-2 APHP Vocational High School PPN Lembang which consisted of 19 people. Assessment of learning activities at home in the first cycle (83.63%) experienced an increase in the second cycle (85.38%), and in the third cycle (81.87%). The lowest N-Gain value is in the first cycle, which is 0.35 which is in the medium category. This shows that the classroom flipped learning model with website in the first cycle has a lower increase in learning outcomes compared to Cycle II and Cycle III. In the analyzing dimension (C4), the highest increase in students high order thinking ability occurs in the third cycle with N-Gain for the ability to analyze (C4) 0.50. But the increase is still included in the medium category. Likewise with the ability to evaluate (C5) and create (C6), the average increase is 0.33 and 0.38 respectively. In this study, flipped classroom is able to improve students high order thinking skills.

Abstract
Instead of reducing the unemployment rate, Center Berau of Statistic (BPS) 2018 data shows that Vocational High School (SMK) graduates contribute high to the number of unemployed in Indonesia. The high number of unemployed is partly due to the low technical skills and transferable skills of students. Transferable skills are considered very important to strengthen and complement technical skills, amid the disruption of the world of work in the industrial era 4.0. In order to strengthen transferable skills, innovative learning methods are needed, which involve active student participation. The One Group Pretest-Posttest experimental research was conducted to find out the increase in transferable skills of SMK X students in the Building Design and Information Design Study Program (DPIB), through the implementation of project-based learning methods. The results of the gain index analysis, hypothesis testing, and observation results indicate that the application of project-based learning methods can improve the transferable skills of vocational students.

Abstract
Inventory of GIS Web Applications for Environmental Roads, Drainage, and Septic Tanks is an information system built to support spatial requirements, where these applications are built to address the problem of investing spatial data in environmental roads, drainage, and septic tanks. In developing a web-based GIS application, it usually uses the methodology namely waterfall, but in this study, the application implementation uses the Y-Model Webgis Development(YWDM) which is a combination of web engineering and the context of GIS itself. This paper introduces an implementation to create an application by using Y-Model Web Geographic Information Systems (GIS) with a study case on inventorying spatial requirements on roads, drainage, and septic tanks. This methodology was implemented to create an application which needs a map visualization for city planning and development By using the YWDM methodology, the needs and accuracy of application development can be done, using several tools. The data process uses ArcGIS ESRI and PHP and JavaScript programming languages to visualize the results. The results show that application development is built more easily because requirements can be well defined because a collection of requirements from the context of software development and spatial specifications are met and the application is completed. When creating a GIS web application, some methodologies can be used besides waterfalls or ordinary SDLCs, because spatial requirements are not well defined. With the implementation of this methodology, it is proven that the development of GIS web applications can be easier, defined and by the needs desired by the user

Abstract
Nutrition education for children is essential as the process determines children-s diet preferences and health in the future. Some life-threatening situations, such as malnutrition, poor access to clean water, and lack of clean sanitation have emphasized the necessity of teaching self-hygiene from early ages. Nutrition education correlates closely with the use of learning media. Such media, e.g., learning video, plays a major role in early childhood education as it helps teachers meet the learning objectives. The objective of the present study is twofold: it is to develop learning video in teaching self-hygiene for group B kindergarten students. It also is intended to examine the effectiveness of the video. Employing a development model by J. Moonen, this research and development study relied on observation, interview, and questionnaire. T test was also used to analyze the results of the students- pre- and post-test. The result shows that the average score of pre- and post-test reaches 23.36 and 33.86 respectively, meaning that there is an increase in the score. Further, the result of the hypothesis testing proves that t count (15.37) > t table (2.05). Abstract
Entrepreneurial activity is believed to be a tool to encourage economic growth and to solve other economic problems such as unemployment. Entrepreneurship has been widely applied in schools, especially in vocational schools that aim to produce graduates so they can work and be entrepreneurs. There are many learning models that exist in vocational schools at this time, but the learning model does not have an impact on students to have a soul or desire to become entrepreneurs. Therefore, we have conducted a literature review to explain an alternative learning model, which is a self-designed project learning model that is expected to trigger students to become entrepreneurs. A systematic mapping study is used as a basic method for conducting literature reviews. Various relevant journals, which are learning models that can enhance ones entrepreneurship from various circles, were selected by researchers as preliminary data for a literature review. The various learning models that currently exist do not have enough impact to foster a sense of entrepreneurship in students, whereas learning in SMK should every productive learning must make students master and can make students have a sense of entrepreneurship when learning has ended. In this study describes a self-designed project learning model that will be applied in the automotive field in light vehicle engine tune-up subjects. This alternative learning model has been used by other studies, the researcher applies this alternative learning model in the field of machining that produces an impact on students, ie students can increase or make it have the desire to become entrepreneurs.

Abstract
To improve services for train passengers, a tool that can display information to train passengers is needed. This information can be displayed on PIDS. PIDS serves to provide information in the form of the location of the train based on GPS coordinates then other information displayed in the form of the trains name, train number, wagon number, and the station the train will pass to. To display this information, PIDS uses components such as GPS, LED Matrix Display, Micro SD Card, which are then controlled by an algorithm using a microcontroller. The goal is to provide information to train passengers so can reduce errors that occur when the train passengers ride the train. In examination, PIDS can display all the information needed by passengers, although there are still some shortcomings such as amount of data that can be accessed from the Micro SD Card is only limited to 30 coordinate data. With the limited data that can be stored, it is very possible the occurrence of limitations in the number of coordinates of the station to be passed by the train in accordance with the route of the train

Abstract
In the Law Fiction Theory, it is assumed that once the government enforces legal norms at that time, everyone is considered to know the law. So that someones ignorance of the law cannot free him from lawsuits. This condition led to the emergence of legal cases caused by a lack of public understanding of the law. This paper introduces a potential solution by providing chatbots platforms performed in the legal field to be able to help overcoming such issues. We propose a chatbot using Natural Language Processing which is designed to provide information, for those who need information regarding applicable laws. Users can ask questions related to the contents of existing legal documents through bots, then bots will search according to user requests related to ITE law. Artificial Intelligence is applied to bots so that bots can behave like humans and provide information needed by the user. The experimental results have shown that chatbot could recognize all of the questions from user and could answer correctly.

Abstract
The transportation routing problem is a very popular field in operations research and management science area. Many previous studies are still continuing to develop models and algorithms to produce the best transportation route optimization in various research objects. Technology has enabled the development of the intelligent decision support system (DSS) to optimize transportation route. Although technology has evolved, there are still few studies that build DSS software to minimize transportation distance and fuel consumption, especially using the metaheuristic approach. Thus, this paper aims to develop an intelligent DSS software to minimize fuel consumption and travel distance by considering time windows constraint using metaheuristic approach. The software can receive input dynamically to evaluate and select the best transportation route. The results of this software have been tested using real system data from one of tour and travel company in Indonesia. The company provides travel services using a bus to visit several tourist attractions based on the opening hours of the destinations. Intelligent DSS software output shows that the travel distance is 25.64% more efficient than the current real conditions. In addition, the fuel consumption produced by DSS is better than the actual conditions, which is 17.35% more efficient.
