Abstract
The disruption era that leads to the awareness of higher education to cope with Industry 4.0, affected by rapid technology development of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data, Internet of Things (IoT), Automation, and IT based technology, is now becoming new pathway for many higher education institutions (HEI). Higher education institutions try to adapt and or adopt their curricula in order to align with industry 4.0. It is the nature of higher education that operate in Teaching, Research, as well as Community Service that need to adapt with the fast changing of its strategic environment. The question is for how long the era of disruption will last, and what the forthcoming era that higher education must prepare. This is important for HEI in order to ensure sustainability of the strategy especially when strategic environment change rapidly. This paper will elaborate to new predicted era, the so-called Era of Abundance, that will be faced after the era of disruption. Before elaborating the “abundance”, it is important to elaborate the comprehensive strategy due to “disruption” in HEI, the so called Education 4.0, especially in aligning with Industry 4.0. This paper will also elaborate the what-is of the era of abundance so that by having understanding of this era, higher education can take the advantage of time. This paper uses method of descriptive analysis based on expert opinion to elaborate and to draw the conclusion.

Abstract
The post partum family planning (Keluarga Berencana Pasca Persalinan/KBPP) is conducted because it is safe to be done, can increase the family planning coverage, has the effectiveness of time and can decrease the Maternal Mortality Ratio (Angka Kematian Ibu/AKI). The post partum family planning coverage is still limited. Therefore, it is needed to have the evaluation of PPIUD in the professional practice of a Obstetrician and Gynecologist in Klaten, Central Java. The observational study was conducted by using the cross-sectional design. The data were collected from the medical record for two years; start from April 2016 to December 2017 by using inclusion criteria for women who gave birth both spontaneously and section caesarean (SC) and were willing to do PPIUD installation. The data were collected at the first checkup, i.e., 5th day to 7th day postpartum, the second check-up, i.e., one month after the first check-up, and the third checkup, i.e., six months after the second checkup. The collected data were in the form of the age, the number of pregnancy, the way of birth delivery (Spontaneously or SC), based on the evaluation of the existence of leucorrhea, erosion portio, expulsion, translocation, menometrorrhagia, husbands complaints and pain. The result of the research was analyzed descriptively. The result of research showed that 57 respondent fulfil the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The respondents were approximately 28.96 years old; parturition was more or less 1.74 times, IUD was installed at SC 87.72% and spontaneously delivery 12.28%. The respondent who has leucorrhea was 66.67%, but these respondent have no erosion portio, expulsion, translocation, menometrorrhagia, husbands complaints and pain. It can be concluded that PPIUD is safe and well to be conducted.

Abstract
Advances in virology, public health and pharmacology have transformed HIV infection from a deadly entity to chronic infection with low mortality. Little is known about the aging experience of people living with HIV. This study aims to describe the experience of aging as the first cohort of people living with HIV in Spain. This is a qualitative study using descriptive phenomenology. Data was collected between May and June 2017 using anonymous semi-structured interviews in several Spanish cities. The study was approved by the IRB Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona. It took a total of 25 people aged 50 or older to achieve data saturation. Data were analyzed using the seven steps method proposed by Colaizzi. Growing older living with HIV is described as something unexpected. The main theme, "Here I am: alive and older", was identified. It is made up of three subthemes: We lived knowing we were dying; The impact of others; and, Taking care of myself. Four major areas were identified that caused suffering to the participants: physical problems, the awareness of aging, financial problems, and loneliness. More research is needed to assess the impact of loneliness on older people living with HIV from a constructivist, integrative, and multidisciplinary approach.

Abstract
Corrosion due to the loss of reinforcement diameter has an influence on flexure and shear capacity in reinforcement concrete. One of the corrosion causes is concrete cracks. Moreover, corrosion in reinforcement can causes expansive pressure worsen condition of the structure. This research investigate shear capacity of 4 reinforced concrete beams with dimensions of 200 x 10 x 20 cm. There were 2 beams exposed to 3.5% NaCl by galvanostatic method with constant current of 0.1 ampere for one month and 2 beams without exposure. Furthermore, four point bending test with shear span-effective depth ratio (a/d) under 2.5 will be applied. The test results showed that shear compression occurs along 2/3 of shear span, beams with exposure has shear capacity 35% and compression strength 8% lesser than beams without exposure.

Abstract
Rice (Oryza sativa) is one of the main cereals to many people, especially in Asian countries. Rice bran, as one of the byproducts of rice dehulling, has received an increasing attention as a functional foodstuff in recent years. Ferulic Acid (FA) is one of the phenolic compounds found in plant cell walls in both free and covalently bonded forms. It has also been shown that FA has many functions like antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antiallergic, anticarcinogenic, antithrombotic, increasing sperm stability, and enzymatic activity. The objective of this study was to extract Ferulic Acid from the phenolic fraction of rice bran oil using ultrasonic method, followed by antioxidant effectiveness analyses. Oil was extracted from rice bran using ultrasonic method in ethanol solvent. The result was analyzed for phenol yields and contents. Variables tested were the concentrations and volumes of ethanol. Antioxidant effectiveness tests were performed on the highest yields of FA. The results showed that the highest yield of 24% was achieved at ethanol concentration of 80%, ethanol volume of 200 ml, and 25 grams of rice bran. Ferulic Acid content in the phenolic fraction of rice bran oil was 10-20% with the highest Antioxidant Effectiveness of 10.71%.

Abstract
Language has its own characteristic that needs so much attention in a particular Institution or University. There are some degrees in college which translates questionnaires for their data gathering, from Source Language (SL) to the Target Language (TL) either Filipino or Cebuano. There are no standard bases every time they translate texts and this study is a tool and a guide using Language Policy in relation with Translation. This study aims to fill the gap of translation and to assess the state of Filipino Language within the University. With the guide questions (1) How does the researchers translate their questionnaires? (2) What are the remedies to fill the gap of translation for the researchers? (3) What is now the status of Filipino Language through the Researchers who translate? Using the Theory and Structure of Haugen (1974) in his Typology of Language Problem, the study creates standard translation of Filipino Language. The study find out that some of the researchers translate literally the scientific terms. There are concepts to replenish the problem: (1) reception (2) rejecting textual translation that is not acceptable in the ideology, institution and society. In Linguistic point of view, cultural translation of Venuti (2004) also implied for a noble translation.

Abstract
The present study sought to investigate what affected Indonesian undergraduate students- academic achievement from the perspective of student engagement. In postsecondary education context, student engagement is defined as the quality of time and effort devoted by a student to educationally purposeful activities inside and outside the class. The study participants were 208 first-year and senior undergraduate students enrolled at three Indonesian postsecondary education institutions (a public university, a private university, and a public polytechnic). To measure student engagement, this study utilized the data from the Indonesian Survey of Student Learning Activities (ISSLA). This survey was comprised of items referring to five engagement benchmarks including academic challenge, active and collaborative learning, student-faculty interaction, enriching educational experiences, and supportive campus environment. The gathered data were quantitatively analyzed in two phases utilizing hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The first phase examined impact of student engagement on undergraduate students- academic achievement after controlling their background characteristics- effect. Meanwhile, the second phase of analysis focused on the examination of conditional or interaction effects. The study revealed that student engagement with its five benchmarks was the stronger predictor for Indonesian undergraduate students- academic achievement. The results indicated certain benchmarks of engagement had greater significant impact on achievement including level of academic challenge, active and collaborative learning, and supportive campus environment. The study also found the interaction effects were insignificant and therefore it indicated that engagement was beneficial for academic success of undergraduate students from any background characteristics, both advantaged and disadvantaged backgrounds.

Abstract
In conjunction with the development of Islamic finance industry, Islamic economics and finance courses have been introduced since the last two decades in Indonesia. To train the talents for Islamic finance industry, a number of institutions have held and training sessions in the phase of Islamic finance development. We assigned a number of criteria to choose the sample namely, faculty of economics and business students in public university with the lenght of study period at least three semesters. To collect primary data, 421 sets of self-administered Islamic financial literacy questionnaire had been distributed to the target respondents. From the total distributed questionnaire, 300 of them were completed and included in the sample. Therefore the respond rate is 71.3%. 145 respondents are in the category of low Islamic financial knowledge, while 155 are in the category of sufficient. From 145 respondents with low Islamic financial knowledge 79 (66) have (not) taken (any) Islamic economics and finance courses. From 155 respondents with sufficient financial knowledge 114 (41) have (not) taken (any) Islamic economics and finance courses. Using Pearson Chi-Square (cross-tabs), the p value is less than 0.05. Therefore, we do not have enough evidence to accept the null hypothesis that there is no difference between the two groups regarding their profiency in Islamic financial knowledge. In view of this, it can be inferred that Islamic economics and finance courses have significant impact upon Islamic financial knowledge of public university students in Padang. INTRODUCTION There has been an increasing trend of the Islamic finance industry in Indonesia since the last two decades. Despite experiencing positive improvement in terms of a number of institutions, assets, revenues, and customers, Indonesian Islamic finance industry so far has not reached its optimum level. One factor that has led to such condition is the low score of Islamic financial literacy index. The latest survey conducted by the OJK of financial literacy finds that Islamic financial literacy of Indonesian consumer is 8.11% (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, 2017). Moreover, the finding of the survey informs that student-s Islamic financial literacy index is among the lowest compared to other consumer group based on the profession category. Owing to this condition, the phenomenon needs to be observed thoroughly, particularly the current state of students- Islamic financial literacy index. RESEARCH METHOD This study explains the impact of Islamic economics courses on Islamic financial literacy of university students. Additionally, it intends to compare Islamic financial literacy of those who have taken Islamic and finance courses and those who have not. With respect to the approach, the current study will use a quantitative approach to explain the linkage between the two variables. The population of the present study is all currently enrolled faculty of economics students from public universities in Padang notably Universitas Andalas, Universitas Negeri Padang and Universitas Islam Negeri Imam Bonjol. The target respondents of the present study are students of faculty of economics and business with the study period at least three semesters. The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling method. A self administered questionnaire will be used to collect primary data from university students in Padang. To avoid confusion and any unnecessary errors during the survey, pretesting will be conducted to limited number of respondents. Pretesting is another type of pilot test that focuses on data collection activities, for instance using questionnaires (Cooper & Schindler, 2008). Having passed the pretesting stage, the next step is to distribute the questionnaires directly to the potential respondents. Completed questionnaires, therefore will be inputted to statistical software for further examinations. Variables Definition Measurement Islamic economics courses All related Islamic economics courses such as Islamic bank, Islamic capital market, fiqh muamalah Yes or No Islamic Financial knowledge Stock of knowledge specifically related to Islamic finance concepts and products (Azmi & Chong, n.d.) Multiple choice question, 1 score for correct answer and 0 otherwise. Meanwhile, question on akad for Islamic bank saving account (6) and characteristic of Islamic mutual funds (7) are the most questions that could not be answered correctly (13.7% both). Distribution of Responses to Islamic Financial Knowledge Questions No Question Responses Incorrect (%) Correct (%) 1 Meaning of riba 59.7 40.3 2 Example of ribawi transaction 2.0 98.0 3 Element of akad 16.3 83.7 4 The right akad for a transaction 67.0 33.0 5 Negative element of a transaction 38.7 61.3 6 Akad for Islamic bank saving account 86.3 13.7 7 Characteristic of Islamic mutual funds 86.3 13.7 8 Takaful 43.3 56.7 9 Sukuk 61.7 38.3 10 Mudharabah 85.0 15.0 CONCLUSION From the findings of present study it can be conclude that many respondents put more emphasize on syariah-compliant status of financial products prior putting their wealth in any Islamic investment schemes. Islamic bank saving account is the most chosen Islamic finance products in the present time as well as in the future time. With respect to the level of Islamic Financial Knowledge, most respondents can be categorized as sufficient knowledge. The present study finds that attending the formal Islamic Economics and Finance courses can positively contribute to a greater level of Islamic Financial Literacy. REFERENCES Abduh, M. (2016).
