Abstract
Background: Previous literatures reported effective self management program may help to improve patients activation level and cancer treatment related concerns among cancer patients during treatment. However, there is inconclusive evidence as to the effectiveness of such program especially in Malaysia. Purpose: The purpose of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of SyMaB intervention program among breast cancer patients undergoing adjuvant chemotherapy compared with the standard care over six cycles to improve patients activation level and cancer treatment related concerns. Methods: The design of the study was a quasi experimental sequential design with repeated measures. The intervention group received SyMaB intervention plus standard care (Individually tailored education; coaching strategies via WhatsApp usage group; chemotherapy information booklet) and the control group received only standard care (routine care). A total of 246 breast cancer patients were consecutively assigned to control and intervention group. Each group consisted of 123 patients. The outcomes of the study were measured at baseline (T1), second (T2), fourth (T3) and six cycle (T4) for patients activation level and baseline (T1) and six cycle (T4) for cancer treatment-related concern. Results: The result showed significant improvement of patients activation level in the intervention group as compared to control group (p=<0.001) across the time. In cancer treatment-related concerns, procedural concern (PC) showed significant reduction in intervention group compared to control group (p=<0.001) post intervention (T4). Conclusion: The SyMaB intervention program could significantly improve patients activation level and cancer treatment-related concern. The results of the study could help oncology nurses to develop an appropriate intervention for breast cancer patients undergoing adjuvant chemotherapy at hospital and home setting.

Abstract
Background: A Diphtheria Pertussis Tetanus (DPT) immunization often causes trauma in infants because it is done by intramuscular injection. Purpose: The aim of this study is to determine the effect of facilitated tucking by mother combined with sitting up position on the level of pain when infants receive DPT immunization. Method: A randomized controlled trial design with post-test equivalent group technique was used. Three groups (intervention by mothers, intervention by health worker, and control group) were randomly selected, with each consisting of 16 infants. Results: Data were analyzed using the Kruskal Wallis test with a ρ value=0.006 (< 0.05). The result of the analysis conducted by post hoc Mann-Whitney test revealed that (1) intervention by mother vs intervention by health worker group have a ρ value=0,039 (<0.05); (2) intervention by mother vs control group have a ρ value=0,002; and (3) intervention by health workers vs control group have a ρ value=0,195. Conclusion: There was a significant difference in the level of infant pain between intervention by mother vs intervention by health worker, and intervention by mother vs control group. Recommendation: It is recommended that facilitated tucking by mother combined with sitting up position should be used in infant pain management during DPT immunization.

Abstract
Background : Electrical stimulation (ES) has been known to have beneficial effect in improving wound healing. Previous studies showed that short duration of application of EST could lower inflammation, improve collagen desposition, improve VEGF positive cells. In order to investigate the safety of the use of EST, it is needed to assess the effect of long duration of application of EST (LD-EST) on tissue damage during wound healing process. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of long duration of application of EST on tissue damage during wound healing process. Method : The wound was created in the back side of the rat. The rats were divided into two groups, long duration application of EST group (LD-EST group) and control group. The wound bed appearance, necrotic tissue, inflammation, collagen desposition, were compared between two groups. Result : On day 8 to 9, wound size was significantly bigger in the LD-EST group compared with control group. The size of the necrotic tissue was larger in the LD-EST group compared with control group. The intensity of the inflammation was also significantly higher in the the LD-EST group compared with control group. Reepithelialization was longer in the control group than in the LD-EST group. Conclusion: Long duration of application of EST will cause more tissue necrotic, and higher inflammation to the wound tissue. In addition, the long duration of application of EST also cause longer time of reepithelialization. Therefore, it is not recommended to apply EST for long duration to avoid the tissue damage.

Abstract
Toilet training anticipatory guidance (BATT) is an attempt by nurses to parents so that toddlers perform their urinary functions optimally. Toilet training should be done when parents and toddlers are ready, namely the age of 18-48 months, if not done the child will experience enuresis (bedwetting) which will cause health problems and other developmental disorders. This study aims to determine the effect of BATT on knowledge, maternal attitudes and the incidence of enuresis in infants. The study was conducted for two months in the working area of community health center in Bandar Lampung city. Quasi-experimental research design with two groups, they are pre-test and post-test design. The study population is all toddlers in the working area of community health center in Bandar Lampung city. The sample size was calculated by an unpaired numerical analytical study, namely 30 toddlers case groups and 30 toddlers control groups. Samples were selected using Consecutive sampling techniques with inclusion criteria of cooperative mothers, biological children, not suffering from urinary tract infections, impaired kidney function, diabetes mellitus, spinal disorders: Spina bifida, suitable growth and development, no psychological disorders, such as: depression, regression, sibling rivalry; and do not consume diuretic drugs. Interventions in the form of BATT for mothers with BATT modules and toilet training exercises as well as case follow-up for toddlers. Data collection by questionnaire and observation sheet. Univariate data analysis with mean and deviation (SD) deviation; bivariate analysis with the Wilcoxon test and McNemar test. The results of the study showed a significant difference in the mean knowledge of mothers before and after BATT (p value=0.00); there was a significant difference in the incidence of enuresis in the case and control groups (p value=0.00).

Abstract
Background: Shift in demographic structure in Indonesia has raised concern over number of issues, including change in family structure. Objectives: The purpose of this study is to examine adult children-s choice of future living arrangement for elderly parent and its associated factors. Methods: A cross sectional study was conducted among 300 young adults in Central Java, Indonesia. A self-administered questionnaire was used to examine the choice of future living arrangement for parents and characteristics of adult children, parents and families. Descriptive statistics and Fisher exact test were used to analyze the data. Results: Majority of respondents (97.3%) wanted parents to live at home with children and/or grandchildren (82.3%). Only 2.7% respondents saw nursing home as a choice. Even though majority of respondent agreed that decision regarding living arrangement should be made together (80.7%), none of adult children, parents, and families characteristics was found to influence the decision. Conclusions: Living in multi-generational household still became a favorable option of living arrangement for elderly parents. Living in nursing home seems not yet considered to be an alternative for elderly care. Further researches are needed to investigate other factors possibly influencing the choice of elderly living arrangement.
