A Deep Learning Scheme for Hand Motion Classification Based on Electromyography Signal from Transradial Amputee

Abstract
Improving accuracy in the hand motion classification plays an essential role in the development of the prosthetics hand. Electromyography (EMG) signal has been used widely to control the prosthetics hand for amputee person. However, in the development of the prosthetics hand for amputee using EMG signal, generally, shows low accuracy in the hand motion classification. Therefore, the objective of this study is to evaluate hyper-parameters in the deep learning algorithm to obtain a high accuracy in the hand motion classifier based on EMG signal. Ten channels of EMG signal from amputee was extracted using root mean square (RMS) to reduce the complexity of the EMG characteristics. The EMG signal from amputee was obtained from ninapro dataset. A deep learning algorithm with a convolution neural network method was applied to classify 18 hand motion from transradial amputee person. The value of the hyper-parameters of the deep learning was investigated, in order, to obtain the best accuracy of the deep learning classifier. After the evaluation, we found that the accuracy improved significantly than conventional classifier machine learning. The highest mean accuracy is 89.6% for 18 class. In order to obtain a high accuracy in the hand motion classification, this study suggested to use, this proposed method in the development of the prosthetics hand

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify the development of renewable energy technologies in the world, especially Indonesia for the future. The method used in this study is a descriptive method, namely by presenting a complete picture of the situation associated with seeing the developments that have been applied. The result of this study is to find out the extent of developments in the clean energy and renewable energy sectors, as well as the importance of the environment and natural balance in aspects. This research was conducted by discussing the development of technology that is applied as a producer of clean energy that does not have a bad impact on the surrounding environment.

Abstract
The writing of this paper aims to explain the benefits of social media to improve the sales of product, expand market targets, and share information faster. This research uses a descriptive method, to present a complete picture of some situations of the variables under study. The results of this study are to find out how much social media is used to increase products sales, and to attract consumers to be interested in the products sold. Getting more consumers from social media can increase product sales, so it can be said that social media has helped turn passive buyers into loyal and active customers.

Abstract
This paper proposes the method of Channel Resources Allocation of wireless Multi-Service Packet Switch CDMA based. As have been known CDMA cell has a fluctuated capacity mainly due to its varying co-channel interference. The simulation is performed to shows the characteristic for Multi-Service Packet Switch traffic such combine CBR, VBR, and ABR users is applied on CDMA system. The idea is to deliver the traffics when capacity increase from assigned minimum value, by implementing Proposed Token Sub-Queue and Multi-Service Traffic Channel Resources Algorithm. In the first time, this method is aim for non-real time traffic such ABR traffic, but the simulation shows that it can be applied further to the real-time connection by prioritizing delaying the drop calls of certain agreed QoS values to re-seize into services. The simulation of proposed method shows better CDMA channel or bandwidth utilization, and suppresses drop call probability for real-time traffic.

Abstract
Computer network security is needed in line with the increasing number of interconnected networks. At present the attacks on computer networks continue to increase, so an efficient network intrusion detection mechanism is needed. Data mining methods over the past few years have been very popular for use in detecting network intrusion. In this paper, we propose reduce the dimensions of the datasets in the preprocessing step by using different state-of-the-art dimension reduction techniques, Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Information Gain (IG). Particle swarm optimization (PSO) and Genetic Algorithm (GA), both used to find more appropriate set of attributes for classifying intrusion, and k-Nearest Neighbors (k-NN) algorithm is used as a classifier. The results of the experiments we conducted used the KDD99Cup dataset standard, showing a comparative level of accuracy from the use of dimension reduction and classification optimization. The use of reducing the IG dimension in the KDD99Cup dataset with k-NN based PSO optimization can be better at detecting intrusion than other methods.

Abstract
The development of public transportation, especially for large urban areas, is mandatory where the need for time efficiency and integrated mass transportation to provide optimal services to customers. Trains in Indonesia generally use traditional signaling systems while currently several countries have developed the use of communication-based train control (CBTC). This system is an automatic rail control system using two-way communication between the train and the control station to ensure safe railroad operation, improve comfort and utilize the railroad network infrastructure. Communication-based train control (CBTC) is a modern technology using moving blocks replacing traditional signaling systems that use interlocking, track circuits and signals. CBTC generally uses WLAN communication based on IEEE 802.11 local area network. The use of WLAN is more effective for large scale systems compared to the use of CBTC ground track signaling. The use of WLAN has problems with interference from other devices that work on the same frequency that is 2.4 GHz such as Bluetooth, Mobile devices and others. This interference will affect the communication between the train and the control station. These constraints can be overcome by using Message Queue Telemetry Transprort where in the MQTT there is a rebility feature of Quality of Service messages that ensures messages are received by subscribers. This study analyzes the use of the MQTT protocol for communication between trains and control stations with a low message loss rate.

Abstract
This study aims to (1) learn how to design the control system of an electronic device using voice identification-based smartphones (2) generating electronic device control system and (3) optimize the smartphone functions as a mobile phone than as a means of communication. The method used using the technique of direct observation by observing the success of the software AMR voice in identifying sound. In this design process smartphone as a sound receiver module, arduino as a controller, bluetooth module as the sender and recipient of the data, and the relay as a contact breaker and connecting the electric current, as the output of LCD used to display information on whether the results of voice identification is correct or incorrect. of research tools electronic control device can control electronic devices such as fans, lamps and others depending on what is to be controlled. From the test results it can be concluded that the system control electronic devices by using voice identification-based smartphone that has been designed is divided into several parts, namely the bluetooth module HC-05, arduino uno, relays and software AMR voice as a controller that has been tested to work and function properly.

Abstract
Text mining and Natural Language Processing (NLP) are domains for sequence problems. This problem has been solved by Deep learning in many studies in recent years. Convolution Neural Network(CNN) is a method in deep learning, that is able to prove the ability to solve problems. In this article, we had review studies that use CNN to solve cases in text mining or NLP. The objective of this study is to get an overview of the improvements applied in a number of studies and problems that have not been resolved. We have surveyed more than 30 scientific articles obtained from scientific article portals such as Science Direct, IEEE explore, Arxiv, and Google Scholar. Furthermore, the abstracts of each article were collected to get an overview of the research. Based on this abstract, we obtain similarities and differences based on the problem solved, the preprocessing method for data input, and the approach taken to achieve the goal. The results show that some problems have not been resolved by CNN in the text mining domain and NLP. This happens because CNN is used to solve problems in each case such as sentiment analysis, classification of documents or NLP cases such as entities and their relationships, or semantic representation. CNN that is proficient in image classification has proven its ability to process text. Appropriate data representations and methods have brought that success. However, a number of studies only convey the results they are working on. No one has specifically discussed high computing problems on CNN with consistent and measurable parameters. Thus there are still many studies that use CNN for mining text and NLP are still open to completion

Abstract
Abstract. This paper describes the design of an instrument that aims to help blind people in learning the letters hijaiyah. Reading hijaiyah letters should be an easy thing to learn, that is enough to learn to a teacher, then we see the letters to be studied and the teacher will give an example of how to read then we follow it. Unfortunately this is only limited to people who have normal vision. For people with visual impairments, of course there will be difficulties in learning hijaiyah letters. Therefore an independent system is needed that can teach hijaiyah letters to blind people. This instrument can be used independently by blind people because it provides special braille buttons to represent hijaiyah letters. There are two modes provided in this learning tool, namely tutorial mode and practice mode. For tutorial mode, if visually impaired presses the braille button on one of the hijaiyah letters, the letter will come out pronunciation. As for the practice mode, if the blind are reciting the hijaiyah letters the tool will give a sound response to the user whether the pronunciation of the letters is correct or incorrect in pronunciation. With this instrument, it is expected to help make it easier for blind people to learn the letters hijaiyah.

Abstract
The main objective of this research is to design a cargo vehicle monitoring system. The method used to limit the path is geofencing. The web application will limit the path to be traversed, so the warning alarm on the server will light up when the vehicle exits the specified paths. The advantage of this design is that the required power is taken from the battery, so there is no need to take power from the car battery. The battery will be charged by using a solar cell. On the hardware side, Arduino UNO is used as the main processor. Arduino will receive data from the GPS module then sent it to the server via the GSM GPRS module. On the software side, the data that has been received will be saved to the database, parsed, compared to the specified line limit and will be displayed on the web application. The results of this study are a model tool for monitoring cargo vehicles with the limitation of lanes and renewable resources. With this model, it is expected that it can help the entrepreneurs of goods delivery services to monitor their vehicle

Abstract
The objective of this research was to make it easy to calculate the score on shooting drills, to help replace operators, to help evaluate the athlete-s performance in shooting practice, and to avoid cheating in shooting calculations. At this time in doing the calculations score on practice shooting still use score calculation manually. In addition to requiring time and effort is wasted so in the shoot practice and needed a long time when the calculation of shot scores. Image processing method used is the edge detection method, include image restoration, image enhancement, data compaction, image analysis, and image reconstruction. By using some method on image processing to detect and assess on the target into helping operators in the field. Image segmentation using multiple functions in MatLab can avoid the shadow effects on image. On these systems, the image itself is limited in the form of a circular firing target thickness 0.1 mm circles line up to 0.22 mm and the diameter of 154 mm. His own bullet-sized diameter 4.5 mm. Percentage error rates on application own 4 % and the percentage accuracy detection 98.01% for 100 data. It can be concluded that this tool is capable of reading the image of a bullet trace in the form of a circle, and to reduce the impact of shadows on the image of the bullet.

Abstract
The process of fingerprint identification in the form of a binary image can be performed with a variety of algorithms to matching fingerprint process. This paper contribution is to compare and analyze Bozorth and Boyer-Moore algorithms. The comparison is performed by Matlab simulation. The simulation results Boyer-Moore algorithm has faster identification process, while Bozort algorithm has advantage for identification of effect rotated or space translated fingerprints.

Abstract

Abstract
The purpose of the Automatic Portal design is to overcome the problems of the Portal Guard Officers who are not likely to be in the Guard Post for 24 hours nonstop, so the need to build a system that can handle the Automated Portal when the Officer is not in the place or occupant without RFID or number access Missed Call calls to open Automatic Portal. This system is built using RFID which is used when going into the complex area. Missed Call calls are used when the Complex Occupant forgets not to bring RFID to be able to open the Automatic Portal. Metal Detector functions to detect metals / vehicles (motorbikes / cars) that are used when entering the Automatic Portal. Thus RFID and Missed Call calls will function if the Metal Detector detects the presence of a motorized vehicle that will cross the Automatic Portal.

Abstract
A strong signal tracking system for long distance communication is needed to keep communication sustainable. Changes in signal amplification are one of the problems that arise with changes in the distance so that the need for signal stability must be achieved. The model of tracking signal strength by receiving antennas using automatic system is one way to minimize attenuation of signal received through automatic antenna movement techniques based on information data on the position of the azimuth and elevation angle between the transmiter and the receiver antennas. The method used in this research is field observation and design system with position of satellites as target objects tracking of the signal strength to designed device which located as a receiving antenna and tracker device. Analysis and measurements results showed that all satellite targets tracked resulting in a minimum angle of azimuth and elevation have percentage errors 0.75% and 1.75% when detecting NSS6 while the maximum errors were 6.91% and 2.36% when detecting Palapa D with a tolerance of directing angle to satellite < 20 according to ITU-R recommendations.

Abstract
In this paper, we present the results of our research on SQL (Structured Query Language) Translator in Indonesian which aims to measure how accurate the designed system in understanding query sentences in Indonesian into SQL query languages. The methods used include pre-processing sentences, stemming, identifying keywords, until the final evaluation of sentences. We prepared 18 sentences divided into several categories as test data. The test results show that the system successfully evaluates all sentences with a total accuracy of 72.22% to 83.87%. Accuracy values were obtained by comparing similarities between system generated queries and key answers query. In general, the system has been able to translate most of the Indonesian sentences into SQL queries.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to explain the influence and advantages of artificial intelligence in the automotive industry. This research uses descriptive research method where data is obtained from existing facts. In this 4.0 industrial era Artificial Intelligence (AI) has developed and is able to give the computer the ability to predict results based on input data, this is called "Deep Learning" where this technology allows computers to make their own decisions to be executed by other components quickly. This technology combines algorithms with artificial neural networks that allow computers to understand complex and abstract concepts. The incorporation of technology components in the industrial era 4.0 can produce an autonomous car that can navigate the highway with a decided scenario. Artificial Intelligence has been applied to Driverless Cars today with application of crash-avoidance systems and intelligent parking assistance.. The results of the research were obtained because the increase of human needs in the era of technology industry 4.0, so some companies developed driverless cars technology.

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to find out the effects of many websites that provide online web programming training. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that e-Learning effects in Web programming learning methods are easier and more enjoyable. Because Indonesia currently has many websites that provide web programming learning materials, by looking for what programming language you want to learn, it will show a lot of material.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify the extent of the development of local businesses in the field of clothing and identify the development of e-commerce technology in the online business world, especially in Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive method, to collect detailed data. The results of this study are that the development of local businesses in the clothing sector has increased slightly because there are already many local brands. The conclusion is that companies are in dire need of e-commerce in developing their business, can improve marketing performance within the company and make transactions easier. Therefore, the name of e-commerce is needed to help the development of the company.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out how students interest in entrepreneurship, especially about what factors influence student interest, as well as the obstacles that will be faced when running a business, and the types of business that students are interested in entrepreneurship. Seeing that unemployment is increasing, its time for the interest in entrepreneurship in Indonesia to be improved. One way to develop interest in entrepreneurship can be started from college. The interest of students to become an entrepreneur must have been invested since the beginning of their lectures. The accepted curriculum should be arranged in such a way that it can produce graduates who can later run a business.The method used in writing this paper is a qualitative method whose data comes from the authors experience, the results of discussions with experienced people and various literature. The results of the writing of this scientific work are to find out what factors motivate students to want entrepreneurship, as well as the constraints, and what types of business are most desirable so that the results of this study can be applied to students who want to be entrepreneurs.

Abstract
ABSTRACT Pandeglang is one of the areas that has a vast area of land and also one of the disadvantaged areas in Banten province compared to Serang cities and districts and the city of South Tangerang. There is a dam called the Cikupa Dam, this is very useful for irrigation in Pandeglang rice fields. At present, the irrigation conditions are not enough and there are negligence officers in the rainy season such as forgetting to close the door of the dam. This results in flooding of the rice field and the possibility of crop failure. Therefore, a water level measurement tool is needed by using an ultrasonic sensor with Sugeno Fuzzy logic method. With the sugeno logic the accuracy of water level measurements can be measured, through this approach it is expected to be able to make decisions for measuring water levels as the scope of research writing. The results obtained in this study are accurate water level measurement models with the study of ultrasonic sensors with the fuzzy sugeno method, so that the dam guards get a warning sound to close the door of the dam.

Abstract
Fingerprint sensors can be implemented for various purposes such as resident identity cards, door lockers, attendent machine, smartphone locks, biometric identification and forensics. In this paper, GT-511C3 fingerprint sensor recognition performance are evaluated using different orientation. The GT-511C3 is embbeded fingerprint sensor which has an increased memory capacity up to 200 different fingerprints. The module is small and easy to mount using two mounting tabs on the side of the sensor and have False Acceptance Rate (FAR) < 0.001% and False Rejection Rate (FRR) < 0.1%. The result recognition performance of all orientation using the SmackFinger 3.0 algorithm are summarized in the paper. These results can later be used as recommendations for the best implementation of sensor module GT-511C3.

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to provide information about the prediction of student interest in the laptop specifications through the application of data mining using the c4.5 algorithm. The method used in this research is a survey method by conducting interview. This research was conducted by conducting interviews with several students. The results of this research was a decision tree that describes the laptop specifications that is most in demand by students, so students who want to have a laptop can easily determine laptop specifications based on the number of enthusiasts on certain laptop specifications. The technique used in the application of data mining in this research is a classification technique. The conclusion in this research is that by implementing data mining, students didn-t need to look for various sources to find laptop specifications that are needed by students in meeting their college needs in long time.

Abstract
This research discusses the brain wave system can move a prosthetic arm moving based on brain wave activity. The sensor used to detect EEG brain wave activity is using the mobile mindwave sensor. Movement and brain wave signal detection process is performed in the application program LabVIEW. Plan these robots can perform movement based on brain wave activity, utilizing the flicker and attention. This process must be carried out to control the prosthetic arm. Where there are 2 modes, the first mode for selection of movements with the blink of an eye, and the second mode of attention to move the prosthetic arm. Prosthetic arm can perform movements designed ektension, flexion, supination or pronation and elevation or depression. Prosthetic arm can perform movements based on the command of the subject by utilizing brainwave activity. With a speed response time of 9.54 seconds to do all movements. Besides this excess prosthetic arm, can hold objects with a diameter of 2.2 cm to 6 cm. With the average percentage of success of the 6 experiments conducted at 86.67%. With the results of the breakdown of 80% success percentage for flexion, extension, pronation and elevation movements. And the percentage of success is 100% for movement of supination and depression.

Real-Time 2D Mapping and Localization Algorithms for Mobile Robot Applications

Abstract
The self-localization of mobile robots in unknown environments is one of the most fundamental problems in robotics navigation. This is a complex problem because of the strict requirements on mobile robots, especially regarding to algorithm accuracy, robustness and computational efficiency. The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate a real time 2D mapping and localization approach for robotic application based on Extended Kalman Filter (EKF), Particle Filter and Iterative Closest Point (ICP). The loop closure method is added and shows satisfactory 2D mapping and localization results. We test our approach on large building simulations with large odometry positioning errors. A two-wheel differential drive mobile robot equipped with a 0.02 m resolution Laser Range Finder is used for testing. Simulation results show that accurate maps of large, cyclic environments can be generated even if there are no odometric data. Real time mapping can reach a resolution of 5 cm. This work can help in developing real-time mapping for robotic applications that process 2D cloud points in real time.

Abstract
In this paper the author will try to review whether the development process of a video game relates to its quality. The worldwide video game industry had its ups and downs from their beginning in the 1950s until the present, with many video games released to success, but there are many which fails. To find the relationship between the development process of a video game and its quality, the author tries to study the development of 20 video games from a multitude of genres by AAA developers and publishers in the last 10 years and comparing their respective critical reception and sales. This paper tries to answer the question on whether a video game will be successful or failed in the commercial market based on its development process, marketing and life cycle. From the recent trends, the result is most likely inconclusive or varied depending on the video game in question. The author expects that this paper will give an insight about the development of video games to the readers and act as a basis to decide whether a video game can be considered a success or a failure in the market.

Abstract
This study aims to optimize the RVM algorithm in automatic text summarization. This research began by studying various studies on automatic text summarization to find out what features are commonly used in the automatic text summarization process. Each feature value will be calculated as a correlation with the target. The composition of features is determined by the correlation value obtained, the greater the correlation value between features and targets, the feature will take precedence. The results in this study were obtained by using 4 or 6 features obtained the highest accuracy, which is 55.84%. This result is better than previous research. The conclusion of this study, accuracy can be improved by using the feature, where each feature is calculated correlation with the target.
