Abstract
Asteraceae is one of the cosmopolitan flowering plants spread in various regions, including Indonesia. Tridax procumbens, Eclipta prostrata, Eleutheranthera ruderalis, and Synedrella nodiflora are commonly found at Universitas Indonesia Campus, Depok. The research was conducted to describe the development stages of flowers and fruit forms from the four species of the Heliantheae tribe. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique at several locations at Universitas Indonesia Campus, Depok. All stages of flower buds start from the smallest (± 2 mm) until the dry up fruit stages are collected and observed using the Dinolite device and the Dino capture 2.0 application. The results showed that there were variations in the number of stages of inflorescence-fruit development in the four species observed, with a range 8-16 stages and the largest size in the range of 4-9 mm. The flowering stage divided into four groups, namely pre-anthesis, beginning of anthesis, anthesis, and senescence. In the pre-anthesis stage, the inflorescence is still in the bud form and green; at the beginning of anthesis, the buds begin to open, and the corolla begins to appear; the anthesis stage is marked with a fully open corolla; while the senescence stage is characterized by a change in the corolla into brown and dry out. The four species observed have achene (cypsela) fruit with sizes ranging from 3-4 mm. The fruits can be divided into two groups, with and without a distribution accessory. Seed distribution accessories are winged peripheral, lanceolate shaped central, capillary bristle, and reduced pappus.

Abstract
Hibiscus rosa-sinensis is a plant that has flowers with many variations in size, petal shape, petal colors, and chromosome number. Chromosome number and morphology information is the key to study its flower morphology and physiology. Chromosome Image Analyzing System IV (CHIAS IV) is software that used for mapping and identifying chromosome automatically. This report presents the results of chromosomes analysis using CHIAS IV from four H. rosa-sinensis flower variations (single small red, single small pale red, single big red, and double red). Chromosome number and condensation patterns of individual chromosomes analysis suggested that these flower variations of H. rosa-sinensis exhibited polyploidy, with the smallest number found in single small pale red and the biggest number in single big red flower. CHIAS IV software is an effective tool to analyze chromosome images, especially to predict chromosome number, chromosome type, relative length, and condensation patterns of individual chromosome.

Abstract
Recently, awareness on application of renewable fuel leads to creation of biofuels . One of them is biodiesel that can be made by transesterification of vegetable oil. In order to prevent conflict of interest, vegetable oil was replaced by waste frying oil. Transesterification produces two materials, biodiesel as main product and glycerol as by product. By this method, glycerol produced was dark and viscous therefore cannot be used for foods nor cosmetics additive. Nevertheless, with its high amount of energy, glycerol ca be used as biofuel. Glycerol was mixed with methanol up to 10% by volume and applied on external combustion engine. The results show that by providing excess of air, glycerol produces acceptable flame for boiler burner

Abstract
Gene encoding α-amylase from amylolytic bacteria HS32 associated with green algae has been isolated and cloned into E.coli DH5α. Amylase gene was amplified using Ami-F and Ami-R primers resulting in 1.6 kb length. The PCR product was cloned into zero blunt TOPO cloning vector, followed by transformation to E.coli DH5α competent cell. The selection of positive transformants were performed using Kanamycin selection medium. Analysis of positive transformed cells by colony PCR method using primer Ami-F and Ami-R produced 1.6 kb and using M13 universal primers produced 1.8 kb length. Restriction analysis of plasmid transformants by using restriction enzymes NotI and BamHI produced two bands, they were 3.5 kb (cloning vector) and 1.6 kb (insert gene). The BLAST sequence indicated that Bacillus sp. HS32 had 96% similarity with amylase gene of Bacillus cereus NC7401. This result open the possibility to characterize the properties of this α-amylase. Further research in genetic engineering for amylase production in E.coli expression vector need to be done.

Abstract
There are only 29.66% of Indonesia population who really understand and know about financial products and services. From this number, those who truly understand the capital market are only 4.4% and those who invest in the new capital market are around 0.4%. That number is very low if we compare to neighboring countries, for example in Malaysia, the population participating invested in capital market has reached 3.8 million or 12.8%. While in Singapore 1.5 million or 30% of the population has invested in stock market and in China 100.4 million or 13.7% of the population has invested in the stock market. There are only small number of people who invested in the Indonesia stock Exchange, it means there is a big potential to increase the number of investors in IDX. All parties, not only governments and IDX must conribute to encourage people to invest in the capital market. Therefore, the community needs to be given knowledge about what types of investments can be chosen, especially those on the IDX, how to invest, how to assess the performance of the investment, and the risks that may arise.

Abstract
The results of a survey that has been released by UNESCO in 2017, Indonesia occupies the 60th position from 61 countries in terms of reading interest. These results are in line with the results of the preliminary survey that has been conducted by a community dedication team within the District of South Meruya. The results of the preliminary survey show that the reading interest in this area has been very low as having been indicated by the number of the books that the people in South Meruya have read. Such low reading interest might bring about negative impact whereas in the digital era information might be accessed easily from numerous media including the social one. As a result, information that have been retrieved might not be filtered and thus the information might be skewed; in turn, misreading on the information might lead to provocation and even chaos. Therefore, a community service in the domain of reading activities within the District of Meruya Selatan is held in order to forge the literacy within the area. With regards to the objective, through the study the researchers would like to design a reading corner with the objective of providing access to the interesting yet useful reading materials for the community. By doing so, it is expected the reading interest and the knowledge of the community in the District of South Meruya might be improved so that a community with high-quality life might be created.

The non-profit organizations, especially the ones under the government authority, have strict layout of media design and such design definitely draws less attention for the viewers; whereas, the presence of such media as a support tool is significantly important. Through the interesting display of media design, the information that has been delivered will be understood well by the viewers. In other words, the presence of media with insufficient design will be useless. This situation has been experienced by UILS (Unit Informasi Layanan Sosial, Unit of Social Service Information) Meruya; this unit has produced numerous information media in the form of brochures and social media but the information that has been put in these media are still low. This situation is in contradiction to the number of activities that the unit has performed and one of these activities is creating artworks that has sale value. In relation to this finding, the Faculty of Design and Creative Art and the Unit of Community Service from Mercu Buana University has conducted Community Service Program in February 14th – 15th, 2019 in the form of productive activities for UILS Meruya. The Community Service Program, that has been provided in the form of web design and management training, has earned good appreciation from UILS Meruya. Now, through the website, UILS Meruya does not only access information from the Internet but also promote the artworks by psychotic patients through the Internet.

Abstract
The phenomenon of urban areas in Indonesia today tends to experience a typical problem, namely the high rate of population growth mainly due to the flow of urbanization so that the management of urban space becomes heavier. The high number of urban population that continues to increase from time to time has implications for the high pressure on the use of urban space, so that the spatial planning of urban areas needs special attention, especially those related to the provision of residential areas, public and social facilities and spaces open public in urban areas. In general, public open spaces in urban areas consist of green open spaces and non-green open spaces. Urban Green Open Space is part of open spaces of an urban area filled with plants, plants and vegetation (endemic and introduced) to support ecological, socio-cultural and architectural benefits that can provide economic benefits (welfare) for the community. Communities in urban areas are heterogeneous with heterogeneous educational backgrounds as well as environmental conditions in the RT. 05 RW. 04 Tugu Selatan Village, Koja Subdistrict, North Jakarta, where the condition of the land is narrow at each residents house, so the provision of reforestation is not a top priority for them. RT community problems. 05 RW. 04 Tugu Selatan Village, Koja Subdistrict, North Jakarta at the moment is the lack of public knowledge about the concept of environmentally friendly settlements, which can be realized by providing reforestation on narrow land with vertical gardens. The facilitation and utilization of vertical gardens as greening on narrow land in Jakarta is carried out with the aim of increasing peoples understanding of the concept of environmentally friendly settlements through the application of vertical gardens as a form of greening on narrow land and assisting the community in applying vertical gardens on narrow land. With the application of the concept of Tri Daya in the activities of Assistance and Utilization of Vertical Garden as Greening on Narrow Land in Jakarta, the implementation of community service activities through the licensing stage to the local RW and RT for the implementation of community service activities, survey of target community locations to obtain community service data to the community, coordinating with the local RT and RW to organize this training activity, training in the use of vertical gardens for greening, preparation of community service activities at Budi Luhur University, vertical garden utilization workshops for greening and monitoring the results of making vertical gardens in target communities. As a result of this activity, the community has better understood the reforestation that can be carried out in a narrow area, the community can apply the creation of a vertical garden using simple tools and materials. So that the target people can easily practice themselves in their homes.

In Indonesia, this business is considered as an effective way to reduce poverty. From the statistics and research carried out, SMEs represent the largest number of business groups. SMEs are the largest group of economic actors in the Indonesian economy and are proven to be the safety valve of the national economy in times of crisis, as well as being a dynamic economic growth after the economic crisis. In addition to being the business sector with the largest contribution to national development, SMEs also create considerable employment opportunities for domestic workers, which greatly helps efforts to reduce unemployment. The development of information and communication technology has an impact on behavioral changes, especially consumer spending patterns, where people prefer to trade online rather than conventionally. This training is intended to improve the ability of participants in making branding strategies through online media. The invited participants were 35 people. The approach method offered to solve the problem of the target audience is the owner of a craft and food business, housewives in the Kembangan Selatan village. The results of the training evaluation revealed that participants stated that training was very useful to improve understanding regarding the effectiveness of using media online on bussiness.

Abstract
According to data from the Ministry of Manpower (Menaker) in 201 8 the number of entrepreneurs who grew in Indonesia rose 3.4% from the previous year of 3.1%. This growth exceeds International Standards of 2%. This growth rate is still very small for other ASEAN neighboring countries such as Malaysia which has grown 5%, Thailand has grown 4% and Singapore has grown to 7%. Chinese entrepreneurship growth has reached 10% and Japan has reached 11%. By looking at the comparison of the growth achievements of other countries , Indonesia is expected to become more competitive. To be able to achieve an increase in entrepreneurial growth, the government must work together with major companies to provide education and training entrepreneurship. Community empowerment by conducting entrepreneurship training and development aimed at Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Youth Youth Organization . In addition, there is also a need for training on how to get access to funding in creating a new company. As is known, one of the obstacles in creating new entrepreneurs is funding. . Entrepreneurs are considered to have a special role in innovation and bringing social change, traditionally from a macroeconomic perspective (Bosma et al, 2012).

Abstract
This is a community service related to the development of economic society through socialization on one of the three main pillars and principle in the economics and financial problems. Nowadays, people in the world have begun to care about the dangers of three pillars and its impact on the economy. They are interest, fiat money and fractional reserve requirement in the banking system. Ironically, there are still many ordinary people do not understand the general rules of the fractional reserve requirement in the banking system. In returning the economic and monetary to riba-free system, it is necessary to learn deeply about this subject. For this reason, there is a need for socialization to the wider community to increase good understanding of the three pillars, especially about the fractional reserve requirement in the banking system. This community service is expected to the community get finance literacy well and certainly can be considered in family financial planning.

Abstract
In vegetable production, farmers face many obstacles, such as the problems related to seeds, pest and disease control, commodity prices, and marketing of produces. There is almost no useful information and technology easily accessible to improve the situation. With the better penetration of the Internet to the villages and the wide availability of inexpensive mobile devices, mobile learning provides a good solution. This study is aimed to create a mobile learning framework that provides information and interactive communication about vegetable production needed by farmers. The method used was Science Research Design Methodology (DSRM) with a framework approach to instructional design of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Usability surveys of the proposed prototype to farmers, extension agents (field technical assistants), and researchers, result in 79.4%, 87.3%, and 87% satisfaction rates, respectively, in information needs fulfillment. Summative test in the aspect of User Acceptance Test of validity and reliability indicated that the prototype could be used by farmers. Based on the assessment by experts, 87.3% of them agreed that the mobile learning framework for vegetable farming could provide learning information about vegetable production.

Abstract
It is predicted that every year, online video traffic will continue increase significantly. This causes before digital video transmitted over the internet, a compression mechanism is required by using specific encoding technique so that it does not overload the senders and receivers traffic. Furthermore, this process is also needed to produce high quality video with low bitrate. At present, the latest video encoding techniques is H.264/AVC and the currently developing video encoding is H.265/HEVC. Therefore, this paper aims to carry out objective assessment by evaluating the encoding performance of the new standard compared to its predecessor H.264/AVC. In addition to produce a comprehensive investigation, we compared several resolutions (1080p, 720p, and 480p) with a combination of CRF (Constant Rate Factor) values and different encoder presets. Then to find out the performance of both techniques we used several test parameters such as encoding duration, compression ratio, bitrate, MSE, and PSNR. The results showed that H.264 was faster in terms of time needed to carried out the encoding process. Furthermore, the quality of the video output produced by H.264 also better, but not significant, only a slight difference with H.265 and it is cannot be seen directly. In addition, the compression ratio and bitrate of H.265 was better than its predecessor with a difference of 38.5% and 52.7%, respectively. Finally, if the user wants to prioritize better quality video output without having to sacrifice a lot of compression time and small file size, then our recommendation is to use H.265 encoding and by selecting an HD resolution configuration (720p) with medium presets and 18 CRF value.
