Abstract
Technology development is currently experiencing a fairly rapid increase, Therefore at the high school in Karawang intends to hold a grade promotion test using the Computer Based Test (CBT). However, in its implementation there are problems one of which is the server load. This is caused by user requests that exceed the servers capabilities. To overcome these problems, we use web server load balancing using haproxy. But the use of web server load balancing, often experience data inconsistencies per server. Therefore, database replication is also used that can guarantee data consistency in web server load balancing. This research uses descriptive approach with PPDIOO network system design method. There are 2 load balancing algorithms compared, namely round robin and least connection. Based on the httperf test results, throughput parameters of the two algorithms obtain the same average value of 99.5 Kb / second. In testing the response time parameter the least connection algorithm is superior at 6.9 ms compared to round robin which has an average value of 7.2 ms, but in testing the CPU Utilization parameter the round robin algorithm is superior at 23.7% compared to the least connection algorithm at 24.3%.

Abstract
Abstract Food security is one of the important concepts of sustainable development which is currently one of the global development vision and mission. Food problems become a consequence for the country (Erwandari, 2017). One sector that is the cornerstone for maintaining food security is the agricultural sector which is the primary sector providing food needs for the Indonesian people who also supports the performance of economic growth. Therefore it is necessary to identify local food commodities with the aim of being able to address and simulate the best strategy to find out local food commodities and maintain their sustainability. Jember is one of the regencies that has an advantage in the agricultural sector, especially for corn. Corn is the second largest commodity after rice in Jember Regency. The purpose of this study is to identify the best strategy for the sustainability of corn commodity food security in Jember with a case study in Arjasa District. The research method used is descriptive analysis using trend analysis, qualitative analysis using Forum Group Discussion (FGD) and AHP method. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that the yield of corn commodity in Arjasa 4,000 tons contributed an average of 9.8% to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of Jember which amounted to 43,000 tons in the last 8 years. In connection with the harvested area of corn commodity each year is quite volatile where this condition is caused by internal factors related to the production process of corn such as planting areas and external factors related to fluctuating corn prices so there is a concern of loss when planting corn. Maize productivity in Arjasa sub-district in the last 8 years on average reached 7.58% higher compared to other districts in Jember. Based on these results collaboration between various parties including farmers, middlemen, government and other parties is needed to strengthen institutions for the creation of food security amid market uncertainty.

Abstract

Abstract
The development of religion brand in Indonesia lately is still quite extensive. Among business products with the religion brand, for example, is sharia hotels. Sharia hotels are an accommodation service that operates and adheres to the guiding principles of Islamic teachings. The application of the concept of halal management to sharia hotels will try to provide solutions to religion brand innovation through the sharia maqasid approach. This needs to be discussed because it is based on a fiqh rule which states that what cannot be done entirely, do not leave part of it so that your muamalah activities still exist without being abandoned by followers. The application of halal management in sharia hotels makes it clear that the sharia business has characteristics. There are two characteristics that can be captured in this approach, namely material characteristics and immaterial characteristics.

Abstract
Integrity and accountable monitoring activities (Hisbah) require quality acceleration of mechanisms. The institutions of the Government must be consistent in carrying out Corruption Prevention and Eradication (PPK) actions. The implementation of integrity and hisbah (IH-Model) requires real data sources in revenue of government in Indonesia. The purpose studies provide the role of the IH-Model in the acceleration of the PPK mechanism in Indonesia. There are two research objectives; First, how to accelerate the IH-Model tool based on the activities of potential primary sources of economic income in a region. Second, whether the role of the IH-Model has been carried out by the government through quality human resources and quality accounting reports. The methodology of these studies using a literature review related to IH-Model. The data used in this study are secondary data, documentation and empirical studies. The literature review shows that the IH-Model has been carried out, but they still need sustainable strategic steps for authorising a professional attitude, trust and integrity. The implications of studies will raise awareness about the importance of the role of IH-Model in all levels of professions in Indonesia. This study also provides an overview of the main factors in improving the integrity and acceleration of the PPK mechanism. The IH-Model concept study in accelerating the KDP mechanism is expected to minimise the causes of corruption in Indonesia.

Abstract
Rural community development is a series of approaches and important activities in developing countries. Wonorejo Trisulo Village Kediri Regency is one of the villages producing pineapple and soursop that contributes to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of the Kediri Regency. Local community development such as women-s self-help group must be able to develop the local commodities and sustain the results. To achieve sustainability among rural communities, an efficient marketing system is a key driver of achieving it. However, at this time the success rate of rural community development projects is limited to the initiation of processing technology. Furthermore, to achieve the conditions of sustainable community development, many communities can not further maintain as well as develop their sustainable development because of the low level of empowerment. The purpose of this paper is to examine marketing-s role in tapping potential in rural areas and suggest how to develop the product-s selling power thus creating a situation that benefits both the producers. This paper attemped to develop a conceptual framework how to reach sustainable development in a community which was strengthened through mentoring a marketing system to achieve empowerment. The framework is constructed through literature surveys and then combined with case samples to produce comprehensive results. This paper concludes that empowering rural communities is the next shape for sustaining their sustainable development.

Abstract
Asteraceae is a family of flowering plants distributed widely in the terrestrial regions. Asteraceae are grouped into several tribes. Species of the Heliantheae tribe including Eclipta prostrata, Eleutheranthera rederalis, Synedrella nodiflora, and Tridax procumbens are the most commonly found at Universitas Indonesia Campus, Depok. The research was conducted to describe the morphology and the density of leaves trichomes as a species identification character and for classification purpose that has taxonomic value within several species of tribe Heliantheae. The digital images of leaves were captured using a Dino-Lite digital microscope device and Dino capture 2.0 application to measure the area of leaves and the number of trichomes. The number of trichomes was calculated using ImageJ software. The light microscope was used to observe the trichome morphology. The results showed that trichomes density in young leaves was higher than in the old leaves. Eclipta prostrata, Eleutheranthera rederalis, and Synedrella nodiflora showed micromorphology of trichome with ornamentation on the surface of the trichome, while Tridax procumbens not. The number of leaves trichomes per unit area were also different between species of Heliantheae tribe. Eclipta prostrata has the lowest number of trichomes density with a range of trichomes from 1.15/mm2 to 6.375/mm2 on the surface of young leaves and old leaves. Synedrella nodiflora has the highest trichomes density with a range of trichomes from 2.68/mm2 to 15.71/mm2. The four members of the Heliantheae tribe have a higher density of leaves trichomes on the lower surface (abaxial) than the upper surface (adaxial) of the leaves.

Abstract
Hibiscus rosa-sinensis L. is a plant that has been cultivated as an ornamental plant, especially in Indonesia. Universitas Indonesia, located in Depok, has 10 variations of H. rosa-sinensis in size, shape, and color of flowers. The flower shape consists of 3 types, namely, single, double, and crested. In this study, We reported the comparison of leaf morphology from several types of H. rosa-sinensis L. Twenty leaves from each variety were used for morphometric measurement, and light intensity data from each location of the plant variety was also collected. There are two locations, Universitas Indonesia (UI) Campus Area and Citayam. The results showed that two crested peach in Citayam exposure by different light intensity has significantly different in leaf surface area but no difference in stomata surface area. Big Single Red and Double Pink located in UI exposure by the same light intensity has the same leaf surface area and stomata surface area. Comparing Small Single Red Citayam and Small Single Red UI exposure by different light intensity has significantly different in leaf surface area and stomata surface area. Two Crested Peach in UI exposure by the same light intensity has significantly different in leaf surface area and has the same stomata surface area. In this case showed that light intensity can influence the variation of leaf morphology of several Hibiscus rosa-sinensis L. flower types, but not all flower types.

Abstract
The development of the financial technology industry occurred very rapidly in Indonesia. The event indicated by the increasing proportion of people who use financial technology and the emergence of innovations in the form of new payment instruments, namely electronic money. Electronic money continues to develop with the development of server-based electronic money. Currently, in Indonesia, brands of electronic money products are emerging. Some brands of electronic money products that have high popularity in Indonesia are Go-Pay, OVO, and LinkAja. Until now, Go-Pay is at the top of the competition. Even though Go-Pay already occupies the top position, Go-Pay must develop and innovate to continue to improve its performance. Useful information is needed as consideration for management to make decisions to do the evaluation. Therefore, the researcher will evaluate to illustrate the condition of the use of Go-Pay by a generation that has a high reliance on technology, namely Generation Z. The purpose of this study is to collect useful information by identifying factors that can influence Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior for the community to use Go-Pay as a payment instrument. This study will describe the condition of the use of Go-Pay by Generation Z based on the variables contained in the UTAUT 2 research model. The UTAUT 2 model was formed on seven independent variables, namely Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Hedonism Motivation, Price Value, and Habit. These variables will be tested against the dependent variable, namely Behavioral Intention, and Use behavior. The results of the test identified that Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Hedonism Motivation, and Habit influenced Behavioral intention. While behavioral intention and habits influence user behavior. Other findings from this study state that of all variables, habit is a variable that has the most significant impact that affects both behavioral intention and use behavior.

Abstract
Asteraceae, also known as the Sunflower Family, is one of the largest and successful flowering plant species beside Orchids and Legume families. This family is often considered taxonomically difficult, mainly because of its vast numbers and cosmopolitan distribution. This family also displays floral diversity in tribes, hence the study was conducted to compare the stages of Asteraceae inflorescences (capitulum) and fruit structures of six species (Blumea lacera, Cyanthillium cinereum, Mikania micrantha, Emilia sonchifolia, Bidens pilosa, and Porophyllum ruderale) that belong to Inuleae, Vernonieae, Eupatoriae, Senecioneae, Coreopsideae, and Tageteae respectively. The inflorescences and fruit were observed using Dinolite devices and Dinocapture 2.0 applications. The results indicate that there are variations in the flower development stage, with a range of stages, 10-19. The flowering stage divided into four, namely pre-anthesis (the inflorescence is still in the bud form and green); beginning of anthesis (the buds start to open, and the corolla begins to appear); anthesis (marked with a fully open corolla); and senescence (characterized by a change in the corolla into brown and dry out). The six species observed have achene (cypsela) fruit with a size range of 3.8 -18.3 mm with distribution accessories. All the five species studied have fruit accessories in the form of pappus, except for Bidens pilosa. The fruit pappus in five species have different sizes in the range of 2.8 – 10.3 mm - the most extended fruit pappus belong to Porophyllum ruderale.

Abstract
Capital market is one of investment facilities that able to improve the economy of a country. The activities occurred in the capital market itself are closely related to several factors that existed from the internal and external factors. One of the external factors meant is the change that occurs at the exchange rate of a country s currency. Meanwhile, in fact in Indonesia in the final quarter of 2018, there was a weakening of Rupiah against US dollar which was declared the worst in the last 20 years. This issue is considered as having the potential to affect the activities that occur in the capital market, since depreciation is one of the macroeconomic factors. This study aimed to find out whether there are capital market reactions due to depreciation events by detecting the differences in Abnormal Returns (AR) and Trading Volume Activity (TVA) at the time of observation. By using the purposive sampling method, it obtained 159 listed companies with relevant specific criteria as the research samples. The research method used is the event study with 10 days observation window. This research is a quantitative study using secondary data obtained from the companys annual report and historical stock price data. In processing the quantitative data, this study used the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. In the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that this study has succeeded in showing the Indonesia capital market has reacted significantly due to depreciation events. This is proved by the significant difference in Abnormal Return (AR) and Trading Volume Activity (TVA) in almost all registered companies in Indonesia. However, this depreciation event does not have a significant effect on the listed companies that tend to do the export activities only in the main activities of companies and subsidiaries. Based on the findings that have been obtained, the researchers suggest for investor to be more proactive in finding out and understanding information related to depreciation events, in order to determine investment decisions due to the character of the Indonesia capital market which reacts significantly towards this event.

Abstract
Siwalan is palm type plants, which one of the prime agricultural commodities in Tuban Regency. Siwalan production has increased from year to year. Abundant production provides great potential for siwalan farmers and groups of siwalan processed enterprises into other processed products. Legen drinks and siwalan fruit are products that become typical souvenirs of Tuban and are favored by local tourists. However, problems related to product hygiene and low storage are a challenge for the siwalan palmers. So far, technological innovation has not touched on the processing of legen or siwalan fruit, so that the development of its marketing is very limited and it has not been able to broader the welfare of society. The purpose of this activity is to examine the relationship between aspects of attitude towards food security with aspects of business performance and the importance on strengthening GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). The results of the activities show that there is no significant relationship between aspects of attitude towards food safety with aspects of business performance. This is consistent with the findings found that most of the craftsmen ignore the aspect of food safety especially in the legen beverage production process. Some producer also add food additives and carry out further processing to extend the shelflife of legen. This has an impact on the taste of legen and also in terms of food security. Therefore, socialization and training related to GMP is a key factor for improving business performance and achieving sustainable development.
