National industries already have policies that are able to strengthen industrial competitiveness, especially small and medium businesses. Business activities in the form of manufacturing Small Industries are the backbone of the real economy that encourages the welfare of the community because the numbers are very large and spread in various regions. because it is generally close to residential and business centers. National policies that can encourage competitiveness, for example, are carried out in the form of soft loans, training, incentives, tax breaks, business assistance, ease of regulation and various forms of support. But it must be understood that what is no less important is how the small manufacturing industry itself can make competitive steps both in capturing markets and in the efficient form of work operations within its organization. The 5S method (Seiri, Seiton, Seisō, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke) was first introduced in Japan as a determination to conduct sorting (Seiri), structuring (Seiton), cleansing (Seisō), maintaining steady conditions (Seiketsu), and self-awareness of the habits needed to carry out work well (Shitsuke). The implementation of community service activities in the form of socialization and training on the application of 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seisō, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke) to improve the quality of the work environment in the service industry is packaged in the form of simple, easy to understand concepts planned for three months.

Abstract
Background: Dental caries is a disease that is produced by the dissolution of local chemical surfacesof the teeth caused by product of microbial fermentation from dietary carbohydrates in the biofilmthat attached to the teeth. Streptococcus mutans as the primary microbial pathogen in the aetiology ofcaries. They have a characteristic ability to produce voluminous amounts of sticky, extracellularpolysaccharides in the presence of dietary carbohydrates, thus, help tenacious binding of theorganism to enamel. Caries can be prevented by regular tooth brushing and flossing as mechanicalplaque removal for cleaning the tooth. However, for many individuals, it difficult to eliminateStreptococcus mutans from the surfaces of the tooth by mechanical means alone over prolongedperiods. Consequently, for effective caries control, these methods should be combined with theantimicrobial agent such as mouthwash whould have a direct inhibitory effect on the microorganismthat can be bactericidal or bacteriostatic. However, they have several undesirable side effectsreported from clinical studies, including tooth staining, increased supragingival calculus formation, reversible desquamation of the oral tissue, burning sensation, bitter taste and altered tastesensations. The use of medicinal plants is highly considered, because of side effects of chemicalsubstances. Recently, Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni leaves extracts as herbal mouthwashes are beingtried and have been scientifically proven from several studies to be safe and effective to protectionagainst dental caries because of its inhibitory effect or antimicrobial property against Streptococcusmutans. Purposes: The main aim of this literature review article is to explain the potenciallyantimicrobial herbal mouthwashes from Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni leaves extracts towardscariogenic bacterial Streptococcus mutans. Conclusions: Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni leaves extractsas herbal mouthwashes can be strongly recommended as a caries preventing agent.

The basic functions of communication are entertainment, amusement, deliver public opinion, social control, critics and educate (provide knowledge). Delivering opinion has the same meaning as creating a dialogue forum among the communities and between the communities and the government. This community service discuss the socialization of “the causes of the khilafian (opinion differences) in islamic communication” which is formed in speeches and discussions as one of the islamic dakwah to understand, believe and to practice Islamic syari-ah and aqidah. Khilafiah litterally means argue, different or dissagree. Basically, the ulama fiqih opinion differences happen because of two things, first: principals differenciation of the legal position, whether it can be taken as the consieration to determine the law or not. Second, principals differentiation about language rules in understanding a nash (Al-Qur-an and Al-Hadits). Therefore in this socialization the writer delivers the causes of the khilafiyah or opinion differences of Ulama Fiqh. This socialization aims to make moslem people understand, respect, appreciate and accept the opinion differences in carrying out the worship rules in Islam.

Good governance is one of the factors in improving the quality of education. Good governance is related with the system of rules, practices, and processes by which a firm is firmed and controlled. Some points of good governance in school are to involve all participations of school management, to ensure the use of funds appropriately, and to cooperate with school principals, teachers, and schools staffs. Adamu Abbas and Bahtiar (2019) had a research on evaluating the crisis management in school. Some schools have got their international standards; however, some education systems tend to be gaining profit and ignore the quality aspects and good governance elements; for instance school management and foundation have different mission and tends to be not transparent.

Abstract
The idea of the concept of Wasathiyah Islam (moderate Islam) reappeared in the High Level Consultation (Summit) of World Muslim Scholars and Intellectuals at the Bogor Palace, 1-3 May 2018. Wasathiyah Islam is perceived as a perspective that understands the position of Islam between two extreme opposite points: Fundamentalist and radical on the one hand, and liberal and permissive on the other. Women are the party most defeated by Islamic fundamentalists and most disadvantaged in the application of rigid Islamic sharia in various places in the Islamic world. In connection with concept of Wasathiyah Islam, women have monitoring ability that can promote constructive dialogue and provide understanding, both in the family and in the community. Therefore, women need to be equipped with a full understanding of the concept of Wasathiyah Islam, because misleading understanding can foster religious radicalism on the one hand, and permissive attitudes will dwarf the understanding of religion on the other. The method used in this counselling includes several stages: 1) survey; 2) module making; 3) counselling; 4) interactive dialogue; 5) evaluation. The results of the counselling showed that after the training, participants enhanced their knowledge about the concept of Wasathiyah Islam. They began to realize that they had an important role in instilling a correct understanding of Wasathiyah Islam towards their families and communities.

The non-profit organizations, especially the ones under the government authority, have strict layout of media design and such design definitely draws less attention for the viewers; whereas, the presence of such media as a support tool is significantly important. Through the interesting display of media design, the information that has been delivered will be understood well by the viewers. In other words, the presence of media with insufficient design will be useless. This situation has been experienced by UILS (Unit Informasi Layanan Sosial, Unit of Social Service Information) Meruya; this unit has produced numerous information media in the form of brochures and social media but the information that has been put in these media are still low. This situation is in contradiction to the number of activities that the unit has performed and one of these activities is creating artworks that has sale value. In relation to this finding, the Faculty of Design and Creative Art and the Unit of Community Service from Mercu Buana University has conducted Community Service Program in February 14th – 15th, 2019 in the form of productive activities for UILS Meruya. The Community Service Program, that has been provided in the form of web design and management training, has earned good appreciation from UILS Meruya. Abstract
This is a community service related to the development of economic society through socialization on dinar and dirham as sustainable money. Money in sharia is precious metals such as gold and silver, or commodities such as wheat, barley, dates, and salt, which are the consumed commodities daily as food and have a shelf life. The failure of the current economic and monetary system is caused by the use of fiat money as a medium of exchange that deviates from the gold standard. Ironically, many ordinary people do not understand the real concept of money. In returning the standard of exchange, it is necessary to learn deeply about this subject. For this reason, there is a need for socialization to the wider community to open the way for the return of the dinar and dirham as a true medium of exchange. The results of the activity are expected to increase good understanding of the concept of money and the public can learn to do transaction using dinar and dirham in the future.
